    Great staff, always helpful and friendly. No jargon, just chat to you so you understand the tech side of things when needed. When I was in this week I chatted with Scott from servicing and Scott from sales. Both guys were very professional, down to earth, while being helpful. The branch had some great bikes on display, so I spent some time browsing while having a coffee and biscuits on the house. Overall another great experience and I would recomend this branch and its staff to others.

    My bmw car is booked in tomorrow for a recall , as I have 4 children I thought it would be easier dropping car off this evening, unfortunately what I didn’t know was it closed at 5.30pm when I arrived the motorbike showroom was still open , although just getting ready to close , they let me in to check in my keys , I asked them could they point me in direction of city centre , Bill ( sales representative) offered to take me home once showroom was closed , this was very much appreciated and unexpected, now that’s what you call fantastic customer service , going over and beyond for a bmw customer in his own time

    After being a loyal BMW customer for years, I am disgusted with the customer service received here this morning. I needed my locking wheel nuts removed to allow my tyres to be changed, parts had none in stock and could not supply one for somewhere between a week - a month, servicing where totally unwilling to help. Was told they were far too busy and couldn't remove my locking wheel nuts despite having an empty waiting area. I appreciate that these customers had prebooked there service, however as they were likely away to work, a small 5 minute job to removed 4 locking wheel nuts would have made no difference to them, however would have made a massive difference to me as I had a time slot booked to have my tyres changed.

    Intricate big repair needing done on my car and lots of other little things taken care of as well. Returned feeling like new, Kept updated at each turn. Highly recommend to take care of your car issues and you can look at the nice bikes while you wait.

    Not going back to Dougles park second time a part is missing from my car. The part that covers the headlight compartment in the wheel arch and weirdly enough i took a different bmw to them few years back and the exact same part was missing at the time I didn’t think much of it as I wasn’t sure but this time i am a 100% sure as I checked it before handing it in and i even spoke to the receptionist about this she said they would get back to me on the matter, well it’s been a week no call back what so ever. Not cool Dougles Park, Not Cool.

    Excellent service as usual. Got my car back earlier than expected. Margaret on the front desk was very informative and on the ball. I even bumped into the service manager Mark who was very welcoming! Highly recommend this garage for all your BMW needs!

    Can be difficult to get through to the member of staff you need and be careful to clarify whether the price quoted for any work you are authorising includes VAT. They don't seem to be consistent in that respect.

    Great experience, Scott was fantastic to deal with, coffee wasn't bad either. Good selection of bikes and trade in value was decent although we all want more. Worth the visit.

    Being a motability customer its great that when a service or repair is required they come and collect the car and return it in excellent condition, it saves me coming in and being in a wheelchair I would need to wait in the showroom till it was done

    Excellent again for the service of my 5 year old 5 series touring. Quick turnaround on drop off and pickup of the courtesy car. I had a couple of extra requests which were also looked at and cost no more than the service price which was a little less than expected. A special thank you to Susan and Tracy for dealing with me. Especially Tracy when I thought I'd been charged for a recall.. Which I'd clearly not been. Sorry about that. The invoice was murder for my old brain to follow. Now! after this glowing review can I expect my 50% discount on an M model or X5 of my choice? :D Thanks again.

    Can't fault the place. They do pick ups and drop offs while your car is getting serviced. But if you hang about plenty of choice on refreshments. Not as cheap as an independent but that's because BMW seem to have standardised their pricing.

    Service and MOT were fine. Only issue was living more than an hour away and staff took it right to the wire before telling me my car was ready for collection...in fact I had to call them. ...meant I was really under pressure to get there before closing time to pick up my car and return courtesy car

    Friendly, helpful staff. Work carried out to a high standard. Fully recommend this service centre. Can be pricey depending on the work required, but then it is BMW and all parts are genuine so it's not going to be cheap.

    Avoid this centre at all cost. Took my car to them on 28th Dec 2022 and they returned it to me on the 19th Jan 2023. They didn't fix the problem and charged me £522 and blamed a modification on the car (bootmod). Happy to give any potential customer my full experience if they contact me directly. I repeat, avoid this service centre at all cost.

    Good service eventually but it took me three visits to persuade someone that I wanted to buy a motorcycle!. Allan was great when I came across him. He sold me the bike I had wanted, he arranged a test ride for me which no one else managed to do. In the end all turned out well and I have the bike I wanted. The process was very good and professional. I would question the need for so many repeat visits by me just to get the bike I wanted. I had seen a similar bike elsewhere but wanted the reassurance of the BMW warranty.

