A place to not only relax, unwind and have fun but to really bond with your family.... Loved every moment I spent there. Got lots of cool places inside too. Amazonia, arcade etc

Decent place. It’s more like a fair not a theme park point system is not fair I guess as previously unlimited band would have been Handy. Has food drinks pizza slushy ice cream and a lot more. Plenty of rides for all ages. Again small manageable space Unlike Alton towers etc. Good sunny day and you can spend a lot of time here and right opposite to it is lake as well where you can sit and have a picnic. Free parking and free entry is bonus. Would have given 5 stars had they stuck with unlimited hand bands

After spending all day (11am to 6pm) at the park, these are my impressions. Really enjoyed the arcade with my son. We probably spent a fortune playing games for a few hours. Didn't buy a wrist band for rides, so we spent the money at the arcade instead. Amazonia was nice for a little wander. Mini golf was good fun, but think they should give it a bit of tlc as some bits are starting to wear a bit now. The rides felt more like when the local fairground comes around, just more wide open space to walk around and not that many. So, for us, that was the disappointing bit so only went on two rides with my little boy. Some of the food court restaurants were shut. A bit disappointing. Luckily the burger joint near the rides made good burgers and fries. Overall, we'll come again for the arcade and to try the bowling alley.

Really disappointing the park is completely run down and lacks the investment in maintenance clearly shows. The more worrying fact as we walked over the bridge from hole 3 to 4 my son's foot went through the walk board completely rotten luckily not hurt besides the point . The actual surface of the golf course is covered in debris and wore to the point you can see concrete underneath. Spoke to the member of staff operating the course and he agreed that the condition below standards! Have a look at the pictures you will see for yourself we visited 26/3/23. £5 per adult £4 per child Save your money The rest of the park is pretty much the same ran down and in need of huge investment and maintenance.

We took our son here mostly for Amazonia. The place is good but I did expect more animals and for it to be a bit bigger for the money. But my son enjoyed himself and enjoyed seeing the animals as we paid extra for the handling experience. Unfortunately with him being 2 there was not much else he could go on and do in the park. We will need to bring him back when he is a bit older.

The rides are not that over priced but you don't get very long on them, I tuned up at 1.30pm I went to get on a ride at 2pm and thought where are all the staff, found out after 30 mins all the staff go to have dinner and they just close all the rides down, never been to a theme park which just closed all rides and not tell anyone as everyone was just standing around going what's going on that's the rest for a the 1 star as a lot of people just left the park, there are not many rides as it is very run down and needs a lot of work, the food is not cheep here as I paid £18 for 2 burgers and chips which costs more then what I paid for the rides

Great park and great day out for the whole family. Fairly priced food and drinks and lots of different food bars and vans as well as a restaurant. They have a games arcade inside too. Amazonia is located inside also which has lots of different insects, animals and fish and a gift shop. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely day at M&D's. My two grandsons enjoyed the soft play and I must mention Karen, for all the soft plays I have been in, I have never seen anyone take the time Karen does with all the children, she asks and remembers all thier names, introduces the older children to each other so they leave not only having had great fun, they have made a new friend, she interacts with all the children and is just a genuine and lovely person. A jewel in M&D's crown. Thank you Karen, Ruaridh and Alfie had great fun.

Visited Santas Magical Circus at M&D’s “Destination Christmas” on Saturday. Was really busy. Park had a great atmosphere. Circus was very good- really enjoyed the show, which was a good 45 minutes long. Rides were looking really good too, all lit up in the dark when we left the circus. The Christmas offering at M&D’s is getting better every year.

Good Park for most ages but not what I would call a theme park any more. Its more a selection of good fairground rides with added water slides. This park used to have rides for older children bit has slowly diminished since 2018. It needs lots more investment to bring it back to being anything like a theme park, however there us still plenty to entertain a variety of children and includes an arcade and amazonian world. We had a good day but at ages 13 and 11, my children were round the rides several times within 2 hours bring on site.

The arcade was fun and had loads of choices we all loved it there. You can win tokens and then exchange gifts/toys. There was a amusement park with rides outside but didn't go out to see. There's a bar on the far left of the building with pool tables, more arcades and serviced food. A great place to take the kids for a bit to have fun!!!

Spent a full day here with my grandson, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. I have Mobility issues, and the staff were very helpful in assisting me on and of the rides when required. The food on site, is obviously not cheap but not too expensive either, and we found it to be good quality.

Always great to get back to M&Ds. Been a season.pass holder for quite.a.few years now which is amazing value. I believe all day wristbands are no more (except for season pass holders) which is a real shame.and makes for a hugely expensive day if you want to ride lots of stuff.

We had a fun day, the staff were friendly throughout the park. I think the park would be better off having fewer but better rides as what they have just now is basically a traveling funfair and not the best one. Also the pricing is very confusing and isn't properly explained, the bands are priced at £29 online and £22.50 at the park, about half of the rides you need to pay extra for and the prices are shocking, £7.50 to go on a climbing frame, £5.00 to go on a trampoline Also all the attractions close at 2.30pm. The food and drink offerings were pretty good however very long waits for service. The arcade was a shambles lots of machines not working and only one ticket counting machine worked in the entire complex. The park could be amazing if it was redeveloped.

