Asked an older member of staff if he could tell me the price of something - he had a PDA and was printing labels off for some things so I assumed it would be possible - but he told me "No" I kind of stood there as it has taken me aback a bit. Then he said "give me a minute...em, you'll need to go to the checkout and ask" First off, "No" is just rude. Secondly, why tell me to wait a minute then tell me to go to the checkout. If I was working in a shop and someone asked me I'd go to the checkout for them. Honestly, I rarely go to the shop but the last time I was there the same guy told me "it's either £40 or £50, it's my department but I don't know, it's one of them" There's always something wrong so I won't be rushing back

Haven't been since last year. Family was over from Ireland and had lunch menu. Food was lovely and prices very reasonable. Had planned for the family get together here again, next week but don't think I'll be back. Lunch menu gone , prices way up and food not up to much. I had a steak sandwich that was cold, I prefer warm.Maybe that's the way it comes. I ate it but not enjoyable. Normally tea and coffee afterwards but this time nothing. Our family been coming here over the years. Lovely inside and staff were faultless.

Don’t normally leave reviews & shops decent for stuff & always pick up something or other required. Sort they gents toilets out - pure boggin, blocked up & by the cleaning checklist not done in a week - won’t be trying the cafe! Also we had to Google the online shop to find prices for multiple items as not labelled huh! Bought 3 different items that when rung through the till were different from marked price. Basic stuff - Sense a management problem here.

Glad places like this are still opened to get some garden materials like stones and sand , as it's a nightmare with the builders merchants all being shut

If you look for household items pay this store a visit, it has quite good range of products that may attract attention at reasonable cost.

A place where no man wants to be when the wife wants to lose herself stopping at every aisle. There should be some sort of bar instead of a cafe. Preferably with pole dancing. 🙄

Amazing shop for all your goods and if you look right there are excellent deals cheaper than anywhere else has a excellent garden centre bit and also all your indoor and out door thing and Xmas stuff and kids presents and dog and other animal stuff I would highly recommend this place to anyone in or out the area is worth the bus fair or taxi if you prefer got plenty of parking spaces

Car park is better than a lot of the other stores parking areas I've been to. There is a mini roundabout after the main traffic lights but...mini I should say more invisible since each time I've either been entering or leaving cat park I am always watching 4 any other cars since think im only one who can see the mini roundabout as rest just turn lol. Hey at least it keeps us alert lol. The shop itself yes its a bit cramped now with tiny iceland freezers now and some of the staff at checkouts are lovely and the rest just look at customers as if they are trying to banish em by the looking intensely lol. So what to do there is be such a happy smile smile smiles as really does intense that death glare lol. Happy shopping shoppers of Google!

The Range have a good range of products at reasonable prices. The down side is that a lot of the time items are wrongly priced on the shelf. Myself and friends have experienced this many times. Watch carefully when items going through the till and check your receipt before you leave the shop. What I am going to do in future is ask for items to be price checked at till before buying.

Easy parking due to its huge car park and no waiting around to obtain a trolley. Access was quick with no ques or hanging around.The store was very busy and staff were also busy stocking the shelves but at no time did it delay or hinder your shopping experience. Plenty to choose from and the prices are very competitive. At the check out there were people waiting to be served but an announcement over the tannoy quickly brought extra staff to solve that issue .

Since not visiting here for a while, was slightly disappointed at the layout of aisles and the lack of staff on tills. Still a wide range of offerings, but items seemed to be all over the shop and not easy to find. At 6pm, only two staff on tills whilst the que was very long and with frozen goods to pay for, not ideal to wait 15 mins to be served. It still offers great items and prices, just harder now to navigate and be served.

Fantastic wide range of art accessories. And always Plenty to choose from. And At very reasonable prices. Nice cafe as well. Would Highly Recommend this place.

Another great shop similar to Woolworths selling a wide variety of products. A bit disappointed they didn't have label printer tapes or A4 label sheets! Overall superb quality.

Yes very good selection of goods. But some items need to handled with more care as wanted to buy a nice canvas print for my living room. But all 5 of them either damaged or very badly damaged 😩

Not to bad a shop has a lot of not to bad items even a small Iceland in store the only down fall for it is you do need to have a car to get to it as it is a little way out the local who would walk by and probably visit. But still recommend.

Always happy to shop here . Welcoming staff and just in time before they start getting ready for Christmas. Got a beautiful lamp just exactly what I needed . Great selection of sweets from flying saucers to rainbow drops and much more .

Great prices on pic frames and hardware

The layout of the shop is cramped and a mess but the worst thing is getting served. You always see a massive queue one person on the tills and lots of staff standing doing nothing, they just refuse to put more people on the tills, management of this shop is shambolic.

