Wonder World Soft Play East Kilbride

Tourist attraction Children amusement center

👍👍 Just had my first visit with my 20 month old son. He isn't as mobile as other children his age. So I was really pleased to see such a large play area for his age group. There were lots of foam block for us to build towers with. He really enjoyed the little activity walls and the little blue sensory... People often mention kids, play, area, time, park, staff, children, great, soft, train,

Kids had a fun time. We went late on so wasn't as busy. Has a separate bit for the toddlers. Food and drinks available. Parking can be a issue as the site shares its car park. £12.95 for 2 hours. Happy kids.

Just had my first visit with my 20 month old son. He isn't as mobile as other children his age. So I was really pleased to see such a large play area for his age group. There were lots of foam block for us to build towers with. He really enjoyed the little activity walls and the little blue sensory square pads on the floor. I visited in a Friday morning 9.30 - 11am which was nice and quiet. It's starts to get busy at 11am. I will certainly be visiting again.

We really enjoyed it, the staff were amazing and very friendly. I love for the fact that the under 4's ( toddlers area) it's in a completely different area ( next to the café on the left hand side) we paid £6.95 for our 16 month old boy and myself and my partner were entry free, so I can't complain about the price, as most softplays charge for the child and also the parents. The reason why I cannot give 5* it's because the train ride was quite scary to my son (very loud when train started moving) and also because the play area was dirty still. ( We were there @ 9:30) apart from that we would definitely go back. 😃

not been since reopened, really not a person to post reviews unless I think it's really warranted, but this was a wonderful play day for my kids age 9 and 2. it outshines all other softlplays, from the quality of the food they served, to the cleanliness , the 2 huge well equipped play areas. even the toddler one is massive and just so much to do.. the train they have and go karts was included in price! which the kids just loved. I have a hidden disability, which I pre phoned and explained and the staff couldn't have been nicer or understanding towards me and reassuring, the staff on duty that day too were also very friendly and welcoming, overall my kids had a great day and hours of fun. best softlplay there is, I think even if in Glasgow to make the trip to ek because there's just so much in this softlplay that makes it extra. also have other activities in same place such as inflatable world and other activities. 5 stars 😘

We took our grandson so he could have a great day climbing and meeting other kids to play with. We were sorely disappointed, sure he enjoyed climbing and the other kids. We thought we would have a coffee it took three attempts to get a hot coffee, tables were covered with debris. On the way out we had promised our grandson a shot on the train only to be told he couldn't as a man was putting up a Christmas tree!. I don't appreciate having to see his face with disappointment, there was no sign to let us know just a no..having paid for his ride on the train with the ticket surely the christmas tree could have waited till closing time. This has not put your premises in a good light.

I think this is quite impressive as a soft play. There's a very large area for younger and separately for older children, and also a small train ride and go karts that are also included in the entry cost. Having visited a lot of soft plays this is probably one of the better ones!

I have given the place 5 out of 5.but.the staff.have a lot to learn when dealing with the public. I understand that this will be a first job or even just a weekend job but a smile would not go a miss. Most of the staff just looked angry. You work with families and making sure people are having fun but your staff simply do not represent this

Great soft play and lots of space to move around. The baby area is out the way of the older aged children part so makes it more relaxing for your little one. Food isn’t the best but not the worst either!

Very clean, open, and quiet compared to the usual Wonder World I go to (Kinning Park). My 9 year old daughter really enjoyed the huge play frame which goes quite deep into the back of the building.

Car park filled up quickly. Wardens on site to direct traffic who were a great help to find you a space to park. Variety of different activities are available in separate complexes here too. Easily entertain the kids for several hours here.

Great soft play. Kids love it. Could use some staff supervision though to stop some kids running up slides. But not common

The play equipment and additional things like the go-karts are brilliant for kids of all ages. But the food is abysmal. Overpriced and tasteless, below average quality of ingredients and not worth the money I paid. The menu is fine but the food was cold and unappealing.

The peppa pig area is 0-4 yet there was kids that were older in there throwing all the soft play things around and nearly hitting children running around. My little boy is 18 months and loves peppa pig yet we could only stay half an hour as he was stood on and knocked over multiple times by older kids not caring about what they were doing and their parents clearly weren't caring either as nobody came over to us to ask if my wee boy was okay! 0-4 is too big of an age range for that type of play area 0-2/2 and a half would be much better suited and a much calmer experience for little ones just getting to explore a play area like that!

Lovely coffee shop with plenty to do for the kids. My daughter loved it, definitely will be going back.

Place is rather run down nowadays I'm afraid, was great at first! The equipment is tired looking and quite dirty in some spots. £25 for two children (one age 4 and one age 1) seems crazy.

Brilliant place for kids of all ages!! Clean and safe. Pumpkin spiced latte was a hit with the adults while the kid's played 😉

Kids loved it here and for the price it was reasonable. The birthday party host Ross was a great wee hand and made the wee man’s birthday bash a good day, he didn’t quite know what was needed and a lot of running about to get extra little bits (sauces cups knife etc) but he got there In the end. We’ve already arranged to take the kids back again as they had such a great time.

