Great room, location and service Room was spotless and so well equipped for an apart hotel. Decent tea with real milk in the fridge The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. The bag drop off before checking was great and we also left our bags after checkout A real gem of a hotel and a great find in Glasgow One tip, keep a supply of safety pins at reception for those lost button moments!

We stayed at Native Glasgow for 2 nights and it was fantastic! Very clean, comfortable and lovely room. We arrived to check in at 8:30am after a long overnight flight from Canada and were generously upgraded to a better room which was available for us to check into right away, unlike the room we booked which we couldn’t until 3pm. This was hugely appreciated, since they didn’t have to do that, Native actively went out of their way to improve our holiday. Would definitely recommend!

I've now stayed in about 8 different hotels in Glasgow and this is by far my favourite. For nearly the same cost as any other hotel - the comfort, space, privacy and convenience of Native is unmatchable. Travelling alone - I felt so safe knowing that guests need a card for front door entry as well as hall doors and room doors. Having a full kitchen from wine glasses to pots and pans - was such a luxury. The cleanliness of the entire flat was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Can't wait to return!

Room was great, no complaints there. Actually very quiet for our room that was facing the interior courtyard which I prefer to the street. Great location. Very easy to get to from Queen Street Station. The service was a bit of a hit or miss. There was an American gent at the desk was super helpful and friendly. Two other staff did not have great hospitality. One approached us leaving the hotel and was upset they had "made us" a special vegan breakfast that we didn't pick up. The breakfast they had "made" for us was a bag of cornflakes that they had put into in a native branded bag. There was no "making it up." Very awkward to have brought that up to us and seemed upset over something so small. Another time I asked if they had hair conditioner and the french lady at the front desk looked as if I had asked her for something very obscure. So, no hair conditioner... had to make a stop at Tesco to buy some for myself.

Spent a fabulous night in the corner penthouse apartment. Spectacular views over George Square. The Guys at reception were friendly, welcoming and chilled which created a good atmosphere. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and the location was superb.

Very good apartments. Great location but can be noisy on a weekend, like any other city. Milk and tea/coffee bags were a nice touch. Thermal comfort was easy to control and very easy to operate. If you want to eat/drink in their restaurants, then it would be best to book. I couldn't get my nose over the door due to the bouncer asking if I had booked.

I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the rooms on the 1st floor smell incredibly stale from the fans/kitchen of the restaurant below and are so dark (and a bit noisy) because they sit between the fans and the brick wall of the alley. We stayed twice in between the road trip we did and I asked to be put in a different room the second time, which the staff were very kind to accommodate. This was on a higher floor in a smaller flat which was a lot nicer! We enjoyed the second stay much more than the first. All in all a clean place but the walls and curtains could do with some attention and the sofa’s are getting quite old.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was well renovated and modern, while the common areas maintained their historic integrity. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was so convenient for getting around Glasgow.

What a fantastic hotel! I came to Glasgow for a few days for an art show. I was super happy with my stay at the Native Glasgow. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and the full kitchen was wonderful. The location is right in the heart of Glasgow and I was able to walk everywhere, which was great. I was very happy with my stay here and I would 100% recommend coming here!

Amazing!! The bed was so comfy and the room was perfect. It had everything we needed. The location was close to everything and felt very safe. Kitchen was fully equipped, they even had some milk for coffee/tea in the morning. My only problem was that no one told me that we had to collect our breakfast bags before 1030am which was a huge disappointment. I don’t understand why they can’t hold the bags another 30 minutes until check out ends.

1st stay at Native Glasgow & certainly wont be the last. We arrived 3 hours before check in but had a great welcome & luggage was stored away. Premium Studio was perfect & plenty space an spotlessley clean. Superb location with queen st. Station round the corner & many bars/restaurants nearby. We opted for The Citizen for lunch which we enjoyed also. All in all a great nights stay. Thanks & well done Native Glasgow team.

Great location, two minutes from Queen Street. Had a warm welcome when we first arrived to see if our luggage could be kept until the room was available. And again when checking in. Everything was very clean, worked as it should and the bed was extremely comfortable. Didn't cook, but there was enough equipment to make something if you need to. Fridge worked well, and had a mini freezer compartment, useful for ice. Would definitely recommend.

