Silverburn is hands down the best shopping mall in Glasgow. Tons of options, great brands and the toddler loves the interactive screen in the children play area! The mall is clean, has tons of parking specially the indoor car park with plenty of Disabled and Family parking slots. The timings are great aswell, and is open till pretty late. There's disabled toilets, Family baby change room, and even a multi-faith room. Facilities are always clean. We enjoy every visit and we do visit alot!

Silverburn is a large shopping and leisure destination located in Pollok, Glasgow, Scotland. It features over 120 stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, mini-golf and an adventure zone. It is easily accessible by car and public transport, and is a popular venue for events and exhibitions.

I went to Silverburn with a friend to specifically go to Cosmo World Buffet. which i have reviewed separately with accompanying photos. Silverburn is a huge, sprawling arc shaped shopping centre. It has a food court with multiple outlets and food choices and a very large Marks & Spencer's Store. It has its own bus hub, so can be quite easily reached from glasgow city centre. The Mall is on Glasgow's southside near Pollok district.

Fantastic shopping experience for a family days out with the usual UK high street designer shops (even with a Hugo Boss) and more.

Ample parking and busy enough mall. Your average mall. Large enough TkMaxx.

1st visit in a very long time. It was after work. Parking was easy. The place was nice and quiet. The shops are neat and tidy. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I was looking for. Did get a nandos, and the trip up from Ayrshire was almost worth it. I'm not sure I would have the same experience if it was busy.

Good variety of shops, bright and airy. Good if you're fit and mobile. If you were old and not so good on your feet I think it would be hard going as its all on the ground floor with alot of shops which means you have to walk a bit of a distance to get to one end of the centre to the other.

Regular late evening shopping, with a good selection of stores, restaurants and a cinema. It really is one of the better shopping centres in Glasgow. It's easy to get to on public transport and there is plenty of parking. The place is always clean and apart from the loss of Debenhams it has few empty units, so it avoids feeling a bit depressing.

Really wonderful place to find so many brands all together. Easy shopping experience with multiple things to enjoy from food to movies. You can buy your groceries and grab a handful of fashion items from Next and Marks and Spenser. You can always bring your family and children to shop, enjoy and have fun 😊.

Love this shopping centre, all good shops, open spaces and air con in summer, heating in winter under a roof. Can get pretty much everything in here, it's not the cheapest of shopping centres right enough. Ample parking.

Lovely environment with a good selection of shops & places to eat, also a cinema. Scoring a 4 as there is a large gap for a department store now that Debenhams isn’t there & this is lying empty. Also not a fan of the large open plan changing area for multiple babies. I am often on my own with my baby so need to be able to go to the toilet in a space I can take er pram into. Some other accessible bathrooms do have changing facilities in them but these are locked with a disability key so not accessible to carers if babies.

Good selection of shops. Plenty of eating places. The only negative thing I'd say, is a lack of seating within the shopping centre.

Bought a boss jumper and thought it would be easily returned to the boss shop in silverburn. . How wrong were we . ...no manager but girls quickly called to seek help....wrong info given ...took my parter to call the customer service number for staff to then be assisted to do return Lots of time wasted however staff can now do a refund!!

On a positive note probably the best shopping experience in Glasgow area, 4 stars i believe the seating could be policed or put more seats for disabled infirm or walking difficulties

Silverburn is a shopping centre with some high street brand shops (Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, Card Factory, M&S among others) it also has some high end shops (Kurt Geiger, Flannels, Molton Brown among others) there are a wide range of assorted eating places from Italian, Japanese, American etc, and they appear to be permanently full! There is also a Cineworld Complex, with a Starbucks attatched to it... I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon...had a really quick coffee and cake in Patisserie Valerie, as soon as my last sip was gone, my crockery was whisked away, as there was a queue of people waiting for tables.... Not very relaxing,, so I strode along to Waterstones bookstore, found a seat, and chilled and read for half an hour.... If you're not a people/crowd/children loving person, then avoid Silverburn at weekends! Its a nice enough centre with oodles of parking, but far too busy for people that enjoy a quiet browse/coffee.

1 star for the lack of parking wardens at all. People are parking on the disabled and parents and children spots without any blue badge or kids. Overall good shopping experience but while you are looking for a space to park and following the rules the others just don't care. Maybe someone should start keying improperly parked cars. Maybe then the low IQ's will learn.

Absolutely terrible experience at easy nail bar, upon arriving was asked what I wanted and replied acrylics with gel overlay and told to take a seat. However once seated after almost an hour of waiting, I was advised that she was due to finish and would not do acrylics and just a gel polish. No apology no nothing shocking customer care!

Very good shopping centre. Decent variety of shops from food to fashion available. An excellent food court with most tastes catered for. A take away coffee to a full sit down meal is available depending on what you want. Toilet facilities are clean and tidy. Free parking is aplenty. The centre is well serviced by bus and has great links to the motorway.

