This footwear shop inside Silverburn is having a sale at the moment and they definitely have some good bargains if you are into designer shoes and trainers. I bought a pair of Adidas trainers, which I like . The wait for bringing the trainers in some stores can be excruciating but here was 2-3 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient and fast so no problems

Shocking service!! Had to return trainers due to a fault, the staff at the Silverburn store couldn't be more unhelpful if they tried, absolutely terrible service. Told me they would need to go for an inspection and still not heard anything back after 2 weeks. This company won't ever be getting my money again and I'll be telling anyone that will listen about this horrific experience so they don't shop their either. Their after sales and treatment is totally disgusting so if I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!!

Very helpful staff, promoting their app and discounts available allowed me to get my daughters trainers a good bit cheaper than expected!

music is far to loud. you have to shout to staff to be heard and vice versa. it's not a club. I feel sorry for the staff. they must go home with a belittling headache.
