Dirty, unsafe, expensive and tight spaces. Left the car parked overnight and cost me £26, rip off. Parking’s pedestrian entrance was not securely locked overnight and stairs were smelly. People had to cover their noses to use stairs. Car parking space is very tight. Entrance and exit was easy. I will avoid it next time.

Gee it has been years but I used this station to get on a train north. I didn't have to park a car or anything like those who live nearby. I was just a tourist. I was staying at the Jury Inn and was able to get a cool picture if the station from my room. May the road rise to meet you!

Words fail me. Ticket machine not working properly so couldn’t pay. Rang for help - told to drive to exit. Once at exit, only one exit functioning - the other was blocked. Told they could only open the non-functioning exit which was unreachable. Told to drive the wrong way back up to car park floors and exit by exit 5 - there is no exit 5. After 25 grim minutes finally managed to ring through to someone who could allow us to exit. Hope your experience is better if you use this place.

Don't follow a motorbike into this car park. The bike took my ticket due to not being heavy enough to register on the strips and I was left without a ticket. This caused no end of trouble. Customer services had 25 in the queue. After using the assist button on the machine I got through to someone which did resolve the issue but had to pay for the overnight stay their and then. No problem, I also had to prove the discount the hotel gives by providing the receipt number of a previous nights stay. On using the exit today, I've been left with an additional £21 fee due to "lost ticket" on top of the £7.50 I paid last night. CS directed me to refunds online. No doubt I'll not see my £21 again even after providing all proofs of payment. ALWAYS TAKE A RECEIPT

Disgusting and crazy expensive. 2.5 hours parking was £14.80. Every floor was dirty. Around the lift some pee and poo on every floors. Some people use this place as a massive public toilet. It smells and looks disgusting.

Good location for parking for Central Station. Arrived at 4:30am, arrived back at 17:00pm, cost was £25. Spaces are a little tight, particularly when it's larger cars/jeeps.

The NPC Glasgow Central Station offers convenient parking with easy access to the city. However, frequent issues with entrance gates can cause delays. Close to major attractions, it's ideal for visitors.

Embarrassing that this car park is the car park linked to Glasgow Central Station. The station is definitely a 4/5 star experience and a glorious landmark to Glasgow. The car park is smelly and extremely dirty , the car parking spaces are made for cars built in the 1970’s and if you’re parking your prize possession expect marks and scratches on your return from people hitting your car with their door trying to get out of their car. I have used this car park twice and on both occasions had terrible experiences. The first time when putting my ticket in to exit , the barrier would not rise resorting in me having to call assistance who after many questions insinuating that I had broken it eventually lifted the barrier remotely. The second time I was stuck in the lift for forty minutes and when calling for assistance and ringing the alarm, the operator kept putting the phone down on me. I was eventually rescued by the fire brigade by having to involve calling my family. Thank goodness I had my mobile and it was charged. This car park is obviously not serviced or maintained and as it is used by the general public surely there are some compliance issues not being upheld. I live in Scotland and if this is any visitors first impression of such a great country what a shame !

👍👍 Clean, secure, loads of spaces and easy to find parking in the city centre. The parking bays are surprisingly wide for each car. I'd recommend this parking over any other parking especially the NCP ones. It's actually £6 cheaper than NCP ones if you park for 24hrs. Secure because unless you got a ti...

👍👍 The car park was kept clean and looked after. The car park was very easy to manoeuvre around and plenty of spaces with ample room. The host at the time michael was very friendly and informative when I was trying to find where to pay for my ticket. Will be using again!

👍 Used the app whilst parking here and for central Glasgow it was a good price. The car park is relatively tight so would not recommend for large 4x4s or long vehicles. Took a star off for having the cleanliness of a typical car park
