Very Professional Service from the moment you step into the store. The Optician was very informative and spoke to you re any issues that arose. When passes to the Advisors you are left in very good hands. Pindy makes you feel at ease and today between her and Jennifer I felt no sales pitch to pick your frames they both assisted in getting frames that suited me. Thank you both and I look forward to collecting my glasses. Overall a vastly improved Appointment that I had at the same store 2 years ago. Enjoy your night out Girls 🥂

I honestly love this options I’ve been going since I was 12! Love the experiences there! My last visit was fantastic especially the employee Louis he was super helpful and kind! So patient with me whilst choosing my glasses! 10/10 highly recommended!

Fabulous optician - very patient and lovely to my daughter that I had to bring in with me. The advisor I dealt with was also great; very knowledgeable and friendly. Edit: I retract my post. My 5 year old was desperate for the loo when I returned to pick up my glasses and they refused to let her use their facilities. Last time I'll spend almost £300 on glasses in this store or any Optical Express for that matter.

Fantastic service in this branch today. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and provided a fast efficient service. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. Ryan was the staff member who helped me, he had fantastic customer service skills. Also Pindy was very helpful too.

I visited optical express at the forge today and received excellent customer service from Kerrie. I wanted to get laser treatment but had some concerns which Kerrie addressed in detail & made me feel at ease about my surgery! At one point it looked like it I might not have been eligible, but Kerrie fought tooth and nail making a few phone calls & thankfully she was able to sort this for me. Kerrie was eager to help me and showed a genuine interest. I am now looking forward to my surgery at the end of the month!! Thanks to Kerrie x

I've been a customer for many years as is my 15yr old daughter now & have always been happy with you level of customer service from all staff members . On our recent visit my daughter was taken care of by Pindy & Ryan and the advise & care given was very helpful & appreciated & they help with the cost of her new prescription & glasses. Their cheery approachable manor also put my daughter at ease for future appointments without me. Customer service at its best. We will happily continue as optical express/forge customers.

I have my new reading glasses, one pair with an anti glare filter which works incredibly well. As a diabetic I have to ensure my eyes are checked regularly and the examination at at Optical Express is very thorough and professional. Which is very reassuring. All staff at Parkhead Forge were very helpful, glasses look good and I am very happy and impressed with the whole experience. Five stars folks.
