Clean and tidy shop selling clothes. Wheelchair friendly. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of stock. We only purchased sale items which were low cost and good quality.

Went to this store expecting a good experience. Instead I was greeted by Zoe the store manager who was rude and a few unhelpful staff. Have shopped with Arcadia Group stores for many years but wont be spending a penny with them now. Why pay the staff wages.

Topshop is mostly women I believe whereas Topman is the mans bit, that's the way it works I think Topshop is downstairs and Topman is upstairs, I can't am not qualified to speak for the womens store but can for upstairs, which I found a little underwhelming, not really too much there although store is modern and contemporary definitely well laid out

Great clothes but the sizes are tiny and only intended for people that are a dress size 6 to 8. Never find anything to find a size 12 properly. Always disappointed unfortunately. I'll shop elsewhere from now now

good variety of clothes and well laid out shop, however staff appear to be only interested in their own appearance and not helping customers.

normally the staff are brilliant at this shop but one staff member told me that I was not allowed in the changing room with my daughter And she is only 11 and waited outside the cubical until I got out, totally out of order.

Small store compared to others but almost always find what I'm looking for. I prefer shopping here to most Topshops.

Love Top shop clothes,great selection of sizes and styles for all. Handy eateries nearby for lunch.
