In
terms
of
space
and
equipment
this
club
leaves
a
lot
to
be
desired
as
its
equipment
is
in
a
poor
state
and
is
constantly
breaking
down.
There
are
multiple
lockers
which
have
had
their
doors
removed
from
their
hinges.
Now
the
disabled
toilet
does
not
work
and
there
has
been
no
attempt
to
call
the
plumber
to
fix
it
several
days
after
it
broke.
This
illustrates
this
so-called
club's
low
regard
for
people
with
disabilities.
Despite
the
group's
shiny
new
logo
and
fresh
layer
of
paint,
it
is
clear
this
club
is
suffering
from
mismanagement
and
a
lack
of
investment.
The
personal
trainers
have
a
habit
of
congregating
around
the
desk
area
near
the
vending
machines
where
they
spend
the
bulk
of
their
time
gossiping
about
the
body
shapes
and
clothes
of
clients.
The
manager
denies
this
but
rarely
ventures
out
of
his
office
and
has
shown
high
levels
of
favouritism
in
the
past.
Any
disabled
person
brave
enough
to
attend
one
of
their
classes
is
bullied
and
belittled.
I
was
personally
spoke
to
in
a
very
patronising
way
by
at
least
two
of
the
trainers,
who
made
it
their
mission
to
single
me
out
and
humiliate
me
at
every
opportunity.
I
would
refrain
from
going
into
the
office
and
raising
a
complaint
for
the
manager
has
quite
the
temper,
is
clearly
under
an
immense
amount
of
pressure
and
such
stresses
tellingly
show
on
both
his
face
and
body
language.
He
has
shown
on
numerous
occasions
in
his
communications
a
propensity
to
greatly
overreact.
I
was
recently
shouted
at
and
told
never
to
return.
My
great
offence
was
that
I
offered
a
simple
complaint.
Various
clients
have
approached
me
and
told
me
the
manager
has
been
speaking
ill
of
me
behind
my
back.
There
are
even
comments
below
suggesting
he
can
be
quite
a
violent
individual.
I
can
personally
believe
this
after
the
way
in
which
he
spoke
to
me.
I
would
strongly
advise
the
"members"
to
switch
"clubs"
for
a
short
period
until
this
facility
detoxifies
by
removing
some
of
its
more
unsavoury
personnel.
This
includes
the
team
of
personal
trainers
and
the
manager,
who
needs
to
be
reminded
that
the
Gym
Group
is
a
public
enterprise
that
should
be
encouraging
a
diverse
and
inclusive
atmosphere,
not
some
exclusive
gang
hut
for
the
manager
and
his
cronies.