Great little apartment style hotel! The staff were incredible. We arrived way too early and hadn't slept in over 24 hours. Though they couldn't take us in right away they were able to accommodate us a few hours before check-in time. The rooms were clean and spacious. We also really appreciated the large bathroom with the shower stall with a full door. No safes in the room but we found this common at other hotels in Scotland.

Great spot to stay while in Glasgow. The folks at reception were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our 4 night stay. Both were spotless and newly done. Our one bedroom was huge and what we needed after staying in a smaller studio prior. Great having the kitchen even if to warm up some chips.

My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights. The location was perfect, right in the city centre, with tons of restaurants right outside. The hotel was incredibly secure, with 3 separate security checkpoints from the front door to our room (using a keycard). The room and bathroom were spacious with huge windows, a sitting area, and fully equipped kitchenette. We loved that it had the original, ornate windows and an additional sliding window for noise control. Once we closed the sliding window, we could not hear any street noise even on Friday and Saturday nights. The bed was comfortable and the sheets/pillows were high quality. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

The location couldn't be better as it is right in the city center. The room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. Some details like having a bootle of tap water in the fridge or Scottish porridge for free were really appreciated. The staff was nice and helpful.

Really, really enjoyed my sta! I was coming to Scotland to take trek the West Highland Way and needed a place close to the train station and amenities, including the express bus to the airport which was right next to us. I didn't quite understand how to use the washer and dryer but managed to get a good wash in nonetheless. For some reason the fire alarm went off on the morning of my trek, but it was resolved quickly. My first check-in I had some trouble with my key in the front door but on my return trip, no problems. I found both apartments that I stayed in to be very clean and well decorated and really discovered a love of Scottish oats for breakfast. So thank you for the local touches for the kitchen food! The staff at your hotel are very kind and helpful. I recommended this hotel to all my fellow trekkers and if I come to Glasgow in the future I will definitely stay again!

Great great location. There are quite many steps leading to the lift that brings you to level 1 reception area. I am in a 1 bedroom unit. Bedroom is a bit tight but it's so great sleeping on a full large bed instead of a made-do twins. Toilet flush a bit dated and needs a bit of tricks to work it. The whole room is quite dark, needs more Lighting. Bathroom is very bright which helps.

Second time being with theses guys! Great experience overall! Clean! And such a lovely place to stay! Great staff who are available 24/7. To my arrival to be told I got an upgrade! This was such a lovely gesture and will be back soon! Breakfast was provided and milk and the kitchen was spotless!

Location is amazing. The standard of decor is good. The reception and stair are clean as was the apartment. There were a few handyman jobs needing doing in our apartment including an overlapping glass shower door, a spinning tap and broken panelling. The availability of unlimited fresh ground coffee is a very nice touch. Thanks for having us! Oh and the view! WOW!

The accommodation is very well located and the staff was very nice. The rooms seem luxurious and are very well equipped with a large bed, sofa, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen. Great that the bathroom was so big! We enjoyed our stay very much! It is an old building and very central, so there is of course some noise. If you have a light sleep, make sure to bring earplugs. The fridge also makes some noise inside of the room.

Customer Service from Scott was particularly welcoming. He recognized what we needed to have a special and memorable bucket list vacay !! The fresh milk is a nice touch for our tea. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean! (Quiet and dark too) The location is ideal! Dead center of anything you want in Glasgow. Highly recommend these apartments!

Lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean in a great location. Facilities were superb, plenty of hanging space and shelving. Our shower screen leaked a little - just needed silicone refreshing. Nice to have a cafetière but could have done with double the sachets for evening and morning. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, clean, well equipped and perfect location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had 3 in the room and it worked out great. We would have liked towels changed every other day rather than requesting it however, we would definitely highly recommend and stay there again! Thank you.

Lovely place to stay, we enjoyed it very much for our short city trip. The apartment with little kitchen was a great choice. Reception staff was really friendly and we didn't have any issues checking in or out. Everything was well designed and clean. Location was absolutely great.

We just arrived home from our trip to Scotland and England. The Native was a fantastic place to stay with great customs service, amenities and value. It’s super location made for a fantastic experience in Glascow! The restaurants all around were 5 stars! We never had a bad meal! Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer! The alley to the right of the building gets quite noisy in the early AM during the week but that wasn’t a bother as we were up and ready to explore. The kitchen is well equipped and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having the washer and dryer was a BONUS!! The bathroom was sizable and there was plenty space for all 3 of us to get ready. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for the best experience!
