Fantastic professional service from everyone in the branch, all staff are very knowledgeable and do not pressure you to buy extras that you don't need. Very helpful with choosing the correct frames to suit me.

Great place with a very good eye test. I was a bit nervous, not having an eye test for so long - in case there was something wrong. But the test turned out fine and the optician was very friendly, and the feedback on my eyes put me at ease finally. Thanks to Shawlands Optical Express for this test !

Staff are really friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the appointment time. I was sent 3 different times. This isn't the branches fault but the central system.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, WAS TAKEN WITHIN A FEW MINUTES RECEPTION NICE AND WELCOMING AFTER A SMALL TEST, WAS TAKEN THROUGH TO OPTICIAN, SHE GAVE ME A REALLY GOOD EXAMINATION, I WAS NEEDING NEW GLASSES, SO WAS TAKEN BACK TO RECEPTIONIST WHO HELPED ME PICK MY GLASSES, EVERYTHING WAS PLEASANT, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Went for an eye test today, staff were welcoming and friendly explained everything to me, all the tests they were carrying out and what they were for, afterwards helped me choose lovely glasses. Optical Express are always very good with customers and would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here yesterday, 11th October 2019. Not my usual opticians but I passed by to ask about an examination to test my field of vision following a health scare. The branch had availability later that afternoon, and on returning I received absolutely outstanding service from the team there. Very professional, very courteous, great at explaining everything and making sure that I was totally satisfied. By the time I returned home, I had an email containing a PDF copy of my prescription plus notes and tips on eyecare and options. 100% recommended - a great store, and real asset to Shawlands.

A couple of Satudays ago I popped in to Optical Express, Shawlands and Jan sorted out my mangled specs for me in no time at all. She also completed a specs MOT, tightening screws and adjusting the nose pads and finishing with a thorough clean. Excellent! Thank you.
