AVOID THIS PRACTICE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH! In 2018 Dr Kaly Jaffrey replaced an amalgam with a white filling in a molar. Within a fortnight of the procedure I experienced horrendous pain and reported this to the practice. At each visit I was assured it was just sensitivity and this was normal with white fillings. Months of agony passed, culminating in being unable to eat on the affected side. Later it transpired I had a horrific abscess that the dentist failed to detect. Subsequently I had to endure the most harrowing root treatment. After this, I again reported pain but was told once more it was sensitivity. I’ve routinely reported intense pain in the treated tooth and have consistently been fobbed off. After 5 years of pain, it has been discovered that only two roots have been fully treated and the tooth should have been crowned instead of filled with a white filling. The NHS are now washing their hands of Kaly’s ineptitude and I have the privilege of paying £3500 to have the root treatment redone and a crown fitted to save my tooth. Thankfully this dentist no long practices actual dentistry but my dealings with Complete Dental have been disappointing to say the least.

Honestly, best dentist I've ever been to in Glasgow. I was seen for an emergency as my usual dentist didn't have space. I was super nervous before my wisdom tooth extraction, the staff couldn't have been lovelier and they made me feel so at ease. Excellent price too! I will never be back to my old dentist

I have not lost a tooth since complete dental care took over my treatment and my already infirm teeth I have left are now stable. All staff are lovely and professional but a big shout out to Danielle my hygienist who has been my saviour. Would highly recommend this practice.

After months of being without a Dentist, I finally managed to register here. It has been a great practice so far - good availability regarding appointments, good dental work, and kind and friendly staff.

I registered last year with a tooth ache and found this dentist practice to be very professional. They also helped get me NHS approval for allot of work I had to get done. Today was my last treatment and I now have my teeth back to how they were. Highly recommend

I'd received treatment from a local dentist nearer me and before I was going on holiday I had a appt. to get my teeth cleaned as they needed it, anyway long story short they made my teeth 10 times worse. I joined this surgery and I cannot recommend this dentist enough, I was delighted with my teeth,plus the dentist a.k.a. (aj) is so patient, talks you through everything, makes you feel at ease 100%. He's also easy on the eye lol. Cannot recommend this practice enough, excellent,professional and won't ever go elsewhere now. Luvvin the practice n staff. Definitely 100% score on all my visits.

Just had my cosmetic braces off and could not be happier! All staff so professional and warming. I would like to thank Hassan my orthodontist for my treatment, I feel very confindent in myself he kept me informed at all times. Also a big thank you to all the girls at the practice (especially Gail) for always being so helpful and accomodating of my constant need to reschedule appointments. Just recently got my braces off after a really quick 8 months and I am thrilled with the results. I’ve always wanted to have my teeth straightened and I’m so glad I finally did it. Complete Dental Care were great, staff are always friendly and Hassan was really patient with me and talked me through the whole process from start to finish.

Had a very awkward wisdom tooth extracted and the work was excellent. Everyone involved was very professional and there was great feedback and information from the range of technology at their disposal. I always felt involved and informed. Highly recommended.

Excellent dental practice! I've had fairly regular appointments over the last 5 months for braces with Dr Jaff, she has done an amazing job and made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable! All of the staff here have been super helpful, prices are the best I've seen in Glasgow and I'm over the moon with the results!! Cannot recommend enough :)

I’ve been receiving dental treatment at Complete for almost 10 months now and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From my initial appointments to decide what work I was going to go for, to now being a week away from having my fixed brace removed, they’ve been helpful, reassuring and encouraging. The staff are all lovely and made me feel comfortable during my treatment, and I’ve felt like any issues or worries I had along the way have been listened to – plus, any time I needed an additional appointment between my regular brace appointments they’ve been really accommodating. I definitely recommend this practice, and can’t thank them enough.

I found the costs to be very competitive. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

A 5 star experience from start to finish from Omar and his team. From my initial enquiry to the end of my treatment they were so Professional, attentive and very flexible with my appointment times. In addition they were the most competitive re cost and the payment plan spread over the course of my treatment really was the icing on the cake. Having your teeth cleaned by the hygienist is not the most pleasant experience but Danielle the hygienist always puts me at ease and makes sure that I am alright.

