Went
with
my
Mum
to
the
to
buy
a
few
pieces
of
jewellery
as
well
as
a
ring
for
my
dads
Christmas,
we
knew
the
size
we
needed
and
that
the
particular
ring
we
wanted
came
in
the
size
we
wanted,
first
of
all
the
woman
took
her
time
acknowledging
us
and
then
spoke
to
us
like
she
couldn’t
be
bothered,
she
then
proceeded
to
really
patronisingly
tell
us
quite
a
few
times
that
the
ring
we
wanted
didn’t
come
in
that
size.
She
proceeded
to
ask
if
the
ring
was
for
a
younger
boy
or
someone
with
skinny
and
small
fingers,
only
to
then
have
to
correct
herself
when
she
discovered
the
ring
actually
came
in
the
size
we
asked
for
but
didn’t
offer
us
an
apology
for
disputing
us.
She
made
us
feel
as
though
we
were
annoying
her
and
being
nuisances.
I
didn’t
make
a
scene
and
call
her
out
on
the
way
she
spoke
to
us
but
I
was
livid.
We
left
without
buying
anything
because
she
made
us
feel
so
uncomfortable,
she
was
actually
looking
down
her
nose
at
us
with
such
distaste
as
though
we
were
2nd
class
citizens.
Might
I
also
add
that
last
year
we
came
across
the
same
woman
and
had
another
problem.
I
had
bought
my
Mum
some
pieces
of
jewellery
online
but
the
earrings
were
damaged
and
the
ring
i
bought
her
was
too
big.
This
woman
told
us
that
we
couldn’t
take
online
purchases
back
in
store
and
had
to
send
them
back
to
HQ.
We
said
that
there
was
nothing
online
that
said
stated
that
but
she
told
us
around
5
times
that
that
was
the
policy.
Lo
and
behold,
her
colleague
let
her
know
that
online
orders
could
actually
be
returned
in
store
and
that
they
just
have
to
be
processed
differently
from
in
store
returns.
Again,
we
received
no
apology
from
the
woman
for
being
made
to
feel
stupid
and
we
were
passed
over
to
her
(lovely)
colleague
to
sort
us
out.
Will
not
be
back
to
this
store.
