The car park was kept clean and looked after. The car park was very easy to manoeuvre around and plenty of spaces with ample room. The host at the time michael was very friendly and informative when I was trying to find where to pay for my ticket. Will be using again!

Great place of you are staying near the town center. Many hotels like Leonardo’s have discount for over night parking

About as good as city centre car parks go. It felt safe (access door, lifts and car park itself), clean and parking spaces all felt big enough that you didn’t feel you were going to get your doors dented by other users. Yes, there are cheaper car parks, but you get what you pay for and if you don’t want to worry about your car, then it’s worth the premium.

The car park its self was alright but my daughter had paid in advance for our parking but the machine wouldn't recognise the code she was sent it kept saying it was invalid so we had to pay an extra £9 to get out was ridiculous. So dont recommend paying before you go feels like a bit of a rip off. As far as im aware she has emailed the company but has had no response So company emailed her back apologised and said they would give her the extra money back that she had to pay on the night unfortunately they still didn't get that right. But hey ho they tried there best lol

Car park Is clean and well lit, great location too, let down by its pricing structure. Massively over priced

As city centre parking goes it's certainly not the worst, spaces are adequate for most vehicles, certainly cleaner than many alternatives but like most city centre car parks didn't feel particularly safe and evidence of drug misuse

I use here whenever I need to drive to Glasgow. Never had an issue with te car park full cctv and I'm sure they have a guard on shift at all times.

I would like to thank Gary Morton, as I lost driving license in town and went home without it, I then received my license in the mail thanks to him, his sharp eye and kindness brought it back to me. So thanks Gary

Too expensive to leave a car for an hour. Felt ripped off and a bit miserable that afternoon afterwards. Also the door to the toilets had a big lock thing on it so that's rubbish.

Expensive. There are much cheaper car parks in the vicinity.

No staff on duty to assist with problems.

  • 3/5 Colin P. 6 years ago on Google
If display shows spaces be aware that there is a long ramp after you enter the car park & you could be stuck in a queue if the car park becomes full. This happened to me. You can't get out of that queue until spaces become available. Only saving grace is that the turnaround in the car park is usually relatively quick. However, not ideal if you're cutting it fine for a meeting.

I use other Q parks in Glasgow regularly, however the Sauchiehall St one is very difficult to navigate. Once parked it took me a couple of minutes to find the pedestrian exit, found another lady lost too lol. If they had clearer signage it'd help.

I had accidentally lost my ticket but had to pay £25 to leave the car park even though I was only parked there for 2-3 hours. This is atrocious. These people are money hungry. Will never be coming here.

Very easy to get to and out of. Discount for overnight parking due to staying at Maldron hotel. Handily placed in centre of city. Would recommend.

Nick the parking host at Sauchiehall Street is an absolute gem. He helped me today when my battery was flat at the Sauchie Hall street Q Park. His customer service was phenomenal and I couldn’t have wished for a better guy to be on to help. He was kind and went out of his way to make sure I was ok. Nick thank you so much

Easy to find and very handy to access the city centre. I parked here while going to a metal gig at the Glasgow garage. Booked in advance. No complaints at all, would definitely use again.

This review relates to Waterloo Street but I get an error message when I try to access the Waterloo Street review page. I particularly want to mention Parking Host John Wood for going out of his way to get a package I had left behind at the Waterloo Street car park back to me. Much appreciated

1st time using this car park. I was unaware of this place, found it using Google maps. Was easy to book a space on line. I booked for after 6pm which cost £8 up to 2pm. Reasonable price for a city. Received an email stating what to do when getting to the lot. There is a booth which holds a guard inside who at the time was on his round checking the lot to make sure all is safe. There is a number to call if any issues. The place is locked after 6pm so you will need to be buzzed in. I would use again

Great car park. Close to the dental hospital (5 mins or so walk). Good sized spaces and reasonable pricing. I don't usually like parking in town, but this works well.

Never got my change back then I have press the help button because there wasn't any body available to help. So I spoke to this person to get help to get my hard work money. So this person told me she will try to locate the help but there wasn't any body available. Then she tell me something out of context to write done an email address and send us copy of parking ticket stating you didn't receive you change back and then they will look into this matter. What I wasn't aware of I have to carry pen and paper if I go and park my can in q-park which I found utterly nonsense. This is another way of conning people.

No staff to be seen on site, tried the online chat and nobody replied, when I got through to someone on the phone they were very blunt about my enquiry about lost tickets and finally got charged £25 for dropping my ticket while out for lunch. I should have just parked out on the street.

i left my lights on and flattened the battery. I ask for help in the intercom and less than 20minutes later a gentleman call TAM came for the rescue! He call another colleague and in less than 30minutes all was solved. Thank you ever so much Tam and John and the ladies in the inter-phone

👍👍 Clean, secure, loads of spaces and easy to find parking in the city centre. The parking bays are surprisingly wide for each car. I'd recommend this parking over any other parking especially the NCP ones. It's actually £6 cheaper than NCP ones if you park for 24hrs. Secure because unless you got a ti...

🫤 Dirty, unsafe, expensive and tight spaces. Left the car parked overnight and cost me £26, rip off. Parking’s pedestrian entrance was not securely locked overnight and stairs were smelly. 👍 Used the app whilst parking here and for central Glasgow it was a good price. The car park is relatively tight so would not recommend for large 4x4s or long vehicles. Took a star off for having the cleanliness of a typical car park
