This day has been amazing, Andy our sales executive was brilliant in every part of this sale to my husband and i, every member of staff we where in contact with while waiting for Andy was so lovely, Gillian a beautiful girl even offered us a decafe coffee off there own shelf .... Ser vice was a dream from start to finish..... only thing was the heating had cut off and we were freezing by this time but it was worth it as the experience was one of the most professional establishments in the car trade I had ever visited. well the service was good, quick and pushed through at double quick time, picked the car up three days after my initial visit, brilliant so I think, one of my fears of doing the deal so quick was that I would end up paying two instalments in the one month, well this is what happened after being told it wouldn't so not happy , I was doing them a favour by signing up in time to boost the monthly figures, feeling a little cheated and poorer for the experience

Traded in my BMW for a Mini Cooper last week and had a great service from Fes. The car is awesome and I am really happy with my purchase. I love the Mini experience. It’s a young, diverse, dynamic and non-pressured team and a very cool showroom in Glasgow. Fes was great to deal - so knowledgable and on my level! He was able to offer a good solution to quite a complex trade in. He took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. Was a total pleasure and know where near the terrible experience I have encountered previously at other dealers. Just bought my new mini from here. I live in the Highlands so everything was done at a distance until pick up day. Salesman, Fes Munir, was very responsive, attentive and helpful from my first enquiry right through the process. He made a personal video of the car I was interested in. His video was very comprehensive and skilfully filmed and narrated. He covered every detail to the point I felt I was there in person rather than over 150 miles away! I collected my new mini 6 days later. It was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made. Fes showed me round the car and how to use everything. He was polite and courteous and had a good sense of humour. He is an asset to the Douglas Park Mini Glasgow team! I am loving my mini and haven’t stopped smiling since I drove off in it. I went to this dealership initially to start asking questions about purchasing a used car and the general ins and outs. I was greeted by Fes who immediately assisted me and was able to help me understand everything a lot better, from what each part of a used advertisement means to the finance options! I ended up choosing a MINI from Stirling and Fes was able to get it sent over to this dealership and get me on a test drive right away! I purchased the car not long after. Each step was easy and hassle free. Fes was excellent in sales and communication and continues to be even after the purchase! Would definitely recommend for any any buyers.

Made a telephone enquiry about a copper s on Motabillity initially and made an appointment with John for the next day. Upon arrival I was very impressed with the showroom and it was easy to get to and the access is very good. John introduced himself and offers us a coffee we then discussed my requirements and we went on a test drive john was very friendly and very knowledgeable noting was a problem he spent time with me making sure was completely happy with the car etc overall I am very happy with my experience at this dealership everything was perfect and I can’t Rate this dealership highly enough well worth going. Just finalised purchasing my used Mini Countryman from Graeme at mini Douglas park and from start to finish the transaction was seamless. Graeme went above and beyond to find a car for me that suited all of my requirements, and also within my budget. I recently went along to Douglas Park MINI Glasgow and I couldn't have had a better experience. Darren and Naveed were so helpful and I left purchasing my dream MINI. I couldn't thank them both enough. I received beautiful flowers and even got my private registration plates printed for me. I would definitely recommend Douglas Park MINI Glasgow for excellent customer service - I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Told by the salesman that I had the service pack (passed on with the mini which was second hand) which could be used another two times before it runs out, only to be then told by mini when I inquired about it that I have no such thing under the service pack, salesman has now left and I'm more or less being made out to be a liar despite both my wife and myself hearing the same thing from the salesman, had I known I was being lied to I probably wouldnt have bought it, or perhaps negotiated a better discount ..Naturally I sent a complaint and when that department responded with their own conclusions told me in the same response that they wont communicate with me further so basically leaving me to just accept what they say then had the audacity to threaten me with lawyers if I make any comments about it. Bad customer service - wont ever buy again from here and will make sure friends and family are aware of such a lousy service.

Lovely vehicles my first time here and was a pleasant experience . The salesesman was very nice and knowledgable . They were not pushy at all . Recently bought my new mini cooper from this showroom. The salesman (Harrison ) was excellent. Very attentive but not too forceful. It was definitely one of my more pleasant car purchase experiences.

This was the first time i had bought a car so i was worried about the 'pushy salesman' stereotype but actually the salesman (Fes) wasn't pushy at all. The whole experience was great! Totally ignored for 20 mins while browsing, popped over to Evan halshaws and got treated like a proper customer.

Despite the sad circumstances surrounding the car I was trading in both my son and I and later my daughter were treated with such professional courtesy and kindness that we left with big smiles on our faces having collected our used mini. At no point did anyone try to upsell us into a newer model nor beat us down in our trade in. We felt looked after and important at every stage; not least of all when it came to collection and we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I'm also really impressed with the communication between employees- when the man who sold the car to us was on his day off; another looked after me well and kindly showed me how to access the car's connectivity. I really recommend it. I had made an appointment at Skoda next door to view a car, but following a patronising approach to us, we left and wandered into Douglas Parks on spec. We bought a cracking wee mini a few hours later! Thanks again!

Five star customer service from Darren. I went in to Mini looking for a new car to replace my BMW. Having never driven a mini before Darren was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was able to give me a good price for my BMW and helped me secure the best car for my needs. I will most likely be buying a Mini for my next car in the future (as they are amazing) and I will definitely be returning to Darren at Douglas Park. P.S. Five star for the coffee machine too!

I was very disappointed that a service took 6 hours. The same service at kwick fit 3 hours. Replacement brake light cost £17.76 yet at kwick fit it cost £9.00. Infuriating that today it was also just announced in the news that mini will no longer be produced in the UK. We should never have sold it to you in the first place. Shame on you the buyers of mini. You never respected anything that was British

I've just traded in my Mini for another model and would highly recommend Fes Munir. He's very efficient, friendly and informative and takes time to explain everything to you!

I randomly walked in off the street one day having visited another garage close by in search of my second Mini, and was greeted by the very friendly Fes. Fes instantly made me feel welcomed and after viewing a varied selection matched me with the perfect car suiting my requirements. Fes was very responsive via email and on the phone to any queries. When I came to pick the car up I was particularly nervous about driving it home to Argyll as I hadn't driven in a few years. Fes took me for a test drive which turned into a 40 minute driving lesson. Although this was totally out with his job description he was incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable with the car before I set off. I've had my Mini for a few weeks now and haven't experienced any problems at all, quite the contrary - it's great little car. All round a good experience made even better by Fes.

This is the 3rd car we have bought from Douglas Park Glasgow and again A1 service throughout . FES in sales department was extremely helpful and was of great assistance from his knowledge on Minis and the financial deals available.

I’ve bought many brand new cars over the years and my first experience of using Douglas Park has been the worst ever......received my brand new mini 2 years ago on the pretence that the first service would be included in the deal.....the initial purchase experience was okay, staff seemed very helpful and eager to please, I even got flowers which was nice, however fast forward to 2 years later, I take my car in to get its first service only for them to tell me that there’s nothing noted on their system about it and as such, I’d have to pay the £200+ to get it done. Complete incompetence, not to mention they put the complete wrong roof decal on it which I only found out the day I went to pick it up (I paid for this), though they did recitfy it a few days later. Will never ever use Douglas Park again because it would appear they would do anything for a sale, even telling blatant lies. My advice is to make sure that everything they tell you is “included” in the deal, is documented in black and white before you sign anything, even if it’s in an email from them simply acknowledging what’s included in the deal they offer to you because they deny all knowledge of it afterwards, even if you have witnesses to what was said at the time.