Easily accessible by wheelchair, although the ailes were sometimes blocked by staff stocking up the shelves. There was room for customers to get past, but not if you are in a wheelchair. Great disabled toilet facilities, but they are not very well signposted and staff had to move stuff out of the way before I could use them. The wee café was cheery, with a good selection of cakes and staff were friendly.

Absolutely shocking. Had to step over rubbish to look at products while store assistants stood bleathering. There was products lying in the floor, shelves were a mess. Store was filthy. Definitely wouldn't recommend I would give minus stars but had to give one to be allowed to comment.

It's time you put stock on the correct shelf with the correct price. After joining a que for 15 mins to be told . The Christmas lights you picked up ain't £19.99 there £79 quid . But the shelf is full and person on the till said your not getting them at that price . Following a santa Christmas decoration for £22 only to be told £26 . It's time you sorted this and staff's attitude out and the stock put out

We booked this in November for Xmas day menu( more of yhat later) we booked and turned for 14:15, when we arrived the table wasn't ready they blamed the previous customers for delay, when we finally got seated, we got the starter claiming to be but the prawn cocktail had practically no Marie rose sauce, we then waited 40 minutes for the main and realised why the previous guests had been delayed, the main had been advertised as beef Wellington, but was puff pastry with steak mushrooms, and lettuce dumped on top, another half hour later the dessert arrived which consisted of apple lattice, an inch wide at the outside with one scoop of ice cream, we didn't complain because when we complained at being served late we just got an unconvincing apology, so could see the staff had no interest in the customers...

Still a great place to shop, but quite a number of items with no price marked. So many things which might have been bought went unpunched.

Love this shop, I recommend photo frames. They are top class and fantastic prices.

Had a good look round. Great wallpaper, paint and general DIY goods. Iceland within the store and a marvellous selection of sweet goodies-I resisted 😇. However, I had gone to buy bulb fibre to add to soil for planting narcissus bulbs and although The Range were showing a good deal online, there was none in store which was disappointing. ☹️

Once again I have had to return to the store because I have been over charged!! This also happened the last time I was in the store!! This should not happen!! I do understand that your staff are not robots, but when I go into the shop I have to check my receipt!! I feel I have lost trust in your staff!! Maybe more training would be of some use to reduce overcharging!! Disappointed customer.

If you’re ordering any goods from the range beware that even though you pay for delivery they won’t take it up any stairs for you if you live in a flat, even if you have a disability. Quick enough to take your money for the delivery though. My elderly parents ordered a double bed and the guy just left the bed and mattress outside the close and refused to take it any further even though he could clearly see they were incapable of lifting it on their on. The guy was so rude and couldn’t care less. Absolutely disgusting after paying for a delivery service. Just look up their delivery reviews (XDP Delivery) loads of people saying the same thing.

Needed a wee tree for a tub and popped in to the range. They only had the one type but still done the job. Also only 15 quid

Visited this store for the first time in years. Lovely big home store. Bigger than most shops. Could find anything you need homeware wise. I think this is the only homeware store which has furniture and lighting on show and also has a wide range of furniture to take away so no need for ordering online. Also has a nice coffee shop inside. I initially thought this was in Parkhead Forge but it's actually in a separate retail park 10 minutes from there. Still well worth the trip.

Always enjoyed this Range however as they are installing an Iceland inside, they carry less stock than before.

Always love the range half my house is from there 😂 was in last night and never knew anything about the new revamp with Iceland. The store is all over the place! There is no natural flow of anything compared to the way it once was. Iceland part looks great but the store in general doesn't give a good shopping experience. Managers needs to look into this because people will stop comming

Liked the range of items in store. Bargain shelves a mess though, saw curtains but as not in packaging had no idea of size. Some decent offers but choice of stock a bit low. Kids will love the Xmas/Halloween section right next to one another. Liked the cafe but not open till 10am. Costa coffee on sale here. Good value offers in Cafe and track and trace system in place.

The Range now have less stock to make room for Iceland moving in. The shop is a complete mess, they've rearranged everything and it'sall over the place. It's no different to going round a car boot sale. I won't be in a hurry to go back. Very disappointed

What a delight to shop here. Bright clean and well laid out store. Outside easy and well laid out parking, with disabled spaces nearby. One small moan, yet again a store that uses temporary aisle end bins to promote certain items. Here they are placed in the entry to some aisles with art craft and card making equipment. This unnecessary practice makes it very difficult for wheelchair customers. The store regains it’s star by having a beautiful coffee shop and with gluten free cake. Perfect.

Good around place lots of things available wasn't aware that they did kitchens as well, currently in the process of being upgraded and having an Iceland built, baring in the upgrades there was no disturbance to the rest of the shop

The kitchen section was excellent. We had a kitchen fitted and we cannot fault the service at all. From the design up to the fitting. We found it first class. The price range was fabulous. The quality of the units are worth every penny we spent. Highly recommend this product for all tastes .
