Our brunch stop over as part of a 'Daddy-Daughter Date!' It's a McDonald's! Children's fav place! We were in for a Happy Meal! Decent service and friendly staff. Food was delicious as you would always expect from fastfood outlet. Most of the tablets (kids entertainment) weren't working though it didn't bother us. A wee nice place to have a great time either your lil one! We had so much fun! Parking and Drive thru are at the rear side of the outlet.

Terrible service! Don't go to this McDonald's if you want to eat in, it's really small and full of deliveroo/just eat take away orders! Waited over 30mins for 'fast food' and ended up leaving without my order as I was going to be late for a concert 👎

one of the worst run McDonalds I've been too. order was wrong. dips and straws missing. undercooked fries. there was literally more ketchup on my burger than all other ingredients combined. wild!

Worst service ever Waited 45min for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fry!!! Even refund money takes 5min!! Don't even think to go there!

Generally a good bowling alley and arcade. Prices were pretty goodand most of the balls were in good condition. There were one or 2 that were a bit battered though. Given the Barnea Wallace approach those in the next lane were using this is notsurprising. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Place was fairly clean and tidy.

Tea was not boiled and then apple pie was not hot and burgers were cold as well. Girl who dealt with me was very nice but when I took the burger back the manager I think he was said food's made fresh every day I said it's cold he then went through and heard him. Felt uncomfortable being talked about..My partner and my granddaughter were there.

I go to this McDonald’s with my friends often after school and on many occasions staff have been rude to me and other children the food was decent but one of the staff members were kind but most are extremely rude to the school children

It's no wonder why this place is always packed with customers! First and foremost, the chicken nuggets I had were a game-changer. I must also commend them on their fries/potatoes - they were absolutely wonderful! The perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and fluffy on the inside. What pleasantly surprised me was that the prices were not as high as I initially anticipated. The value for money exceeded my expectations, considering the exceptional quality of food I received. Another aspect worth mentioning is that after indulging in the delicious offerings, I didn't experience that unpleasant bloated feeling commonly associated with fast-food meals. Not a normal visit. Fire alarm went off. Staff were fantastic and communicated well. As soon as they were able they got straight back on and caught up fast. One on the better mcdonalds for service.

Best place to hang out with friends on friday night. Pocket friendly and good food. The place becomes crowded after 10pm.

I got the complete wrong order via just eat. I ordered a chicken mayo garlic wrap meal with mozzarella dips but received 4 burgers with no drink. Not happy considering I paid more with my original order. Won’t order here again.

Order machine 2 did not work. I reported this to a manager, did not care less. I see other customers use the machine to place orders and at the end error msg shows. No respect to customers time. Order over the counter and it took 12 minutes to come. The guy put my order cashier desk but no one called the orderi had to go inside and ask about it. One of the sandwiches was wrong. Too busy. Kids tablets don’t work.

Impressive how slow service is every visit. Save time by going to the west end retail park instead. Easily the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to (being slower than the Easterhouse one is genuinely impressive). Stale fries and mozzarella dippers this visit. Edit: Have started coming here just to see how much they get wrong each time. Today fries were cold and soggy, they waited 15 minutes before telling me the Apple Pies aren't ready and that I'd have to wait 10 minutes for new ones to be ready. Not the worst visit I've had to this branch.

It's more than my expectation, I like it very much, the restaurant is clean and spacious, the food is delicious, the service is warm.

Lovely, friendly staff, but very nast place. All tables were filled with sauce, leftovers or trash, az well as the floor and outside.
