NEXT - A well-known clothing store, this one under the roof of Braehead Centre near Glasgow. This is one of the bigger shops here, but somehow it always feels cramped. The narrow aisles and maze of extra hanging rails do make it difficult to move around in a wheelchair. At times there was no other option but to sit in one of the wider aisles, while my wife moved through the crowded rails to search the stock. Not a good experience, but there is a wide variety of stock at reasonable prices. Either that or we were fortunate in buying some family Christmas presents.

Ordered a mirror in store to be delivered the next day by 1pm no sign of my delivery and I have called three times and sent an email the staff are so unhelpful and it seems none of them are willing to find out why my item hasn’t been delivered won’t be shopping here again

What an absolute shambles there is such a rude woman working in this shop, all I ask for was a suit-bag, I don’t understand why she had to be so overdramatic she said absolutely not your not getting one and we don’t do them ten minutes later I see someone walking out of next with a suit bag I ask them did get that in the shop They said yes, so I don't understand why staff are lieing, want along to M&S and asked if I can have a and they give me one No Problem, will never be back at next, hope the next customer they get will not be lied to.

One of the better Next stores. Good selection of clothing, helpful staff and far better to browse than look on line. Changing rooms back open 👍 This branch has the added bonus of a Costa coffee on the mezzanine floor ☕

Good sale on just now friendly staff very nice store

It says on the website closes at 9pm .I turned up at 8.15 pm to pick up a parcel only to be told by a member of staff it was closed. I had to drive back the next day. A forty minute round trip twice .diesel ain't cheap. Get a grip Next and alter the closing times on your website I mentioned it to a member of staff on my second visit she said she would have a look at it .not holding my breath

Asked a member of staff slumped over the counter to check stock of a particular size. He asked twice if it was not out before telling me if it was in stock it would probably be out. He honestly could not have been less interested or helpful. Seems to be a real lack of staff training and/or floor management if this is the standard of customer service.

Not as good as it used to be, mostly caters for younger generation.

Best stores for textiles always with offers located in breaheaded mall on the first floor loads of varities of dresses for kids and women. Best winter wear you could get here.

good stuff for kids a bit over priced with some things but do like the kids clothes

The shop has a great baby and children's section, much bigger that any of the ones in my local area. I know you can look online but it's not the same as seeing it in person. Also the sale was on when I was in and I got some great bargains for baby clothes. I love their baby clothes, always great quality and they wash up well too.

As far as next stores go, it's good. It's well laid out, good selection of clothes and sizes and the staff are very helpful. I don't buy clothes for myself here but I buy most of my son's clothes. The kids PJ's are excellent, perhaps a little more expensive than other shops, but they are comfy cosy, keep their shape and stay soft for ages. I don't buy jammies for him anywhere else. The staff are always happy to track down a certain size if there are none in store and they are very friendly and welcoming.
