We
took
part
in
the
tour
and
we
were
very
disappointed
about
the
whole
experience:
1.
our
guide
was
walking
very
fast
in
front
of
the
tour
without
paying
attention
to
details:
if
we
crossed
the
street
or
not,
if
we
are
still
enjoying
the
tour,
if
we
are
still
there.
She
left
us
behind
as
we
needed
to
wait
for
the
green
light
to
cross
the
street
as
many
were
in
the
street.
2.
our
guide
started
to
point
the
important
buildings
without
us
being
there
as
we
needed
to
cross
the
street.
We
found
this
thing
very
impolite.
3.
our
guide
did
not
explain
many
things
and
did
not
tell
us
much
about
the
place,
she
just
pointed/
named
important
monuments/building
without
giving
us
a
full
story;
4.
our
guide
mentioned
that
she
brought
with
her
a
special
drink
from
Scotland
but
because
she
doesn't
have
any
cups
with
her,
she
cannot
provide
us
with
the
drink....Why
did
you
need
to
mention
about
the
drink
if
you
could
not
offer
us
to
taste
it?
A
lady
from
the
group
had
a
cup
in
her
bag
and
she
remember
about
the
cup
but
she
was
afraid
to
ask
for
that
drink...the
guide
didn't
pay
attention
to
details......
5.
every
holiday
we
take
tour
guides,
the
tour
from
Glasgow
was
the
poorest
one....the
guide
did
not
know
about
the
city,
about
the
culture
or
about
the
history;
6.
If
we
had
queries
the
guide
was
afraid
to
answer
and
all
the
time
gave
us
short
answers
or
she
said
I
don't
know...It's
ok
to
say
I
don't
know,
but
she
wasn't
prepared
for
the
tour...
7.
We
paid
£10
per
person
just
because
that
was
the
price
we
booked
the
tour
for...but
this
was
not
a
guided
tour!!!!
She
just
walked
very
fast
and
sometimes
gave
us
15
minute
breaks
to
see
important
monuments...
Please
Walking

in
Glasgow
take
a
break
and
go
for
an
walking
tour
with
your
guide,
your
colleague
(the
lady
with
the
red/orange
jacket)
and
see
if
you
can
enjoy
the
tour.
