Lovely coffee. Reasonable prices too compared to the other chains. Love to see more branches across the country.

3 times I have dined in here and 3 times the seat and table cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired...a wipe down every now and then is definitely needed

Walked out after waiting 15 minutes to be served. I asked twice if I could be served and both times was told their screens were full and they would get to me. Due to my poor eyesight I was unable to order on the screen as one of the staff suggested I should do. What really annoyed me was the fact I had left my disabled mother sitting alone for this length of time. Spoke to a few ppl who also told me of the long waits they had. Just feel really disappointed as my elderly mum doesn’t feel up to going out much, and today she had asked especially that I bring her to Tim Hortons, you can imagine her disappointment as we left without having been served

I live all the frozen drinks including the IceCap and Peach Iced Tea. Very disappointed with how it’s left to run. Have great memories for the Canadian brand but the service in the UK stores don’t live up to the reputation. Bishopbriggs store often long waits and no one serving at till area. Staff prioritise JustEat etc before walk/dine in customers. It’s a shame: the staff seem harassed and overwhelmed. Doesn’t seem to have the efficiency you’d expect for a international chain.

Badly understaffed. Few staff working like crazy but 25 minute wait for order really unacceptable

Unless you're having coffee/rea and a doughnut, anything else we had was aweful. Service is slow and staff have no people skills at all. Not even a smile.

This was my first time trying Tim Hortons... I don't know why I thought it would have been a nicer place, more up market... it looked untidy with mess on tables and chairs. It's not for me, I won't go back.

Great when the manager is working. He's amazing with allergies and so friendly and helpful. Felt like our customs mattered. Enjoyed the food we had. Its not cheap but was nice.

Painful service. They've also (without any advertising or notice) stopped the 10 timbits for £1 with any meal. Food is OK and used to be good value but prices have gone up and there always appears to be a shortage of staff.

I like Tim Hortons, the restaurant needs a deep clean and the toilets definitely need a more regular clean up too. Staff are nice and I enjoyed the food and coffee. Just the place was a bit dirty.....

Sausage breakfast muffin needs a little more seasoning. Coffee great and service as good as ever. Really overwhelming noise levels, possibly due to extra high ceilings.

Was in Bishopbriggs for food. First time I had been in. Menu easy to navigate. Food was quick being prepared and was delicious. Will definitely go back again.

Young man served me today had only cash and it was bank card only to pay he paid it for me just a lovely young man he was English so thank you for my lovely experience

Great experience and for fast food it’s excellent! Love the chicken burger and doughnuts. Get the Apple fritter thank me later. Definitely be a regular here

Poor customer service. Left standing at the counter for 7 mins without even so much as an acknowledgment whilst 4 staff walked up and down past me. Will absolutely not return

Second in the que 4 people serving yet I waited 30 minutes and ended up then ordering my own on the computer thing. We spent £37 for two adults and two kids and we didn't all get food. I'd have preferred a sit down restaurant for that price, unfortunately choices are limited in bishopbriggs. Poor service, poor food. Wouldn't recommend or go back.

The original blend coffee (with a cream and sugar) was good and paired well with the timbits. Loved the cinnamon flavour the most. Prices are very competitive. And above all, great customer service from Brian. :)

Management and staff should be ashamed. Left myself and my 8 and a half month pregnant girlfriend standing close to 10 months at the front of the queue to then tell us "I can't serve you just wait more"

Paid £19.41 for 2 breakfast wrap meals and children's burgers. Took a long time, food was cold and staff seemed disorganised and harassed. People next to us had the same issue with their food, took it back and waited 30 minutes for fresh food. Looks like a lovely place, but sadly the quality of the food and service does not match. Asked to clear our own tables which is absolutely fine, but there was no antibacterial wash anywhere... Sadly over priced for what you receive and won't be returning. People next to us got told that there were too many orders to deal with ie just eat taking over while people in store get dumped. Oh, and the lattice chips... I had 4 in my box!!

Tried to order uber eats from there 2 times and went through several drivers that left because it wasn't ready yet. Was "preparing my order" for over an hour and a half both times. Never arrived. Never again.

Coffee was good but I had a eggshell in my wrap.

Typical fast food joint with nothing special to write about. The infamous donuts were dry and tasteless. Coffee was ok. Burgers look warm at best. Strawberry milk shake was nicely chilled but eating chunks of ice isn't so great.
