Visited before Christmas for the first time with another four people. Very clean and energetic atmosphere. Staff were lovely and willing to explain how to order and any items we were unsure of from the menu. Food was lovely and freshly made to order. Even the bathrooms were lovely themed. They are downstairs and unsure about disabled access. Will definitely be back especially for the cheese fondue!!! I love cheese!!!!!

My friend and I wanted to try Mexican cuisine and stumbled upon this restaurant. We walk-in without reservation and got ourselves a table. Service was very quick and staffs were very responsive and helpful. Everything on the menu looks good and we wanted to try all, but we decided to go with 4 dishes as shown the photos. All dishes were very good especially the ribs. The chicken wings was good but it could be even better if it was less salty. It was too salty for our taste buds. Spicy level was fine. Initially my friend was a bit skeptical with the cheese fondue and tortilla chips due to a bad experience she has prior, but this dish has changed her perception. Well done! The interior decor and the restaurant atmosphere feels fun, exciting and cosy at the same time. Definitely good place to dine out, be adventurous to try the different dishes and share. I would definitely come back!

My friend showed me this place a few months ago and it's now one of my go to places to go for lunch or dinner The quacamole is amazing as well as other things on the menu such as the fish tacos, chowder or lamb quesadillas. The frozen margaritas are incredible. Staff have always been so friendly.

Funky, colourful nice restaurant, amazing food and a big selection of drinks. I really like the Mexican food which has all the regulars, I had an Enchilada and my work mate had a Chimichanga both tasted amazing and the chips were good too. I'd love to try some of the cocktails next time I just couldn't do this time as we were driving.

Went here after a friend recommended it, and it was during the cycle race so super busy. Waitress was super nice, front of staff guy lacked a bit of personality. Atmosphere and food was delicious. I found 4 tapas plates too much for me to eat, but they happily put it in a takeaway box for me to finish off later. The family & I will eat here again when we are in Glasgow next time.

This place looks really nice, but I don’t think that food is that great. Prices are okay, but I ordered Chicken Chimichanga and it was quite bland. Virgin Margaritas are pretty small. Also, they add 10% service even if you’d order only drinks and be in a group that is Less than 5 people (most places are adding 10% when group is bigger than 5 people, so I was really surprised).

I finally completed the seemingly impossible challenge of finding good Mexican food in the UK. This place is seriously something with excellent menu options and a very fitting ambience. The lunch deal is really good, too. You can get two mains and a side of rice or fries for about 12 pounds.

Nice Mexican themed, tapas style restaurant in Glasgow City Center. Decor and ambiance are great and staff is helpful and friendly. Price matches the good quality of the food and the cocktails are tasty but could do with less ice. Also the β€œAutomatically added yet optional (πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ) service charge” of 10% is a bit of strange way to claim the service was good. Please let people decide themselves if the service was to their liking and spending budget.

Very tasty food here. The place was rammed, you will need to book ahead or you will not get a table, many people were getting turned away at the door. Amazingly, the food was served within about 15 minutes of ordering, I was expecting to wait a while given how busy it was. We ordered a variety of different plates and each one was really well prepared. If you are having a few drinks with dinner, expect to pay about Β£50 per person.

Visited here a couple times already, food is good for value, really nice decor and good vibe. I highly recommend the express lunch menu they offer, you get to try different varieties of food at really good price. The beef taquitos were really tasty, so are the salt and chilli fries. The seafood chimichanga was a bit dry, but came in a huge portion. The decor is so fun and amazing, really good music as well, they have a large drink menu and a good selection of food to choose from. They are quite busy over the weekends so reserve ahead if you can, it’s great if you come with your friends so you can order more and share between you. Service is great too, Marta was super lovely and helpful.

I've been to Topolabamba a few times. The ambience is great and the menu has a lot of interesting options. I had a lovely blood orange margarita to drink as well. The food was hit or miss though. The cauliflower in the cauliflower wings was raw and crunchy... I can't believe this would be intentional. Tofu taquitos were also tasteless and seemed mostly to consist of lettuce. Jalapeno poppers were amazing though. As were the soft tacos. Just a shame quality wasn't more consistent.

I spent 7 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and got very spoiled with the Mexican food there. After some bad experiences throughout Europe, I was ready to give up on finding a great Mexican restaurant. So I was very pleased this place far exceeded my expectations. Food tastes very authentic and portion sizes are great for small and large stomachs alike. The atmosphere is also phenomenal. Very lively and fun. Wait staff super helpful and friendly. What more could you want.

Had a nice time in here, got a few cocktails and some starters! Starters were delicious and the cocktails were very tasty! The place was quite busy and pretty noisy but that just adds to the atmosphere! I would defo go back for a real visit and discover what other goodies they have on offer! What i would say is that the waitress we had needs to get a personality as she was like a robot with no interaction with us and the questions we asked her she was like i dont know?. pretty much no knowledge of the menu imo πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜

Came here to try a mexican restaurant in Glasgow for the first time and it was pretty good. I can say that the street tacos are quite small and you get 3 of them. They are about as long as an index finger. Much bigger in America. However the flavor was there. The tortilla chips that my sister-in-law had were stale and the burger my husband had did not come with fries so you need to order that separate. I got churros w/ chocolate syrup for dipping which were great. Drinks were good. Overall everything was ok but not my go to. Staff are friendly though!

Popped in here for lunch today and absolutely loved it! The owner was at the door and he was so helpful. They managed to fit us in for lunch even though we hadn’t booked. He went through the menu and showed me all the GF food I could eat. There were so many options! It was fab! The food came out so quickly and it was fantastic. We ordered off the main menu but there was also a lunch menu that looked fab. We highly recommend a visit to Topolabamba, the food was outstanding, the service was great and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Thanku!

After wandering the empty streets on a rainy Tuesday evening. I found where everybody was! They were in here! After initially thinking it was so busy I didn't stand a chance of getting a table, I got a seat at the bar. A very polite lady at the bar made the experience extremely welcoming and suggested the foods to go for. The food was top notch, the atmosphere was electric and the service was friendly, welcoming and better than most high end restaurants. What a gem of a find!

Visited for a friends birthday, great little place if you’re in the mood for Mexican food! I got the fish tacos and they were crispy and so nicely seasoned! Crazy corn and guac also excellent. Overall 10/10 would come again. Also did not know prior to visiting but the beef and chicken are halal which is a nice little addition. Attentive service despite it being very busy. Keep it up Topolabamba!

Went for a lunch meal. The food was reasonably priced with a wide selection of options. The food was very tasty and presented well. For a table of 6 was also delivered quickly. Would recommend for a lunch bite to eat

Honestly, wow! First time visiting, and I was surprised how quickly food came out once ordered as well as how hot it was. Especially for a busy Friday night. It's so incredibly delicious! If you've not been, I highly recommend it! Cocktails were really nice as well. I will definitely be back!

Good atmosphere and nice service. Was really impressed that there were some really good vegetarian options on the menu. Food was nice and decent drinks selection. Definitely recommend pre-booking especially on a weekend.

Great prices and portion sizes. We ordered under the recommended "3-4 plates per person" and were totally satisfied. Dishes by default weren't too spicy, but the tables had additional hot sauce if wanted. Our server, Roddie (Robbie?) was a treat!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
