Nice enough shopping centre, cost £2.50 to park just across the road from it for roughly 2 hours. Most retail units open, it is not the biggest of shopping malls and not much of way of food to be had inside it at all! But think all the restaurants are outside. A couple of “ends” of the shopping mall I found a little cold but all in all very very clean place and toilets also spotless with a decent mix of shops to choose from.

Don't forget to have a peek down at the free attraction. Down a small set of spiral stairs you'll find it, yes only a small room but pretty cool none the less. Shops in a centre that are open is also a rare thing in this day and age. Visit this and the area and protect the businesses 👍

It's an extremely huge Shopping Center in Stirling. You can find Maximum branded shops here, and you didn't feel crowded at all because of the large area of this Center. I can find anything which I need and I love to do shopping in this Center because I feel so comfortable, secure as well as in a relaxed environment. I prefer and suggested to others to go and do their shopping at Thistles Shopping Centre. I just love this Shopping Center anyway 💝

Nice shopping centre with a good selection of shops and cafes . It has the unusual addition of a jail! ( Not in use in current times!) Free to visit a little piece of history between purchases

Very clean and modern. Most of the shops were the usual high street names.

nipped in after a wet visit to Stirling Castle as needed lunch. very impressed with social distancing measures in place - barriers marking where to walk, everyone kept left. good choice of shops , better than our local shopping areas (Foundry in Scunthorpe and Freshney Place in Grimsby) which have multiple empty shops. staff were very friendly wherever we went.

Probably the best shopping centre in Britain!!! A real family friendly community focused place where you can just leave your phone's behind, meet friends, shop, eat, drink till you drop. My favourite area is the "snug" book exchange, chill out area where ANYONE can rest between visiting the vast variety of shops. You've also got highly professional friends staff who will help anyone in need. Just one more thing The Theives Pot JUST PAY FOR YOUR SHOPPING SIMPLES!!!!

A nice shopping mall with a good variety of shops which was very pleasing to see, considering how many big names are closing. Nice bright and airy. One thing that doesn't reflect on the mall is that the parking below is ridiculously overpriced. If I'd known it was now in the hands of a private company, I'd never have parked there. I have a blue badge, but that didn't matter at all as everyone pays regardless, and the cost is extortionately huge, £2 for an hour, although I was only parked for 20 minutes. I should have realised something wasn't right as the carpark is usually packed, especially on a Saturday, but it was really empty, I now know the reason. Be warned, folk's this is a rip-off car park.

Worked here for 3 years and it's the only shopping centre for miles and miles and is usually pretty busy. Security and staff are always really friendly it's also a shame some shops had to close due to the pandemic and I feel bad for the staff that had to leave. But it's got a great variety of shops at relatively decent prices.

Considering the Stirling Council has a population of just under 100,000 people, the shopping centre is rather a generous size. Has everything you need and a few good stores that suit my lifestyle like CEX. Cash Converters is also just outside the shopping centre which makes shopping here convenient.

Plenty of brightly lit up shops BUT too many that sell watches. Note the black 🚗,.. is over the line & the bus 🚌,. can't get through. I was wondering where all the shouting was coming from.

Easy access, ample parking. Great stores. The only Primark around, so it's great for buying a few items of clothing. The Workshop is lively inside. Has all the crafting and art supplies you need. Lifts and stairs. Clean toilets. Overall great shopping mall.

Normal shops nothing like much to say . They should have more variety and better discounts .

I have used the shopping centre religiously since moving to Scotland and I have come to buy a few items today to help better equip ourselves against this arduous weather, but you want me to leave my dogs in the pouring rain in this freezing weather on a hard standing instead of letting them take refuge in your massive entry to your shopping centre for 20 minutes where they will be safe and warm. You are a heartless corporation with lack compassion and no empathy. Why would we fill your greedy pockets? The picture of the dogs was taken in Edinburgh today, where the dogs have received the warmest reception by all shop owners and shopping centres! The second picture is of the massive entry to the shopping centre where the dogs were tied up. The third picture is for context and to show the sort of weather we are dealing with in Stirling.

Good range of quality shops plus usual primark. Also mall stalks featuring local artisans. Lacks an nice eatery indoors but loads of choice in nearby streets. Easy parking with registration recognition.

Thistles shopping mall stirling is a massive shopping arcade . The bus terminal is just outside. The train station is also a stone throw from the mall.

Its so sad to see how many shops have closed during the pandemic. Loved the Lego sculptures and the kids and big kids liked getting their photos taken beside them. The balloon man and face painters were doing great business due to school holidays. If it wasn't for them I fear we wouldn't have lingered long.

Good selection of shops including M&S but the closure of a substantial Debenhams store will take some time to recover from.

Light and bright shopping centre/mall. Very good shops and eating places.

Just another mall with shops that could be anywhere, selling bog standard generic merchandise. Like most malls, too many franchises and not enough distinctive places. But provided shelter from the elements, close to train and bus station, plus paid parking.

