Arrogant staff. Specially the girl who serves us. She told us to wait 10 minutes than this 10 minutes converted into 30 minutes. She didn’t even apologised for this delay. I request the owner please appoint some well mannered staff on the till,. Thanks

Ordered two lamb burger meals which are £6.19 each. When they arrived I had to laugh! For reference the burger is around the same size as the small tub of mayo you get with the order!! To top it off my burger bun was rock hard at the bottom so I could only eat the top bun and burger. Two bites and it was done. Absolutely shocking! I don’t know how that price is justified, absolute daylight robbery. Never again.

I’ve had Pepe’s from other places but it’s strictly below average over here. We had hot sauce but it was too sour for us. Tastes very different from the one we had last time. The ambience is quite bad and you cannot expect it to be tidy. The chips were good I must say. The staff are really friendly and helpful, but I wish the food was as good as the service.

I was working in Scotland today and I purchased 2 chicken burger meals and 18 wings (all extreme). Spend over £30. The burgers were dry and the extreme sauce was minimal. The wings were fantastic and delicious. I thought that the quality would be like all the English branches that I am used to. I guess my expectation was not met. Scotland has lost me as a customer

This place was recommended by a friend, Delicious take out! The chicken and rice combo was great and for good price, I really loved their seasoned fries (ate half of them in seconds before taking photo haha)!

Ordered through Uber eats today. I don’t normally leave reviews but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal today. Whoever was in the kitchen around 12/1pm made me the perfect HOT chick n rice. It was well seasoned, very saucy and chicken pieces were tender and good size. They were also very generous to fill the box to the brim. Amazing one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had many chick n rice box from here as it’s my favourite🥹 I hope I get the same consistency for my next order!

Inconsistent dining experience, with varying levels of service quality. On certain days, you may encounter issues such as staff delivering the wrong orders and even disposing of them in a rude manner ( Throwing it from the till to the bin ). However, it's important to note that this inconsistency extends to the staff as well, as some days you'll encounter exceptionally courteous and attentive team members. For vegetarians, it's worth mentioning that they use the same grill for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items (you can see this standing by the till), and a similar approach applies to the deep fryers. This cross-contamination may not align with the preferences and dietary requirements of vegetarian customers but the rice boxes, fries and the mayo tastes great. Avoid the nacho box. I could swear they are the plain salted nachos from Tesco.

I have ordered takeaway from this place. I ordered a Vegetarian option but it had piece of meat in it. I mean why bother offering Vegetarian options when ur are hell bent on violating people's dietary restrictions. Absolutely Insulting. Disgusting behaviour.

Food was not cooked 🤢🤮 The chicken was raw 🤢🤮 I understand that I did order just before closing time with 30 minutes But why accept the order and send that type of food This is contagious🤢🤮 Really poor service I tried to call the restaurant nobody answered The order was placed on Uber eats Delivered at Britannia hotel I want a full refund come and take your food back please

Bought meals from here 5 times. All 5 times we got drinks, they were warm. May as well throw out the fridges.

Ate there yesterday had a burrito meal mild with piri piri chips and piri piri mayo I was then compelled to write this review. Wow! I went to subway a couple doors away and thankfully they didn't have what I wanted and I looked at this place and went to walk past to visit mcds but I decided to stop and give it a bash and I'm so glad I did! Flipping heck it was darn tasty and had loads of decent chicken breast in it. It knocked seven shades out of KFC mcds and taco Bell. It was utterly delicious and far better than the other places I mentioned and I felt like I'd eaten a meal unlike the usual suspects. I live a distance away but I assure you I can't wait to go back! It was clean and the staff were very good and it was cooked to order so a couple of minutes wait but well well worth it.

Winner winner Chicken Dinner! Feels great heading to city centre, when normal life slowly resumes back, you can’t miss Pepe’s under new management, it is surprisingly better than ever in hear of city centre. Very helpful staffs and order was quick too. The chicken is rather succulent, I would recommend anyone that knows about their chicken To pay a visit to this establishment. The chicken is fabulous I personally would recommend the wings and half chicken with hot sauce. Kids enjoyed their meals, to Overall the food is amazing we had a great dinner off late. Highly recommend and continue to visit again.

I looked the food and thought it was good value. We had quesadillas which were loaded compared to Mexican style but it did taste good. Staff were nice place was very clean

Chicken rice box was very good but the package was little mess but still the taste is fine enough chicken and rice.
