King George V Park

Park

👍 Good to have an open space that all can enjoy nearby. Used to bring boys here for playpark when they were small. Later on they both played for their teams on the football pitches. In recent years playpark has been upgraded with new equipment for kids to play on.

Great place to take little ones as there is.a.play Park right next door to the field.. lots of owners with dogs on leads which was nice to see. As a dog owner it's nice to see dogs not running up to children or adults and jumping on them them.. great place to take both to x

Good park, one lap of the park is a short walk. Separate part for the kids to play in with swings and a shoot and a kids zip slide. Often there is a football game on at the weekend. The Pagoda known as the Bearsden "mens shed" is located there and invites locals to come and learn new skills or share their skills with others.

Great big space but could do with some more things for the children to play on.

East Dunbartonshire Council Parks & Leisure staff work hard to maintain high standards for this greenspace offering excellent playing fields & children's play area too.

Had the pleasure of playing for and eventually captaining Killermont Amateurs here around 50 years ago. I was unfortunate in also breaking my leg here.

👍👍 Great facility for the kids and adults alike - wish I had one of these at my local park when I was a kid!