  • 5/5 Eleanor “The Huntress” S. 1 year ago on Google
This place is huge there are maps so you don't get lost and its amazing, you can find any shop with the map and you can have a bite to eat, with a coffee in hand as you shop or you can sit and relax after shopping it's very light and airy as well. I will visit again sometime in the future

Enjoy a trip through from Edinburgh to the thistles. It's just a nice atmosphere and laid back; it hosts all you need and tbh Stirling Centre is a lovely visit.

  • 4/5 Graeme B. 2 years ago on Google
Was good to be in the Thistles centre again after an absence of a few months. Had a day off work, so thought a wee trip through would be good. The centre is looking kinda sad now tbh. So many shops have shut down, only to be replaced by inferior stores. Had a kinda "dead" feel about it today.....but it was mid-week though I guess. There's still plenty of decent shops left that make it well worth a visit, and Stirling as a whole is a great place to visit.

Big, open, plenty of variety of shops and places surrounding thr shopping centre too if you fancy something local like a coffee and cake. Toilets are downstairs. I still haven't came across the disabled toilets but I'm sure I will in due time.

Nice and clean. Good selection of shops. Pleasant atmosphere for a shopping centre. Not too big not. Not too small. Right in the Goldielocks Zone. Love it.

It's always clean and looks good, but it's a bit dull. Saying that, they do put activities on in the summer and, of course, Christmas. They have just started decorating for the festive season too.

All shops in one place so convenient. Mostly wheelchair friendly as all one level and has life and disabled toilets and near to bus and train station with connecting lift so makes travelling into Stirling to shop easy Especially as a wheelchair user

This is a really good shopping mall with plenty of shops of a wide variety. Also some of the best kept toilets I have come across. The place is very clean and tidy with benches to rest on .

  • 5/5 James D. 9 months ago on Google
It's such a surprise to find a shopping centre that is full and thriving. I come from the Midlands where town planners seem to be doing their utmost to destroy everything. Everything you could want is in here including a lot of stores that have completely disappeared from England.

  • 5/5 G B. 1 year ago on Google
Simple to get by car, however road works so cannot get into the carpark from the duel carriage way have to use another entrance. Good selection of shops, the usual really for a shopping centre.

  • 5/5 Debs “Devon” H. 10 months ago on Google
Lovely shopping centre, excellent car park, well lit and easy to find. Shops are a good mix, with lots of brand names as well as smaller shops. Very clean and bright.

  • 4/5 Gaynor H. 11 months ago on Google
Very light and airy. A good variety of stores with disabled access entrances. There are shop vacancies with some stores in the process of closing but not as many " empties" as some other shopping centres. The toilets are very clean and well maintained. The only drawback to the experience is the multi storey car park attached. The route from one level to the next is extremely tight which is probably why most cars opted for ground level. Vehicles with a wider wheelbase would have difficulty in navigating the route.

  • 4/5 Connie H. 11 months ago on Google
Clean and airy, toilets clean too. All kinds of shops to choose from so you won't get bored. Lovely wee coffee and muffin places to grab a bite including M&S Cafe which was busy but the staff were excellent at clearing and cleaning areas for new customers.

Massive building and parking. Only had to visit the EE shop to sort my phone. Quick and helpful staff so not too long. Paying pRking was a little different having number recognition deal with it all. Looks an amazing shopping event.

Travel to Thistles Shopping Centre quite a lot to do shopping. Always find that the shops here always have what we are looking for. Staff in shops extremely helpful. Always a pleasure to go there. Finished off with our visit to our usual restaurant The Indian Cottage where service and food is excellent. Looking forward to going again.👍👍👍

We visited here while on a trip to Sterling, the centre has a huge underground car park which is monitored via anpr so no need to wait for vouchers or tickets and when your done shopping the machines are by the lifts nice and quick contactless payment. It has all your named stores like Primark etc but it also has some great independent stores stocking gifts and memorabilia. Just outside the centre are plenty of places to eat. Would definitely visit again 😉

The Thistles always looks clean and well maintained. Unfortunately more and more shops seem to be closing so there are a lot of quite attractive hoardings covering them. However, the staples of M & S and Boots are still there and there are plenty of cafés. I also like the art work / sculpture displayed and now there will be Christmas decorations and probably a grotto as in previous years.

  • 5/5 Kev F. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent shopping centre with a nice range of shops. One or two closed and fronted but hopefully they will re-open soon. Perfect location in the town centre and close to the bus station and train station.

  • 4/5 Alisha 1 year ago on Google
It is very clear so can’t blame the staff as they do their jobs well but the amount of empty shops ruins it a bit, especially since Debenhams and Topshop closed (which isn’t the Thistle’s fault as it was the companies that fell apart during covid). Would be nice to see some of these empty retail properties being filled. Not sure what the solution is as times are difficult.
