The staff was rude and never smile. My shopping experience in Mountain Warehouse was much better than this one. I visited the store because the ring is out of stock online but I don’t think I will visit again.

Psa Rebecca who works in this store is an absolute Angel 💘 was so kind and helpful to me when I was trying to purchase the last orietta vivi necklace in the store. She packaged it up so nicely and even sent me a personal note with the package ! Rebecca if you ever see this you are an absolute gem and Vivienne Westwood Glasgow is so lucky to have you as an employee 💘💘

The orange haired attendant called me very uncomfortable. I don't know if she was racist because she treated us with contempt the whole time, even after we had purchased the product. She didn't even look up at us. I would not recommend people of colour to come unless you want to be looked down upon.

Attended the store this afternoon to collect a purse which I ordered to store as a gift. The box was damaged, so I asked for a new one. The woman with the died red hair had an attitude, totally unsympathetic to the issue. Won't go back!

I visited last year and bought the most amazing red heels which I love wearing and receive many compliments. I received wonderful customer service at that visit. I visited today to see the latest collection, and was interested in purchasing a scarf and a jacket. I walked out appalled by the fact that I was completely ignored for the 20 minutes I was there. The male assistant was preoccupied with one customer the whole time and didn't even acknowledge that I was there apart from a brief hello as I walked in. He could have handled the situation so much better and made a sale. I went in a second time with my partner and he was with the same woman and ignored us both. Again! Missed sale of over £1k due to non-existent service.

If you are looking to purchase a good quality bag go to another designer. Bought a bag for my 30th - spent £465 on it. Handle fell off and as it’s out with the 2 year warranty period the only response you will get is ‘computer says no’. The bag was used 8-9 times maximum. They asked me to bring my receipt into the store only for them to take pictures of the receipt and of the bag and handed me the bag back. I was willing to pay for a repair but they don’t even give you any suggestions. A proactive customer service team would have just got me to send the photos myself rather than go all the way into the store with the bag. Overrated - terrible customer service and a broken near £500 bag - not happy !! I bought another bag from another designer on the same day - half the price and still intact and used nearly daily. Mailed their customer service team who were as much help as a chocolate teapot.

The designs are eternal. The presentation is great. However time and time again the staff make me want to walk straight out before I’ve made it through the front door. I’ve worked customer service in high fashion stores for years and experience better service in Superdrug. 👎

One of the female staffs was really rude to me—don’t know if it was her normal act or it was because I am Asian. When I take a scarf and asked her nicely ‘can I plz try it on’ she rolled her eyes and said yeah rudely which made me sick. One of my worst shopping experience in the uk

Really unhelpful staff, sales stock was not easy to identify and staff were more interested in chatting to themselves than helping customers.

Awful Customer Service Today, popped into Princes Square today and bought a handbag in the sale the young man who served me was extremely dour, he did not indulge me in conversation which was ok but I got the distinct impression that he was looking down his nose at me, there was no thank you and goodbye as he handed over my purchase infact he immediately turned his back on me & proceeded to chat to his colleague. Need some customer service training at this beautiful shop Vivienne, I spend a lot of money here and expect some common courtesy even if I don't spend any money & pop into the shop to browse I expect to be treated with manners

I wanted to say a heart felt thank you to Iian at the Glasgow shop. I was after a pair of shoes for my wife for Xmas and the only pair in the UK was at this store I made contact and was helped by Iian spoke to him ove rthe phone and off his own back he went off got the shoes from the store room and sent me a number of pics since they had been tried on. He then arranged for them to be delivered on a day my wife wasn't home. He definitely went above and beyond and yes my wife loves them. Sadly Vivienne Westwood has passed away I am sure have would be proud to know her shoes are so appreciated and her salesman was such a star. Well done Iain and RIP to Vivienne a true groundbreaker on fashion.

Lovely shop but 4 items I asked for not in stock . Asked to try the denim jackets and assistant walked out of shop !

Went in to look at jewellery, and the staff were so friendly, I felt totally comfortble trying things on and asking questions. Great experience overall!

Not many shoes or bag choices in stock. Looks good in the new building. Went in for a walk round. Staff didn’t ask if they could help. Decent collection of clothes.

Bought this bag and purse set start of December for Christmas Gift by September the pin in the bag handle broke which I was refunded for but the purse has a lot of peeling around the edges and was refused a repair replacement or refund never got 9 months use out of the set and only an occasional use bag and purse not down to the store itself but overall customer services is a joke gave to take items into store to be photographed with receipt then sent away with them and wait a week to 10 days for a decision… store manager did try for a solution on purse but no luck not great quality products for what you pay always loved there stuff but won’t be buying again

The team here went above and beyond for me as I was looking for a certain set but items were missing online etc however ciona went out her way and managed to track the items down and get them sent to store and I was able to collect them yesterday to save a disappointed teen on Christmas Day :) thank you guys

Really bad experience by not enough items and the attitude is really bad. Cannot find the item and cannot solve the problem.

Designer shop in Princes Square.... Purchased a pair of Orb earrings for a Christmas present. A tad expensive but I guess you pay more for designer.