    BEWARE ! Took my car in as received a recall letter and they absolutely ruined my car. car was returned with several scratches and the dealer made an excuse that it's sunny outside and these are surface scratches, even though these are not surface scratches but proper scratches caused at there garage. also there washing was so bad that it was still covered in washing liquid running down the windows. It clearly shows that they do not take care of your car so do not trust them. Have evidence in pictures to prove this.

    Called reception last week with regards to a recall on my X5 and was informed that they would call me back when the member of staff became available, Unfortunately they didn't bother calling me back and after trying to get through to them again a few days later with no luck I decided to book my recall through another dealer.

    Quite simply the worst service I've received from any company in my life, never mind one associated with BMW. Car was left on 30 December 2022 and was not available until 19 April. I was informed on numerous occasions in February that my car was a priority. Clearly the joke was on me. You would have thought this would have warranted some kind of apology when I picked up my car, but no. Having been a loyal customer for years, it could not have been made clearer that my custom is not wanted. There are other BMW dealerships and service garages in Glasgow, I would recommend anyone use those.

    Terrible experience with the Douglas park service centre! I took my car in for an MOT & service to which I was told the car would be ready that day. I receive no call with update all day so I make my way back for the closing time to which i was told my car suddenly needed further work and I would have to wait another day.. this would have been nice to know earlier as i don't live close to the centre and had to make my way through Glasgow rush hour to get there! luckily I did not need to work the next day so leaving my car wasn't a problem. After making multiple calls I am eventually told my car is ready later the next day by which point this has now racked up a nice bill of over £900. No matter at least everything should be fixed.. so i thought. 2 month after this the service light came on again, I thought surely the mechanics have just forgotten to adjust it to the new date as it was recently serviced. So I took it back and was informed that they actually only done a brake service the last time not a full service as i requested because they took it upon themselves to decide that the full service wasn't due for another 5000 miles.. now I don't speak for everyone but i would assume the average person drives more than 5000 miles a year so why would i want to have to come back in for this 2 months later instead of having this carried out at the same time.. The reason is so they can charge me another £350 for a job that should have already been done! Customer care is absolutely non existent and i definitely will not be back! And I definitely will not be using Douglas Park again to buy my next BMW

    Would like to say a big thankyou to david at kyle street and heather and margaret at pinkston also allan at enterprise and anthony paul at and kayleigh at bmw recovery For the advice and great service very efficient service at a time I needed it when had a flat runflat tyre. Nice to see that it all works in tandem definately gives you peace of mind knowing help is at hand and safety is of utmost importance. Have purchased cars from here had cars serviced here. Never had any problems. Hope not to have and recommend them as always.

    Worst dealership I’ve been to. Waste of time and money. I received vehicle inspection video with very bad audio all covered up by engine noise. Bad customer service. At both drop of and pick up, the customer advisor kept me waiting. It got to a point that I could no longer wait and I just dropped the keys on his desk and told the receptionist that I was leaving. It was at that point another advisor attended to me. I took my vehicle for MOT and picked it up with a jammed door which cost me over £420 to fix at another garage. You are better off with a local garage. Oh! one good thing; they give your car a good wash.

    TERRIBLE Customer Service!! EVERY time I call, get asked would you like to wait or a call back? I mention I would rather wait. After 10 MINUTES of waiting just to be told someone will call you back... which NEVER HAPPENS. Im sure others can relate to this! Called TWICE on Saturday, 11am, 11:30am. Both times was told someone will call me back. What happens? No call back. Closed at 12 and also closed on Sunday.

    I booked my BMW for a fast lane service, which on the BMW website promises to have your car back in 90 minutes or less, however it took nearly 3 hours for a simple service. The staff were friendly and helpful, but clearly this process needs better planning of the work and maybe they should limit this fast service if they are unable to fulfill this. For customers who have booked a 90 minute service a simple check with the mechanics on the expected time so customers can plan their day would improve the experience. My advice if you are using this garage and need your car back, is do not assume you will have your car back in 90 minutes.

