It's a shopping centre in easterhouse that used to be called the Shandwick center, shanny market for short.... Then they renamed it The Lochs shopping center but nothings changed its still a boring old shopping center. But some good shops like food fayre where you can buy fresh sliced meat.... But watch they don't give you too much meat! I webby to buy a quarter of ham.... I ended up with almost a 1lb of sliced meat cost over £2 I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't read the price then when I get to the check out I only had a few things should've came to around £5.....i was charged over £9 but again because I hadn't my glasses I couldn't see the prices until I got into my car where my glasses were! But because it was cold weather I was in so much pain I just left. But just be careful if you shop there, you're best asking for a few slice of meat it's only way too know for sure you'll get what you ask for and you've still got to watch them cos they'll try to add on a couple more slices!

This shopping centre WAS THE BEST AND ONLY PLACE TO BE AND SHOP as time has past it became a place to meet DRUG DEALERS must be honest since police and cameras were introduced they cleaned it up there are some really good shops still to this day I was there before it opened the day it did open still shop there NOT ANY DRUG DEALERS hang around but some of these drug addicts spend there full day in there not necessarily to buy drugs but to be with the only people they no this has also been cleaned up since became the lochs I have been apart of this shopping centre since it was built buywell as it was known my MOTHER ( DECEASED) WORKED there for years in centre grill cafe when the doors opened I MYSELF AND ME WORKED THERE AS CLEANER ,MY DAUGHTER WORKED THERE a very successful shop not only did the elderly loved this shop but people on low budget single people and people living alone yet when the lady Margaret through no fault of her own lost the shop people in wheelchair would come up to me asking where my daughter went and is the shop coming back believe me great benefit to the public to get this or similarl to it . I will be glad to give yous any information you may need to better the Loch

Don’t let the exterior look put you off. There are some hidden gems in here. Wee Betty’s Cafe is fantastic and lots of affordable shops for food if you’re on a budget.

Good butcher and cafe in the centre but a lot of retail has closed like most other shopping centers.Still worth a look.

Has all the main stores you'd need, Iceland, B&M's n some other wonderful shops. Has a Greggs at the car park entrance and a McDonalds across the car park also.

Handy wee place for good reasonably priced food and bargains

It's good if you're from the area who grew up with this as your local shopping centre. I think to others it would look run down and a bit dated. Got a few decent shops but could be doing with more.

The map is outdated, it's unclean and the staff in 2 of the charity shops we went into were cleary swearing in the back room for all customers to hear with no care. However the staff at B&M were friendly and attentive.

Went for the sealife centre which was good. Bit disappointed with the shops. Not much of a shopping centre. Place is lovely and great for a day outdoors. Lovely park land to walk and enjoy fresh air.

Used to be the Buywell many moons ago always a bustling hub for the easterhoosians among us,now it's a desolate hole always empty except for them that need somewhere local to get their messages

Was a bit late so Iceland was closed but went to the butchers nice meat

Love this little shopping centre and your right next to the Fort shopping centre to I like the buchner in this place and the local shop and Ireland and farmfoods

Don't usually like these kinds of places but with some time to kill, I wanted to go to Iceland and Farmfoods but nowhere else would interest me.

Plenty of shops good selection of food produce very clean and tidy wheelchair access is good from carpark .

Good shops good local people working, so they are helpful and friendly, also not very busy anymore, probably because of the fort shopping centre which I find quite expensive and too open for the Glasgow Weather.

Now you must visit The Lochs Shopping centre And Ofcourse Foodfare staff amazing food unbelievable and Ofcourse bargains Galore in Foodfare

Feels a tad dated but got a nice community feel and is kept clean. Good accessible free parking too

Shopping centre looks like a empty depressing site not enough being done to make it a bit more inviting better lights more businesses should be allowed to open it stops other shops over charging the customer for good that were previously at a lower cost customer should always come first lochs shopping centre seems to have missed that point

Was very grateful to see the operations team had made a pathway , clear of snow, to gain a safe passage way into the centre, much appreciated, thanks .
