Broad range of bodybuilding equipment some of which you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Very serious vibe to the place. Quite expensive given that there's no shower and it's a bit dated. No deadlifting platform and not many squat racks. There's hardly any cables either which is a shame. One of biggest nuisances was that people seem to have meticulously gone round the machines and peeled the stickers off and put them in the wrong order, meaning you have to work out what weight you're lifting. it makes calculating your workout volume tedious. Not worth it for me. Was probably worth it at £20 a month but the price increase to £35 is a bit much. Personally I found the over the top red theme off putting but that's more of a personal opinion rather than a criticism.

Not as great as it once was, used to be the best gym in Scotland by far. It’s lost a lot of members due to their Inability to fix equipment when it’s broken, atmosphere changes and falling in standards to other gyms. Hopefully the old days come back, however until then it’ll never be as good as it used to be.

Bar far the best gym I’d used in years. Two big floors of equipment to use. I’ve never found it busy either.