    Where do I start! From the minute you call service and Scott answers, now he knows who I am instantly when he answers, it feels like your talking to a someone in your family. So friendly, always happy, they're a wee family that welcomes you in and looks after you. Fantastic service, great people the experience and knowledge these guys to discuss any queries you have and help you understand what's best for you. Highly recommend the Motorrad team.

    Customer care and service are absolutely non existent. Stay away! I left my car for repair, being pretty certain what’s the problem with it. However, the garage always insists on changing £118 for diagnostic for finding out the fault. The cost of repair is SO overinflated, I was priced more than twice to fix it compared to other 3 garages which provided me quotes. I really doubt there is anything different or special going to BMW, part from wash and hoover service. The service adviser, Nathan Findlay was very unhelpful. I went to collect my car in the evening and was told it’s actually not ready to pick up and I should find my own way home and come back the other day. Just as well I had money with me to call the taxi. I was definitely not prepared for public transport option during COVID pandemic. Both Nathan and manager looked and sounded like they just wanted to get on with their day and I was inconvenience to them. I don’t mind paying extra for great service, but you won’t find it there!

    Terrible service. Where do I start, car is not even 3 years old and showing rust stains on the parking sensors and the electric window failed. I was told I would have to wait 7 weeks to get a courtesy car, unacceptable so I made other arrangements when I was assured the car would be compleated that day. 3 hours after dropping the car off I get a video sent by email stating that new brake pads and discs are needed. (More on that later) Then at 5pm I received a phone call saying the car would not be finished today. Thanks for the notice. I picked the car up the next again day and the parking sensors were still rusty, when I contacted them regarding this issue they said that as the parking sensors were fitted by an outside company (which they organised and I had no say in as they were fitted before I bought the car) they only come with a 2 year warranty and they will not cover the damage. Shocking. They agreed to take the car in an valet it and see what car be done, when I received the car back it now has 2 bad scratches from where they were cleaning the rust marks. Spoke to them regarding this but I was told nothing can be done as they only cleaned the sensors and they claim the scratches were already there. I assured them they weren't but they wouldn't take any further action. Regarding being advised to get new pads and discs fitted I took the car to an independent garage, when the mechanic had a look at the car he laughed and said those pads and discs have nothing wrong with them and have at least 15000 miles left in them. Also, multiple times I was told someone would call me back regarding these issues, at times I waited 6 hours and still didn't receive a call. So all in all I received shockingly bad service, they caused a couple of scratches which they won't admit to, tried to charge me for discs and pads which are not needed. Glad I never need to deal with this company again and I feel sorry for all the people who use this company expecting a better service, shame on you Douglas Park, you would not get away with this service in Germany.

    I had to take my car to Douglas park pinkston to have 2 minor issues solved. I have to say the service I received was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly especially Margaret and stuart. Even though they are on skeleton staff they still handled it like a pro. Kept me up to date all times and made sure I'm happy with how the job was done. Thanks for the great service and I will use you guys times and times again.

    Very friendly service advisors who gave a clear description of what work was carried out. Dropped me off in the City Centre for shopping while my car was being serviced. Car was returned gleaming, cleaned inside and out. What more can you ask??.

    Poor standard of customer care and workmanship at this dealership. Car went into the garage for a warranty check and three items were highlighted - 2 minor and 1 more serious. 1 was completed, 1 was half carried out and 1 wasn't completed. I only found this out when they called 5weks later to say the part was in. What part? As the original paper work stated all parts replaced and tested ! Work still not complete and confidence goes when I think of the warranty inspection. What else was missed or forgotten about. Poor service

    I regret for google not providing any option to rate below zero. It's one of the worst customer service experience that I ever had and I don't think they really understand the value of customer's time as we do understand their time. * Requested them whether it's possible for technician to do a test drive so that I can explain the issues clearly and response was "technician are on job and don't know when they will be available". So, looks like they expect customer to wait in the lobby indefinitely Vehicle had been kept overnight for a battery charge and next day morning got a call that vehicle requires software update and with least expectations when I asked, how long it may take (so I can plan things accordingly to pick the car) but again it's pretty standard response saying "we don't know how long it takes" and bloody which vehicle software on this earth runs for 8 hours to upgrade. It's totally shows arrogance and rude behaviour with customer To my surprise I have been told that rear tyre was flat and a video had been sent to me regarding the same. And God only knows to whom it's been sent in the first instance, I had to request them again to resend it. Totally lost trust on this showroom It's such a shame on BMW reputation to provide pathetic customer service