Great rides, the wrists bands are value for money! Especially when you get to buy the tropical package! Then monetary jacks for food was awesome! Portion sizes are immense!

Had a great afternoon in the arcade playing lots of games which my little one loved and getting enough tickets for a prize ! There is also a soft play area , mini golf and bowling to keep you amused while the park rides are closed over winter season.

Great place! You have everything in one place, rides, soft play, bowling (although you might have to wait for that one for an hour or so, best to book it as you arrive and come back after a few rides). Mini golf is very well decorated too. You don't really have to wait for rides so it's perfect for impatient people like me 😅 Super big parking (free!) So no worries about it. There is also a place to eat - clean, proper, tasty and not only nuggets and chips. I recommend baked potato 🥔. You can eat outside too as there are tables with umbrellas or roofs.

Visited with 2 kids during nice weather. No real waiting time at any rides as park wasn’t busy despite middle of school holidays. Some rides sadly not operating. Took advantage of the online wristband offer otherwise it would have been significantly overpriced. The arcade machines have been updated to take fun points cards as sadly most machines coin mechanisms are knackered. Kids had multiple stuck coins, the technicians working the machines are under severe pressure and their customer service skills are very limited! Some of the ride operators struggle with basic customer engagements too! Won’t hurry back. Food/drinks, we had coffee (very weak for flat white) slush (nice) soft drinks usual £2/3 as you would expect. Went to the wee cafe within arcade. Panini for kid cheese only Not cooked enough to melt the cheese £6, rip off! Nice chips curry sauce and soup. Overall 3/5 experience

Spent 6 and a half hours there with my fiance and our daughter who is 2yrs old. Was fantastic fun!! Whole family enjoyed it and the Amazonia was Class with 2 big beautiful blue Macaws and foot long coy fish, small monkeys and large pythons and other snakes. We paid £20 For 25 points for rides... Usually 3 points per person, per ride. We Paid £12 for Amazonia... And we paid £40 in Arcade, and earned 1,520 tickets to cash in, but had tons of fun!!! £100 or so for whole day of family fun wasn't bad!! Only thing I'd say is I'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to heights, so they need to get something for speed freaks like, Go karts, dirt bikes, Quad Bikes etc...

It's not Disney land but it's not bad either. Most rides are suitable for ages 8+ with very little for younger kids, although there is a large softplay area inside. Some rides are not included with the wristband (£22.50) and you have to pay extra for them - eg, trampolines, crazy golf, Amazonia, bowling. Food was a decent price but limited choice of burgers, hot dogs and pizza slices. There's also a large bar that does pub-grub. If the weather's decent it's probably worth a visit with the kids for a day out. I wouldn't buy tickets in advance though in case the weather's not good - it's Scotland after all. If the weather's bad, the £22.50 entry fee is not worth it. If the weather's good, it's probably good value.

Buy points/bands at least 24 hours in advance you'll save a good bit of money. For example 40 points for £40 buy online and get 20 free points. All day wrist band 22.50 but online and it's £19.50 but has to be bought the day before going.

Bought a day pass and enjoyed going on all the rides more than 3 to 4 times! Best to buy tickets online as they were selling them for £17 but £22 in person. Restaurants close at 4 PM so plan ahead of time! They have a jumping pirates show 3 times a day. I enjoyed watching it as one of the three men jumped from 80ft high up into a 9ft pool of water. It's a 20min show with 3 divers. Make sure to bring an extra set of clothes or a raincoat as there are 2 water rides that you can get on dry but it does splash all over you! We made the mistake of not bringing any and was uncomfortably wet going home. They sell fun points which you can top up on your fun card, which you can use on the rides or the arcades. However, you can't use them on the small game kiosks as those require actual money.

Wasnt worth going imo. Half the rides were gone like the cyclone and replaced with log flumes. The bus not running meant we had to walk over an hour. So overall I say go only if u have a car and dont mind finishing each ride in <1hr

Very tired and run down..rides don't go on long enough and unfortunately 1 broke down with my child on it today.. more concerning is the lack of safety... electric cables easily accessible and the gas bottle covers on one of the stalls was open and again easily accessible..other than that my child and friend had a blast.

Some good rides, not bad value for money. The arcade was rubbish though. Nearly everything seemed to break or not work properly.

Had an amazing time with the wee ones at this park. It was well layed out and nice clean and tidy staff were very friendly and help and had a laugh with us. There's lots of different things to do here highly recommend a wee visit

This was okay nothing great, think of a funfair that doesn't move from place to place. The rides went on and on, too much really. Some rides last for over 5 minutes, that sounds great but in reality it became uncomfortable and made us a little sick feeling. All the rides stopped between 1400 - 1430 so the staff could get lunch, so I went to get lunch but many of the seats were taken up by the staff eating lunch. Over all it was okay but I don't think I will be back.

Popped in to Monterey Jacks, on a hot afternoon, the view to the loch was great and the food was good. Shame the air con wasn’t on as I would’ve stayed for dessert and drinks. Looks like M&D’s theme park has closed though as they’ve removed the roller coasters 🎢

Amazing for kids! Costs a fortune without the wristbands. Would definitely be back but wristbands are much better. Food is more on the expensive side but overall a great experience👍
