Was dreading going in to buy a small gift for my wife but I was served by a fantastic, knowledgeable and patient member of staff called Hannah, I explained to her what I was looking for and she knew instantly the type of gift that would suit my wife. Definitely return for future purchases.

It’s not a particularly big shop which I like as it’s easier to find things. There was plenty of staff in the shop and I wasn’t waiting long for service. No snobbery either which can sometimes be a feature in jewellery shops. I was served by Katherine whom was incredibly helpful and kept me right with coordinating the right charms to a bracelet. Recommend a visit.

Very annoyed. I got given as a birthday gift and I really don’t want to start collecting charms so I returned bracelet and charm with gift receipt. I never knew a gift receipt was for exchange purposes only. So unless I have a receipt I’m stuck with something I don’t want. So I will never purchase from pandora.