A really great practice. They'll get you an appointment in a good time frame, and always have emergency slots if required. Admin team friendly and helpful, dental team professional and warm and get the job done. I've had a variety of treatments here, happy with every single one. I've heard some (most likely sexist) people say that women dentists can't do extractions. Load of guano. My dentist can get a hooked wisdom tooth out so fast your head would spin. And will check your pain threshold and adjust accordingly to keep you comfortable throughout. I've moved from the area and still go back because finally I've found a dental team I like, trust and can actually get a hold of when I need them. Best in the area for sure.

As someone who has a lot of nervousness around going to the dentist, I was made to feel at ease very quickly. I didn't feel rushed and the girls explained everything in great detail whilst being easy to understand.

I can definitely recommend Dr Omar Iqbal. It is quite possible that he is the nicest most calm natured dentist that I have ever met. He is exceptional at explaining processes/procedures fully and answering questions with certainty and clarity. This skill set is invaluable to anyone who suffers from dental anxiety.

I went private to get some work done and the whole experience was great. I have not had great experiences with dentists but Julie and her team were so lovely and patient. I would recommend this dentist and its workers.

Had an extraction and a filling. Later I got a replacement filling and everything was much easier than I expected it to be. I was very concerned about getting my tooth pulled, but it was really no problem for the dentist and me.

If there was a 0 star rating I would have taken that option. 1st off, it took over 25 mins to get a consultation appointment. This is AFTER you go through the process of a 'phone consultation' disguised as a way to work out credit arrangements.. I then paid £50 to secure a face to face consultation which I was told would be taken off my treatment... never was it stated that you DONT get your deposit back if you decide not to go ahead. In my case the dentist decided he wouldn't go ahead with my cosmetic treatment request. Not sure why as his was the 3rd consultation I attended to get an idea of which dentist to go with, I was given flimsy reasons, whereas all the other consultations I had, had no problem with going ahead. They want you to buy a whole dental package, hygienist, retainers etc were all mentioned as seperate purchases. If you're not worth a certain amount of money via treatment charges you're not worth their time. Very dismissive team.

Been referred by my own dentist for a bit of surgery but I had to have a consultation with Omar first who made me very at ease and explained everything that was going to happen when I return offered me sedation which I excepted . The girls on reception are so lovely omar was running a bit late and can in and said sorry I would recommend this practice

Have been a patient for a few years now, recently had a issue with a back tooth that was causing me so much pain. Was seen quickly and pain taken care of. Crown was then fitted and everything is back to normal An excellent dentist surgery, with excellent staff and excellent dentists.

i have recently completed a course of cosmetic dentistry at complete dental care glasgow and must thank Omar and his assistants Denise,Clare and Rebecca at Paisley Rd West for the outstanding professionalism,care and attention I received throughout.I had 2 dental implants,1 cosmetic veneer,a crown and an old dark filling replaced with a new white one and finally had teeth whitening.The difference in my smile is amazing and has really boosted my confidence and self-esteem not forgetting overall dental health; no more hiding my mouth behind my hand.To anyone who may be contemplating any dental improvement my advice is to go ahead - you will not regret it; i certainly don't A huge thankyou to Omar and all the team at Paisley Rd West.

My daughter has been attending for just over a year to get her teeth aligned and some spaces closed. All the treatment needed was clearly explained at the consultation, followed up with an e-mail which broke it down in more detail with the cost of each treatment. As we were paying private we were offered finance, this was paid off in 12 monthly payments at 0% interest, hassle free, as the practice set it all up. The practice is bright and clean and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Hassan is professional and a perfectionist and you are guaranteed that you will be happy with the outcome. Hassan and the dental nurses have been great throughout and we would recommend the practice to anyone.

I do not know many people who are happy going to the Dentist unless for a scale and polish. However the staff here always make you feel welcome. I had quite a complicated Crown to replace my 3 front teeth and to restore a confident smile. Whilst it was uncomfortable at times the result is good. I was referred here by my own dentist for a procedure my own dentist couldn't perform. Was seen and assessed by omar iqbal. I had a terrible fear of the dentist and of this procedure, however the staff were amazing and very reassuring. I got offered a local anesthetic and I don't even remember having it done nor did I feel anything. Highly recommend this practice, the really understood my anxiety and treated me like I've been a patient for years. I've just had a phone call from them to see how I was doing and I've also been given the best advice with regards to a cosmetic procedure I enquired about.
