Nice shopping centre with plenty of parking and a even plentiful choice of shops to shop on. I found this place really busy with all shops thriving, which was great to see in this day and age. My only complaints is there could be some cover above from the elements as you are completely exposed and there could be more toilets on the site. But plenty choice of restaurants and food and I did notice a 5 Guys restaurant this time.

Refreshing idea for a mall to have the streets outside. The Main Street has all the major shops present and most of them are the biggest variant. Huge Boots, mamas papas , Next, etc… really looks like a mix of a mall and a retail park. Sometimes it has event organised on its Main Street like Christmas’s market from December 18th usually. It has big restaurants also so you can make a shopping day with some good food with the family. Many useful shops present too, mobile providers, travel agency’s etc…

I LOVE THE GLASGOW FORT!! I went yesterday to have lunch and return some clothes and it's always such an amazing place to shop. Parking is easy enough to find. Lots of shops are still open and if you go to Tito's and get donuts, you will feel truly complete! They are amazing!

Amazing place for shopping, lots of parking spaces and can be busy on weekends and bank holidays, it has a cinema and lots of good restaurants. There is parking indicators that tell you how many skates are available in each car park which is very helpful. There are a few food carts dotted around and serve really tasty snacks like Greek Gyros or sugar doughnuts. Makes for a good shopping experience!

Plenty to offer for shopping. We were there for the bonfire night with the rides and attractions. Car park was a nightmare to get out of after the fireworks. Took us over 75 mins to MOVE. Total gridlocked.

Just stopped for coffee on the way home from Glasgow. Got parked very easily, less people about I suppose. I was disappointed that Pret is no longer open, as I wanted a mocha and one of their nice avocado open sandwiches 😭. Settled for a Starbucks one and a cake, also very good, if not so healthy. Floor needed a sweep, but apart from that it was clean and very well organised.

Parking system is a nightmare hence we parked over at Morrisons and walked across. Had a decent meal at Tony Macs and found a few bargains shopping. The Christmas market was lovely but rip off prices for food and drink. Had fun gatecrashing the busker and singing along with him lol.

The Fort is a worthwhile place to visit and dog friendly 🐾to walk through with your furry friend. Plenty of seating areas and no litter 🚮 Great mix of shops and good atmosphere.

I loved the experience, but parking was terrible. Why block off a massive section, put the fare somewhere else. My logic would be to get as many cars parked so people can spend their money. That is what it is all about

Was a great place to visit. Gave a 4 star because the little fair on site is a bit of an expensive visit for little kids and unavoidable due to its location. Hassle to buy tokens to pay for the 4 rides or so just take the money for each, its so small there is no need for a token system. Honestly won’t return because it will be too tough to avoid this fair area with a 3 year old but otherwise great shopping centre. Plenty of self pay cars on site for kids.

The Guy Fawkes night fireworks was a massive one this time with a jam packed crowd. The public transportation could have been better as it was inadequate on the day. The environment was electrifying.

Glasgow Fort is a wonderful place to visit, Silja Europa cruise and the inside buffet option available. The cruise aboard Silja Europa was a remarkable journey that exceeded all expectations. One of the standout features of the cruise was the inside buffet, which provided a delightful dining experience. The buffet offered an extensive array of dishes, catering to different palates and dietary requirements. From delicious international cuisines to delectable local specialties, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The quality and presentation of the food were excellent, leaving passengers impressed and satisfied. The convenience of the inside buffet was another plus, as guests could enjoy their meals in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment, regardless of the weather outside. The spacious and well-designed setting added to the overall dining ambiance. Throughout the cruise, the Silja Europa crew provided impeccable service, ensuring that guests’ needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The atmosphere onboard was welcoming, making passengers feel at home during the entire voyage.

Great place to take family out to plenty of choices for eating and snacks. Best bit is it's open very late so you don't have to worry about catching the shop at 17.00 as they shut at 10pm The place is all outdoors so it can be cold walking around most bits have shelter from the rain but if its busy you will get wet in the rain My family all like it here compared to city centre area

A wonderful shopping area. Safe to walk around with children as parking is at distance. While parking is huge and availability does not seem an issue.. Many brands at one place. Clothing, ahoes, food, grocery everything can be purchased at the same place within walking distance. Good for families outing, shopping, eating and entertainment. Timings are also suitable during the week.

