John came highly recommended by one of my work colleagues at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Due to working as a ANP I suffer from chronic lower back pain with acute episodes. Just after one session with John he identified my source of pain and managed to minimise the pain just after one visit. I would highly recommend John he is highly professional but still manages to put you at ease and make you laugh along the session. I have seen many healthcare professionals over the years and have definitely not felt the benefits just after one session.

I have suffered on and off for years with sciatica. Had a bad flair up Friday last week could hardly walk, sit or stand with the pain. Went to the doctors Friday, was given medication but just got worse over the weekend. Phoned the doctors back Monday morning then ended up in hospital Monday all day as couldn't take the pain anymore. My boss and work colleague actually recommended John, and I couldn't be more grateful. John came out to the house yesterday, I genuinely can't believe the difference after one session. I could not make the first booked appointment due to the recent flooding. John could have easily kept my deposit but he instead was very understanding and did not charge for the reschedule and even offered me an NHS nurse discount (Student nurse). John was very friendly and did not rush the appointment. Made sure he found all the tense areas to ensure he would ease my pain. I look forward to the results after following the aftercare advice.

I have been having really bad back/neck pains for weeks and it’s been getting progressively worse, yesterday (Sunday) I woke up and couldn’t move - literally could not move my arms, legs etc I called John after coming across him and reading through his reviews I decided to give him a call. John was kind enough to change his Sunday plans and book me in within the hour to help me get out of the pain and that’s exactly what he did. Went to see John yesterday. Could hardly walk or move with sciatica pain which i have suffered from on and off for years. John was more than accommodating to get me seen on the same day and is a very down to earth guy who made me feel at ease. I am awaiting a double hip replacement my mobility was terrible and I was in severe pain. I have had problems with my right ankle since I was a baby . Tendon and ligament damage that was never corrected. I also suffer from hip dysplasia and had to have a full hip replacement in my early 30’s plus lower back pain that doctors could not find a reason for. John was recommended to me by a family member so I thought I may as well give him a try . Over the years no doctor , physiotherapy, chiropractor , pain management clinics etc have been able to help me or given me any relief from the pain . I’ve been told that I could possibly end up in a wheelchair. After my season with John I would like to say the pain in my back was completely gone . Had excruciating sciatica and went to see John. Within five minutes I could not believe the difference and neither could my partner who was with me. After my full treatment l was like a new woman, after being in agony for over a week l was feeling great! I have been in to see John twice over the last as I had severe back pain, could hardly walk or stand straight and also had sciatica down my leg and was in so much pain and had been suffering for months. I have suffered back pain since I had my son 10 years ago. John was amazing. For my first appointment, he opened early so that I could be seen as he could hear how much pain I was in! After one session I could walk, bend down, and move around freely without any pain at all. I could not believe it! The only reason I needed another session was because I didn’t follow his aftercare advice (to use ice pack regularly) so after a year I was back again. John is such a lovely guy, totally puts you at ease and explains everything as he goes along and is very knowledgeable. He also explains in great detail about what may happen afterwards( ie a chance of some bruising etc) which I experienced but this was well worth it to be able to get on with my life, plus you could not see it under my clothes anyway! This has totally changed my quality of life and would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with any pain to get booked in with John ASAP!

I had an appointment booked with John on Wednesday at 12 o'clock to see if he could sort out my ongoing back problems. I woke up on Wednesday and was really sore and struggling to walk. I went for a shower and had the shower on my back for 20 minutes to half an hour. John told me not to use heat but I found that the heat from the shower was helping me and it was easing the pain and allow me to move slightly better. I got out of the shower and while I was getting dried I started to get sharp pains down both of my legs,then my back cramped up and I was unable to Stand. I lay on the floor crippled in pain and unable to move. I text John to cancel my appointment as I was unable to make it. He phoned me right away then travelled to my home in Barrhead to help me. He has been amazing, giving me useful information which has helped me to get back on my feet. He has checked up on me constantly throughout the past 2 days and spent alot of time on the phone to him, where he has reassured me that I will be ok once the inflammation goes down. 110% recommend John and his services, hes straight to the point and doesn't mess around. Before I went to John I was in hospital with a bulging disk unable to stand up straight. I was told by doctors that I wasn’t to lift anything heavy which included my daughter of 7 months. I was told to do physio and if that didn’t help it would be an operation which due to backlog with covid I would be waiting a while. I went to John using crutches to help me stand up straight and after one session I walked out without the crutches. John knows what he is talking about and is extremely helpful even after he has seen you. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to John as I am able to walk around without crutches and most importantly hold my baby. Thank you John!

I seen Johns stuff on tick tock and after years and years of suffering from Sciatica that really just never goes away and just leave me worse after each bout especially stiffness and weakness once it ease off. I've tried chiropractors, physio's and all the medication that the nhs throws at you and every year i end up worse for it. Well with nothing to lose i booked 1 session with john and 1 hour later the difference in my mobility was unbelievable , was it uncomfortable yes but it highlighted to me the weakness i have from Sciatica over the years and john was able to release all the stiffness and tension from years and years of Sciatica in 1 Session. I had a session with John today for a lower back injury. Having two slipped discs for over 2 years I have spent thousands on chiropractor and physios in this time and had nerve root injections at the hospital and nothing has worked for me so was told last month I needed surgery on my back which I'm not keen on getting so contacted John and he seen me after 2 days of contacting him. I would highly recommend him as he is very good at what he does just after one session my pain has gone away and I can move alot better already and was given good aftercare advice whichi will be using. Just had an appointment with john my last one was 3 and a half years ago. I got a massage in turkey in April and they brought my seatica on. 13 years of chronic pain, facet joint syndrome, bulging discs at l4/l5, l5/s1. Ive had operations, spinal injections, physio, osteo, chiro, IDD, traction, pain management, CBT and have spent a fortune. Using a wheelchair for distance as unable to walk. Came across John on Facebook and read his reviews, thought I have nothing to lose. John phoned me within the hr, got me booked in the next day. He had a nice, relaxing, professional set up in his clinic and he was the same; hes very knowlegeable, has suffered from pain himself and genuinely wants to help people. I went in dragging my leg and struggling to walk up stairs, havent been able to walk any distance or stand for a long time. By the end of the massage he genuinely had me doing the stairs 2 at a time. Im not cured, i cant be cured but this is the first step to me trying to build up my strength and stamina by being pain free. Its not much but today i stood in the garden with the dog for 10 minutes with no pain and thats huge for me. I waited a few days to leave my review so it was as accurate as possible. I work on laptops & computers and get bad neck and back pain, i am also on the go quite a bit so my legs get sore / tight too! Jonny's treatment has left me feeling less of the dull pain i normally have during the day, which often escalates at night when i am trying to get to sleep. The last few days stiffness and soreness haven't really crossed my mind! I will 100% be back, i normally visit the chiropractors and get deep tissue / sports massage both are good, but for results DMS seems to be the winner right now, thanks!

I contacted John when I heard about him from a friend. I have suffered with a weak ankle for a number of months which had gradually became worse more so when I worked out.
