One of my favourite shops. Never had a problem with anything bought in Primark. The quality and prices are amazing. My wife and I usually go off in different directions and meet at the till, laden down with our purchases.

Great for gifts, and esp for kids clothes. Although maybe not the most ethical shop, most mums are on a very tight budget, and kids outgrow clothes so quickly, so it's ideal. The shop at Braehead is well laid out, and tidy, in comparison to other branches.

I had a few problems in Xbox controller. I informed to them and they fixed the issus properly.

Great clothing and shoes for everyone but especially for the grandkids who have more or less grew out of tbem before you have bought it. Find the clothing cheap and cheerful but stylish is the reason we keep coming back time after time. Staff are friendly and helpful

Big place for large range of great priced clothes. Excellent staff and good service. Best thing is the staff change the shop around on a daily basis so it's kind of like a hide and seek for clothes. If you see something you like buy it as soon as possible or be prepared to hunt for it on your next visit. Just the thing you need to keep you busy and entertained during these long days.

I had a faulty Xbox controller so went to consoles and gadgets at the Avenue in Newton Mearns. There service was great and managed to fix my controller in the same day. Would recommend for anyone with problems regarding all thing technical!

Terrible service... An absolute joke, and their items aren't "in stock". Then dealing with them to get a refund is even more of a joke...

NEVER USE!!! BEWARE! SCAM! Claim to have items in stock that they don't really have. Have fake reviews on their website, when you click on them they take you to empty pages. Worst communications ever. Never received any information about my item, order number, tracking.. nothing. Called costumer services and they put me on hold, told me they will contact me back and they never called back. Finally 3 days later they told me they can have my item in stock in 2 weeks!!

Brilliant service. Someone gave me a DSi XL which had a broken hinge so I ordered a new shell from Consoles & Gadgets. I messaged them on Facebook asking about it and was promptly replied to that they were out of stock and it would take 7 days to get the parts. Less than 7 days and the part was at my house. They had sourced a new part earlier than expected and sent it out first class. After trying to fix the DSi myself and breaking the ribbon cables for the camera and top screen, I messaged them again and asked for help. They couldn't of been more helpful and sent me out some new parts quick smart and pointed me in the direction of their great tutorials on their website. After following them I successfully fixed my DSi and it is fully working to its former potential. This was the only site I could find the parts I needed and they couldn't of been more helpful. Thanks guys, great service. Keep it up

Absolutely terrible service. Gave me a quote to repair a broken right hand hinge on a DS3xl which is a very common problem and a straight forward fix to somebody who knows what they are doing. Posted up to get it repaired. Heard nothing for a while so phoned in. Eventually after several attempts finally somebody answered the phone. Fumbled backwards and forwards on the phone and finally came back to me with a DOUBLED quote and could not justify this when challenged!!! They did however post it back to me free of charge!! Thanks!! I suggest going elsewhere!! Terrible communication and even worse customer service....clearly!!!

Love Braehead Primark. Due to location size it obviously houses a wider range of clothing compared to local Primarks. Loving how Primark is right up there competing against other well known stores, with up to date fashionable wear for all ages and gender and with family friendly prices. A bonus to is the store is so well stocked and clean throughout Primark till staff are so efficient and helpful. In fact Primark is a godsend to families in these times of heightened prices in other service areas. Thanks be for Primark!!!

Always busy, sadly they sold out of greggs crocs, not for me but the kids.. Would be 5 stars but always find lots of racks are messed up making it harder to find the correct size.

It's a Primark, it's pretty much the same as every other Primark. It's cheap with a wide selection of clothes, although that makes navigating the maze of a store a bit of a hassle. However, the men's selection is really poor, the shop is extremely hot, and the queues take forever.

Impossible to shop in music on a Sunday morning blaring. Had to leave as 2 loud and yes there is quiet hour on a Saturday but not much help if working. Every other shop is background music which is nice but not at that volume