A great centre that has lots of variety but not is it cold! Even in summer there’s a wind. The Gyros van is our favourite and sometimes we go there just for a kebab. All the shops are well spaced out with ample space between them, lots of parking and the restaurants are fab

It’s got a great variety of shopping with most of it under the shelter of glass canopies when it’s raining. It’s always well maintained with no litter in sight. The kids play park is also great for a half time break. At times the movement of traffic is slow but enough to put me off from visiting

(Translated by Google) Everyone speaks of Edinburgh, but almost none of Glasgow. And I tell you, this city is extremely underrated in many ways. Glasgow has a rather dingy reputation, but this city lives, pulsates and is developing into a real insider tip for all Schottlan travelers. A previous introductory tour with the Glasgow tour bus is a must - because hardly any other city can call such a variety of sights and universities its own and then it is an advantage to know what, when, where. If I went to college and were a few years younger then Glasgow would be my city. So why go to Edinburgh when the good is at home in Glasgow. With that in mind, go to Glasgow, Andreas Clavadetscher (Original) Alle sprechen von Edinburgh, doch fast keiner von Glasgow. In diesem Sinne, go for Glasgow, Andreas Clavadetscher

All on one level entry to shops, reasonable sized, free car parks, all with in an easy walkable distance to shops. Loses a star only because the weather can make walking between shops less of a nice shopping experience.

  • 4/5 shaun m. 2 years ago on Google
Always a good place to visit, nice choice of shops and places to eat. Lots of free parking but very limited EV charging facilities (4 x3.5kW podpoint). The biggest drawback is the fact that the Fort is uncovered; nice on a good day but a wet and windy place in the more common weather

  • 4/5 natalie d. 2 years ago on Google
Good shopping centre. Outdoors area. Clean and tidy. All wheelchair accessible and toilets are good too. Could do with more toilets at different areas. Food areas are quite good. Could maybe do with more seating. But overall quite good

One of my favourite shopping places in Glasgow, lots of good shops and dining places in one place, also have a great sports direct store that’s really big and has a good trainer selection, aswell as a handy Morrisons to grab groceries and fill up on petrol before leaving. Good location and good amount of parking spaces,

Excellent open/outdoor shopping centre. It’s got lots of great shops and places to eat as well as some coffee shops. Looks like a fab place to get your Christmas shopping. I liked the outdoor element, especially with covid still lurking about.

  • 4/5 Martin M. 1 year ago on Google
Great shopping centre, plenty parking, exits off M8 can be congested, the choice of shops and food/bar options have improved but a few more shops and a couple of bars would really make this an outstanding shopping destination. Biggest drawback of the Mall is that it is outdoors and in Autumn and Winter it can be awful to shop in.

  • 4/5 Greg S. 1 year ago on Google
Great shopping, open until 10pm (barring certain stores). Parking can be a pain at times especially when busy. Little shelter and very windy if the weather is poor so remember and bring a jacket!

It's decent as a shopping and F&B destination. A bit sprawling, not under cover but that's a positive and a negative. Plenty to choose from to eat and drink, and some good shops. It can get very busy and weekends.

We visited the smiths toy store and it was like being 5 again. A decent selection of items. We arrived too late to explore more but will definitely be back

  • 5/5 Ryan G. 1 year ago on Google
It was fairly busy, though still parking spaces were available. I dread to think what it's like in December. All the shops are on the level of the concourse so if mobility is a problem then you should be ok. There is a lot of variety of shops and plenty of places to eat. The roads in to the place are slightly ropey though pot holes and people driving badly but the place can't be blamed for things outside. It is a useful place, just off of a main motorway so getting there is easy by car (despite the condition of the road surfaces) but bring a brolly if it's raining. The double edged sword of being an outdoor shopping centre. Speaking of swords, I probably wouldn't be walking home from here. Easterhouse. As a retail experience, it's one of the better ones.

  • 4/5 David M. 1 year ago on Google
Nice, showing a bit of wear around the edges / starting to get a bit worn out in places but still the nicest shopping area around Glasgow - nicer than silverburn because its outside - feels more open and less closed in. Way nice than the forge.

  • 4/5 Paul K. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent out of town shopping been a few years since I've been hear and definitely getting better high street stores and some not so big retailers, would be great to see the larger closed down stores to open back up with independent retailers to boost the experience and the local economy, during the excrement time we are all going through. The funfair on site at the time is not conclusive to a good shopping experience as it takes one third if the parking away then makes it a total nightmare to get in and out of the place never mind parking 🤬 All in all a good wee place to come Christmas shopping if you don't fancy the city centre experience of crowded streets. Oh if u need free WiFi see pictures above 😘

  • 5/5 Emily M. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of shops and food places. There's also a cinema and a multi story car park! They have lots of stalls at Christmas and other holidays too! Staff are kind and their service is great! More or less, best place to shop for gifts or even just for yourself.

  • 4/5 Lynn A. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of good stores here and you get your steps walking round the shopping curve. Free parking and they have food/coffee options in the middle and each end of the shops. The kids love the play area near Smyth's toy shop.