There's a good one way system set up. Altough some people can't follow basic instructions. Everyone wearing masks. The decorations are always lovely. If you go on their website they let you know a quieter time to visit

Not a bad shopping centre but the food court is great and one of the best I’ve seen in a shopping centre. I went for a click and collect. The area is well set out, the signage is clear and sanitising is in place. Ample parking and easy access

  • 5/5 macedonboy 4 years ago on Google
Silverburn is bright modern shopping centre of the outer edge of Glasgow. As shopping centres go, Silverburn is fairly standard with the usual suspects of high street shopping. Although none of the shops really stand out, there's a really good cinema inside and one of my main go to cinemas when in Glasgow. Ever since the make over about two years ago, there's now a lot more choices for eateries with a mix of types of food. Silverburn isn't quite as good as Buchanan Galleries or Princes Square in the city centre, but it's a good shopping centre to go and there always parking spaces.

  • 5/5 graham m. 3 years ago on Google
Needed my eyes tested within the centre. Several stores open for click, collect. Security asked politely where I was going, when told pointed in the right direction. All good.

  • 4/5 Eileen 3 years ago on Google
Seems clean enough, with hand sanitizing stations all over which is great, but it's always too busy. And sometimes you have to walk quite quite far down to turn around and go up the other side, it would be helpful if there were more areas you could change direction.

Best indoor mall in the Glasgow area. Loads of free parking including numerous disabled bays. Very wide mall with lots of space for social distancing. Most units occupied so nice to see not many boarded up shop fronts. Good selection of shops, usual chains but very tidy and well looked after. All staff helpful and friendly.

Silverburn is a very good shopping complex with upmarket products for all tastes. It has the added feature of being enclosed under roof and comfortable to the eye. With the many eateries they have you will find one that will satisfy your taste buds.

Great shopping centre with all the main shopping outlets. The best thing about Silverburn is the food court. There is a great choice of cuisine and there normally isn't too much of a wait to get a table in any of the places. I still much prefer Glasgow City centre for shopping but for convenience or on a rainy day Silverburn is a good alternative. Much better than Braehead in my opinion.

It's a really nice shopping experience here. I use a wheelchair and it's very accessible. Silverburn, being a dog friendly indoor shopping centre just outside Glasgow, was a godsend on a rainy day for the four of us visiting the area, plus our spaniel, as it allowed us all to go out and lunch together. The shops were great and varied, the centre was bright and clean. Welcoming and sociable atmosphere. Please keep it dog friendly.

Like all the retail parks there are a lot of gaps where shops have closed down. However there are still some nice ones to browse and have a coffee or a bite to eat. Lots of parking but spread out so choose wisely if you have mobility issues.

I think it can be a better place if only the restaurants improved. Very Poor choice of restaurants. The variety isn't good and the available restaurants are expensive and poor. Both in terms of quality and taste.

Nice shopping centre. A good amount of parking though Saturdays and Sunday are always really busy but you can usually find a space within 5 to 10 minutes. A good range of shoos. At time of review the old Debenhams store is still empty which I hope they will fill really soon.

One of the best Shopping experiences in Scotland. Plenty for everyone and a giant Tesco next door. If it's raining it doesn't matter its all under one roof then after your shopping you can grab something to eat then head to the cinema. Fantastic.......

Overall a nice experience. What do you want from a shopping centre? Lots of stores? lots of parking spots? A huge grocery? Children friendly? Lots of choices for food? All is there, therefore 5 stars!

  • 5/5 Megha J. 11 months ago on Google
Loved it! Very nice mall like shopping center with lots and lots of shops of the most famous brands in Scotland, UK. The family room was very big, comfortable, well decorated with all facilities for babies including bottle warmers, nappy dispensers, few baby changing areas, a little play screen for kids, feeding area and a toilet for everyone, which I like the most. Many restaurants and Cineworld movie cinema with many screens are also there. So, it's a complete package if you want to spend some time.

Great place . I had 3 disabled people with me and the electric buggy service was great. Although they didn't have 2 small ones . So one was too big for M&S and couldn't go into most shops. Lunch was good as staff helped me get all 3 to a table

After a morning of shopping, we decided to have a coffee and a sandwich and as Marks and Spencer’s was less busy than the other coffee shops, we decided to have a coffee there! The menu appeared expensive for basic food, so we opted for a toasted sandwich, which I presumed was £3.00, however I was shocked to learn the advertised price of £3.00 per toasted sandwich, was the “Kids” price 😱 Our total for 2 toasted cheese and ham sandwiches ( 4 slice of bread ) and two coffees was £18.30 Now, I do realise the “no frills” toasted sandwiches are apparently, are not any old toasted sandwiches, however they tasted very bog standard to us. £6.00 for two small slice of white bread, a slice of gammon and a slither of cheese is totally out of order ! It’s no surprise, that M&S cafe was the least busy, as the prices are extortionate ! The price for adults food, should be clearly marked on the shelves. We’ll certainly be boycotting this ripoff cafe in future!

Has a super big parking lot. Silverburn has a wide range of shops. From stunning jewellery and trendy clothing to beauty supplies, shoes, airbrush art, and even a floral department! I even treated myself to a pampering session at the spa and while I was at it, I could swing by the sexy shops all over. Silverburn isn't just about shopping. They also have an array of dining options to grab a bite to eat.
