Cosy and characterful little central pub. It’s got a few covered outside seats and a pool table. Lots of events and things going on and a nice mix of locals and passers by. Friendly staff and a good selection of draughts and fridge stock. Great pub

Nice vibe inside, just went there for a cider before dinner but I can understand why people coming between friends would enjoy this place.

Great place for an afternoon pint! Got to chatting with the bar man, and boy can he tell a yarn! The best part of this spot is the play list of music which carefully curated for those who knew how to really rock in the 70s through to now. The audio is setup very nicely and tuned in such a way that despite a packed place full I never felt like I needed to yell to be heard. I enjoyed the time there. They have a decent pool table and decent loos. The outdoor area looks nice for those days when the sun dares shine it's head down on us. Great big screen in the back of the place excellent for communal watching of sport ball events or whatever it is people use the telly for. The pints on offer ranges from basic to crafty.

Interesting spot in the city. Found it by accident whilst wandering the city looking for something to occupy some time. Definitely worth stopping in for a quick pint or stay for a few and listen to some music or catch a band. The place was poppin in the middle of the afternoon! The proprietor of the bar is a lively and friendly gent, even let me take a peek at the music venue... 🎶

The bar did indeed have a unique atmosphere. A bit retro, kind of an 80's vibe.

I really don't know how to describe this place. It can't really be pigeon holed into any one category. Age ranges from young to old music varies from 80s to ska and small hall at the back used for live music and food. A great atmosphere, staff are great and friendly and prices are good as well. A great find and a place well worth a visit if you are looking for a casual place that doesn't take itself serious and if you are out for a laugh and good time drinking and just having fun.

A great bar as it has been for years. Decent prices for pints as well. The only downside was that Nicky wasn't on the decks mixing tunes.

Great pub with good atmosphere, decent deals on drinks. Can be full of students at times, at other times has a good crowd. Free pool table on certain nights. Good quiz nights as well. Definitely pop in for some drinks

I’ve just got to say as someone who’s came from Wales for a special night out to see a class band. What a night, what a venue! Thanks to everybody who was involved in making last Friday happen. Everybody in that place was absolutely fantastic. The staff, big shout out to the man who was on the door into the acid tunnel. The crowd brilliant, the atmosphere fantastic. Thank you so much for making my 1st night in Glasgow fabulous. Can’t wait until we can do it again.😃

Wow! talk about a home away from home! Ska! Punk! Mod music! They are chill characters and damn friendly! the beer is good and the patrons are cool! I miss this place like Crazy!

Quality boozer with a fine selection of beers, good tunes and a cracking atmosphere. Staff are all brand new as well. Ideal for before and after Celtic games but not a partisan place so no problem if you're not a football/Celtic fan.

Legendary Glasgow venue. Cheap beer venue oozing with the Glasgow chat with staff who can hold their own even on the busiest of nights. Great music venue as well, and with an interesting selection of bands playing there over last few months.

Cozy, small and a pool table! What else would you need!? Not much happening there, like loud music or crazy dancing (at least the time I went there), but it's cheap and you've got plenty of people to play pool there. So grab something to drink and make friends :)