  • 4/5 Alex Di Folco-McQuire (alex m. 1 year ago on Google
Strong choice for shopping centre most units have something in them. Would wrap up on colder days can get quite cold and if you stay in north Lanarkshire, driving is the best and sometimes only way to get to the fort Other than that a great shopping centre

  • 4/5 Jodie C. 1 year ago on Google
Great selection of shops and food places - the only thing it's missing is a Primark! It can be really busy during the festive period with barely any parking spaces left which result in vehicles being parked all over the pavements.

  • 4/5 Colin M. 1 year ago on Google
It's a great place to visit. Lots of free parking. There is no cover here in bad weather unlike places like Braehead. A good selection of shops and eating places

  • 5/5 Catherine H. 1 year ago on Google
Visited on New Year's Eve to pick up click and collect purchase. Parked in the multi-storey. Was in and out in no time at all . Fantastic always go the back way when the normal route is tailed back.

  • 4/5 shirley m. 1 year ago on Google
Great selection of shops with a grocery store and fuel station close by. Only reason for 4 stars is because none of it is undercover. Great on a warm sunny day, but not so good in the rain.

  • 4/5 Kerry P. 1 year ago on Google
The parking is meant to be a feature however it’s only feature was waiting to try and get out of the carpark once shopping. The usual stores offering lots of sales. It isn’t completely under roof so if it’s raining take a wet proof or a umbrella. Lots of choice of shops is well situated and can be accessed off its own junction on the m8. Good selection of products, food stores. Pizza Nando’s costa. Next, Zara, schuh, jd sports.

  • 5/5 John M. 1 year ago on Google
Despite the fact that it is open to the elements, I would rather go here than go to many in-city, enclosed malls. Parking is free and plentiful, and the curved layout of the site means that you can park close to the shops that interest you whilst never being far from all the shops. There are also multiple and varied restaurants and cafés as well as a multi-screen cinema. It might seem strange to have an open-air shopping outlet in Scotland, but when the sun is shining, it is a far superior experience than climate-controlled indoor malls.

Glasgow Fort shopping centre is an out of town centre that's still in town. It has fast, easy access to the motorway, and it's in Glasgow, so it has good public transport links too. There is a good range of shops too. Well worth a visit.

Fort shopping centre is excellent. Nice to be outside and not enclosed in like some places. Plenty of variety to choose from although sometimes when busy it's hard to get parked, esp the disabled bays seem to fill up quickly. That can be the one issue I've encountered here. Highly recommended place though!

Welcomed into the Restaurant by an extremely nice waiter. Offered choice of seating, we sat at preferred high tables. Busy place however served drinks and meals within a short time. Food was great however disappointed that 'no-duck donburi' is no longer an option.

Plenty of parking if you can work out the system, quite confusing I found. Good selection of shops and stores, plenty of places to eat. Good access for those like me with mobility problems,

Good selection of stores, clean and modern. Just be mindful that it is not fully covered so bit exposed to bad weather. A nice place

What to say about here not much no toilets for use n when asking shop to use one you get a no not happy in fact the only place was Asda so thank you Asda you did what others couldn't, it's a disgrace that all the toilets are closed no allowed to use or refurbishing no help signs anywhere for people to use the toilet, am sorry about this as the place used to cater well but now unless u have a portable loo on u then Ur buggered

It could be 30 degrees out side but there'd still be a Gail blowing whichever way you faced, but it's still a great place to shop with plenty of lunch and dinner options too. Better baby changing faci would be great though. I don't believe they have enough for the volume of traffic that passes through

Went for a wee shopping spree to smyths, hobby craft and a few other places. Great array of shops and loads to do and see. Good day had. Got a good few things we wanted and a few we didn't expect but got anyway as you do 😉 ended the trip with visit to Frankie & Benny which was a great feed for us all. Plenty of parking too. Would recommend unless you head out early doors just go straight to the multi storey as it gets busy quick 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

Great place for shopping but get there early for parking as the place is brimmed. No spaces were available after 11am, doing 1 in 1 out or driving round in hope.

Fun filled fireworks festival, best celebrations in town for the guy fawkes night. Nice crowd in the fair, full of excitement. Parking is always challenging at such events.

Wide variety of shops and eateries. Plenty of seating available if you are waiting for someone (or just cannot be bothered looking around yet another shop). Lots of free parking too. Just be aware of the long distance if you have mobility issues.

Decent wee outdoor shopping centre with lots of good eating places too. First time in the new Zara shop and it's huge...roll on the January sales!

Good shopping Center with good selection of high street shops but it is outside so in bad weather you will get wet. The Gyros restaurant is sending good food smells throughout the shopping area keeping you hungry but luckily there is plenty of places to eat.
