Vile, really greasy food that had obviously been left a good while sitting, fatty and only a few chips. Restaurant was absolutely filthy dirty, all tables needed cleaning. Avoid at all costs

After the drystone coated kfc in Clydebank, it was good to have proper, moist KFC chicken leg and thigh. Fries were a bit mean, coffee was good. Pity the table hadn't been cleaned otherwise I'd give it 5*. Fast service...

The customer service was shocking, staff was rude Chicken breast is to dry

Went here at around midnight.. the place was lively and vibrant with people'.. staff was welcoming and pleased to serve. However a lot of tables were left unattended and uncleared making it difficult to find a place to sit and eat.. maybe it's their way to discourage patrons from dinning in.. but it made the restaurant look shabby and unkempt..

The food is really bad, poor quality, expired food not the right portion ordered by the customer

Never go to this KFC!!! I got my burger and the bun was completely squashed, the chicken in the burger was pink and my cookie was rock solid. I told the staff and they gave me another, but it completely ruined the experience as I regularly go to other branch’s. The store is also really dirty and untidy especially the toilets. If your going to go to KFC don’t go to this branch, go to a different one.

Ordered at one of the self service kiosks, was waiting for a good while, and had to ask where my food was. It was sitting there but no one had decided to call my number despite the meal being ready. My chicken was completely pink the whole way through, a huge health risk. When I complained, I was told that it was fine and no one else had complained. Tried to say that it was "just the marination" but marination does not cause it to be pink to the bone, it was completely undercooked. I was only given a £1.99 refund when my whole meal was £4.99, and all bar the chips were completely inedible. Terrible service and food. When I returned later to ask about a key which I thought I had left there, staff were completely unhelpful and seemed to not understand what I was saying. Wouldn't ever go again.

i went to this kfc last monday and was and was very pleased to be served by Melvin, he reassured me that my food was on it’s way despite how busy it was and being at the front himself. Even when it was busy the staff on shift that night still made everyone feel welcomed :)
