Called
to
book
an
appointment
and
the
lady
on
the
phone
told
me
that
I’m
not
due
for
an
appointment.
I
insisted
because
i
know
that
I
need
glasses.
I
turned
up
for
my
appointment
and
the
shop
wasn’t
opened
yet.
Lights
were
still
off,
door
still
closed
yet
I
see
the
sales
assistants
inside
and
they
saw
me
outside
already.
I
waited
patiently
til
they
opened
up.
Lady
opened
the
door
and
said
“What
is
it?”
(How
rude
was
that
greeting
first
thing
in
the
morning!!).
I
explained
that
I
have
an
appointment.
Lady
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
to
have
a
sit.
She
checked
the
computer
and
told
me
I’m
not
due
for
an
appointment!!
She
told
me
that
they’ve
tried
to
call
me
to
cancel
my
schedule
because
again,
I
shouldn’t
be
there
because
I’m
not
due
for
an
eye
check
up
(Again?!?
Must
have
been
the
same
person
on
the
phone).
Moving
on,
I’m
already
there
so
they
have
to
proceed
to
serve
me.
She
then
started
checking
my
details
if
it’s
still
correct.
Asked
me
what
I
do
for
a
living,
I
haven’t
even
had
a
chance
to
answer
and
she
already
answered
“you
work
in
sales
ins’t?”,
i
said
yes,
she
proceeded
to
ask
where,
and
when
i
said
in
luxury,
her
rude
tone
and
attitude
towards
me
changed
dramatically.
She
became
so
friendly
and
told
me
how
much
she
loves
the
brand
and
etc.
I
am
so
shocked
with
the
service.
I
felt
degraded,
unwanted
and
felt
pushed
back
from
the
phone
call
and
customer
service
in
store.
The
optometrist,
nonetheless,
was
extremely
helpful
and
kind
and
understanding
on
why
I
wanted
the
appointment
(the
only
reason
why
i’m
giving
a
star
is
for
the
optometrist

for
Roisin!
I
did
in
fact
was
needing
glasses
for
the
first
time.
Sales
assistant
then
help
me
look
for
frames.
She
didn’t
give
me
space,
and
felt
rushed
to
pick.
I
didn’t
get
time
to
think
about
my
purchase
and
just
felt
unsatisfied.
Called
2
days
after
if
I
can
cancel
or
choose
different
frame.
I
was
turned
down
and
was
told
I
cannot
cancel
since
it
was
already
sent
to
supplier
order
etc.
I
didn’t
have
a
good
experience
getting
my
first
time
glasses.
I
am
left
with
no
choice
but
to
never
go
back
there
again.
Also,
they
never
gave
me
my
purchase
receipt
(i
was
only
given
card
holder
receipt)
and
also
no
prescription
copy.
I
had
to
request
for
it
to
be
sent
to
my
address.
Guarantee
for
the
glasses
weren’t
explained,
insurance
wasn't
explained.
