Check
in
between
2pm
and
9pm.
We
arrived
8.45pm
after
a
long
drive
to
be
met
by
an
empty
reception
and
a
sign
pointing
us
to
the
bar.
Fair
enough.
Went
and
found
the
manager
who
sent
the
lady
serving
on
the
bar
and
waitressing
to
assist
us
while
he
sat
chatting.
No
food
available
as
restaurant
stops
serving
at
7.30pm?!
Not
even
any
bar
snacks
so
had
to
go
to
bed
hungry.
Bar
tab
not
available.
Something
should
be
available
if
offering
late
check
in.
Rooms
lovely.
No
bin.
Could
do
with
a
complimentary
sponge/flannel.
50p
in
home
bargains.
Bath
in
bathroom
but
no
complimentary
bubble
bath.
Plug
sockets
needed
at
side
of
bed!
Two
plug
sockets
in
the
whole
room.
Saturday
night
arrived
back
after
a
long
day
gutting
a
relative’s
house
to
get
told
restaurant
full
and
no
space
whatsoever
to
feed
us.
Ended
up
with
takeaway
in
our
room.
We
accidentally
left
our
key
in
the
room
and
was
told
to
wait
at
reception.
After
15
minutes
we
were
still
stood
there
waiting
for
a
member
of
staff
to
come
and
assist
us.
Had
to
go
back
to
the
restaurant
to
ask
again.
Paid
for
breakfast.
It
was
literally
either
a
full
English
or
cereal.
No
pastries.
No
fruit,
etc.
Not
even
asked
what
you
do
and
don’t
want
on
the
full
English.
Glad
I’m
not
vegetarian.
Staff
were
all
lovely
and
very
polite
except
they
all
looked
and
acted
like
they
didn’t
work
there
and
we’re
just
standing
in.
No
one
really
knew
where
things
were
or
what
things
were,
etc.
Friday
night
we
were
served
at
the
bar,
last
night
told
it
was
table
service
only.
The
restaurant
and
bar
were
absolutely
stifling.
No
need
for
heat
like
that.
Checking
out.
Already
took
payment
from
my
card
on
the
day
we
arrived
without
checking
that
was
the
card
I
wanted
to
use.
No
one
on
the
desk
to
check
out.
No
one
to
speak
to
about
anything.
No
staff
in
the
hotel
side
at
all.
Needed
a
receipt
for
expenses
and
no
one
to
ask.
The
decor
etc
is
really,
really
lovely.
But
the
rest
needs
a
lot
of
work.
Pretty
disappointing
to
be
honest.
