I owed my own hairsressers and would never behave in this way Well what an experience After having a lovely day with my friend we decided to go for matching piercings. When we arrived at the piercing studio inside the inshops within thw forge shopping centre, we were then eyeballed and made to feel awkward for being there by the beautician a few inshops up from piercing studio. This lady was acting unprofessional, was in and out her room constantly huffing at the queue. On 3 occasions this beautician called the piercer an ar**hole which I was absolutely disgusted about as there was 2 young girls in the queue infront of us and also I had my 2 year old nephew with me. The behaviour of this beautician was ridiculous and made her look so very jealous and completely unprofessional. Going around near by stalls and complaining but the minute the beautician walked away they were also speaking about how silly she was behaving. Telling everyone to queue the other way or stand at the other side, as far as I was aware you rent an inshop and not the pathway, which was full of paying customers which whete not causing any obstruction and passing customers could still have a walk way to walk through. I certainly wouldn't want to use this service if I am ever in there again, the behaviour of this woman was absolutely shocking. Kenny the man piercing us was very professional and kept very level headed. Should be ashamed of yourself for your behaviour when you could have been making money at the same time with maybe handing out your business card to the queue. I hope you realise this is unacceptable and Kenny is also making a living and we were all paying customers of HIS.

Great bargains various stores and great wee sit in cafes good atmosphere for all the family. Great choice of things to buy from jewellery, mobile phones, clothing, party items.

Lots of variety all under the same roof. The people are all friendly, and when you buy from them, it feels good to support small and local business owners. It's far bigger than it looks and has lots of hidden gems, especially with all of the food. It's well worth a little wander around, you are bound to see something that catches your eye!

The Cobbler and key cutting shop is great. Excellent service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for key cutting and shoe repairs.