Went here a few times. Its good for young kids who want to play around. It has ball pits, slides, trampolines & a volcano which kids can climb up. It also has some arcade machines and toddlers area. On the bad side to much dust on higher levels of playground and food/ drinks a bit expensive for service/ quality provided.

I recently visited Wonder World Soft Play in East Kilbride and I was really impressed with the facility. The play equipment was varied and age-appropriate for my children. The play area was also clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this soft play center to other parents in the area.

By time we managed to get a table after our session started it was 35mins and after asking a few times for it to be cleared of rubbish I was told she was only just finished cleaning toilets and other stuff so I ended up clearing the rubbish and wiping it down myself. Play area great but badly run

My son really enjoyed the soft play. Staff really helpful. Will definitely come back.

The soft play itself is really good fun for the kids…but the parking is a disgrace…the car park and surrounding areas are no where near big enough to take the amount of cars required and there are no arrow markings on the road to tell you what way to go resulting in cars going all ways within the car parks causing bumps and horns going constantly with people trying to move there cars around the car parks.. resulting in you taking 10-20mins to find a space and when you don’t get one you have to park out on main road on double yellow lines unless park further away…simple fact is that the place trys to cram as many people in as they can without any thought for people trying to park outside..won’t be back…as lost about 30mins of allocated time trying to park car..

Great play area, clean and lots of things for the kids to do. The price is a bit high for admission as it doesn't include any meal deals or anything.

  • 3/5 Stuart A. 1 year ago on Google
Menu really is terrible. Much better at lollipop land which is 6 mins down the road. Menu says "breakfast served till 12pm daily" Employee tells me they stop at 11am.

  • 2/5 Barry O. 1 year ago on Google
Don’t waste your time on ordering food, 45 mins wait for cold chips and toastie to be then told they didn’t have nuggets. McDonalds is just up the hill. Soft play is ok.

Wee grandson loves it here. Lovely bacon roll and fast service. Like how tge softplay is all in one side and much easier to keep an Eagle eye on the kids

My son loves this place, it's massive and the volcano climb challenge keeps him amused for ages. The place is clean, toilets are fine. The cafe is where it all goes a bit wrong. Everyone arrives at the same time and all food must be ordered before a specific time so the queue is awful. You also can't just nip up and buy a drink, you need to get everything you want straightaway because nobody is waiting in that queue more than once... Food is good, coffee is nice and the food collection system with the buzzing pager thingy is good too. They need more staff and more tills though, the queuing really puts me off.

Was here for the the first time since Covid today and was surprised how it has changed. The price was very dear £12 for my son to go in and did not come with a meal. Only 1 person serving and had to wait for ages but the worst experience was how disgusting the toilets were. Said they were getting serviced every hour but it did not look like that. Sadly a last time for me.

I attend here with my little one every so often, but finding now every time we go there is more & more things closed. Today the train, go karts, drop slide & trampoline were all closed leaving only the main soft play area open, which is fair enough but to still be charging £7 + a disgrace!! If these things aren’t getting fixed the price should be dropped.

  • 5/5 Lauren T. 1 year ago on Google
Massive inside, area for smaller tots and then a main area for bigger children with plenty of seating close by to keep an eye on your child. Very family friendly environment with cafe available also, and for the amount of children and parents in and out the bathrooms were spotless.

  • 3/5 Chris C. 1 year ago on Google
Facilities for the kids were good. Very expensive to get in though, was £23 for 2 kids. £3 for a coffee is a bit steep and the toilets were manky. No photos as it's a kids place, but I'd say it's not as good as it was pre covid.

Great for young tiddlers play area, but don't look for food. Arrived at 4:15 as per out ticket. Was told we had to order food by 4:30 which was pushing it as we had to queue to get in. Then limited menu and no Pizza's whatsoever. £2.50 for a bottle of coke a bit steep too. The admission price is also a bit on the expensive side compared to other similar places. My granddaughter enjoyed the Peppa Pig play area, but I wouldn't rush back

Take only that much bookings which you can handle. Turned downed food order as they were unable catch up with crowd . So have to get my kids back starving. Words of advice if you want to ruin your kids day most welcome to east kilbride wonderworld sof play

Took kids here for first time and they had an absolute blast well spaced out fantastic for food

  • 5/5 Stuart R. 2 years ago on Google
Its a full two hours you get, the food isn't overly expensive and looks decent quality. There is tons to do for the kids that keep them occupied and the place is very safe. I recommend booking online and paying this place a visit as it is excellent value

Great. Large car park, friendly stuff, quick service at cafe, large play areas. Separate play area for smaller and bigger kids. However, venue is L shaped, cant see both play areas so it is tricky to keep an eye on a toddler and older child on big frame at the same time. Indoor train and electric cars inc which is great.
