Had breakfast here this morning... Not a queue to wait in and was served really fast, was asked to do track and trace and social distancing and masks were in place. Order brought to my table... hot chocolate was warm and tasted very sweet. Hash brown was hot and tasted nice, sausage muffin... looked like it had been thrown together but tasted OK and was warm.... this was the £1.99 breakfast meal deal... Place seem clean and the staff friendly.. would visit again.

Mon 13/6 Absolutely horrendous customer service received today. The hostility I was subjected to by the argumentative 'shift manager' was appauling and undeserved. I've never been made to feel like this in my life. I work in hospitality and if anyone I work with made a customer feel the way I was made to feel today I would be ashamed. I ended up driving 100m along the road to Starbucks and the service there as always was fantastic. I think customer service training is required as a matter of urgency in your branch. And I would like contacted asap to look at this situation in more detail to ensure no other customer is subjected to this treatment.

Granted it was 11am on 26th December but it took 30 minutes for my order to arrive. Maybe they were short staffed but my goodness.......30 mind for a order costing only £9 is shocking. I will be back at some stage but management need to look at that.

GOOD STANDARD GOOD PRICE I always enjoy my visits here. From the well designed layout, very friendly staff to the delicious offerings, which are very reasonably priced. It even offers a laid-back vibe. It's always a sound go-to when in Paisley.

I think the thing with tim hortons is that they are actually good. The foods are hot and somehow are getting better than macdonalds. The pricing is good, and the coffee is far superior to other fast food style establishments. The atmosphere is nice. The quality of the furnishings is Hilton hotel quality. Some ones put thought into the design and lay out. On top of that, they have real cups, which just bring it close to Costa and coffee shops like those but with a genuinely good fast food twist. Wr need, in my opinion, more of these establishments around the United Kingdom.

Great for chilling a coffee etc

Surprised by the menu, they sell burgers. I thought it was a coffee and Donuts place. Quite late when I was there so not busy. Server was very nice and helpful. More expensive than McDonald's but still OK price wise. Drive though was a little slower than I'm used to but still OK. Will use again

Disappointing. Was in with my dad for coffee. Advertising vegan savoury but sweet treats.

Staff weren't able to manage the stock properly, so I pointed out which doughnut I wanted, paid for it, but by the time my drink was ready they said it was out of stock since they just sold it to somebody BEHIND me in the queue! Was told I'd have to wait another 8 to 10 minutes before I could get another one.

Great service, great choice and happily still have the moving mountains burgers !

Just been for a bite to eat, been many times but first for food. Food was excellent and service from Carrie was great, very welcoming and polite.

I constantly go in save my stamps for drinks they make it to your prefrance free wifi an dont bother u as u watch the world go by food is excellent

Ordered a mocha and black coffee in a quiet shop with nobody in front of me at the till when I walked in. Waited between 10 and 15 minutes on my drinks. Coffee was pretty nice and flavourful.

Great value and service. They got my order wrong, but the young lady personally made the correct order up immediately when I returned, even though they were really busy! Food and coffee are very nice too!

Very incompetent company. Called them multiples to discuss my allergy for my hot drink for an order placed through Deliveroo. Called them multiple times, one of the times they picked up but didn’t respond. And then when hung up to call back hoping someone would pick up, they switched their phone off. So had a useless drink delivered that I couldn’t amend on Deliveroo, and Tim Horton’s didn’t reps mind or answer their phone. Very bad practice and standards.

Great place for coffee and a great selection of donuts!! The seating area is really nice and comfy. Have used the drive through also and it's good too.

Paisley Timmy’s is the best around, way better than the Glasgow one! Always use the self service machines, easy to use. Staff are friendly & polite, Luke is alway on when I’m in, lovely guy always polite & friendly. I love the breakfast wraps, Nutella pancakes, & a large dark roast! Order is always served promptly, any problems with your order the staff alway help sort. I try make a visit every Sunday if possible 🤤🤤🍩☕️🍩

4 stars because it's fast food. But as fast food goes, theirs is 5-star. And their French vanilla iced latte was probably the best coffee I've had from a chain. Any chain. See for yourself!

I love their coffee but only a selected donuts that I like to eat. Absolutely love their breakfast deals Tried the lunch but didn't really like it, didn't like the burger. It is not for my taste but someone else might like them. I love that they have cheap meal options. But overall their coffee is to die for. Best ones so far.

The staff working here were just fantastic! £1 donuts with our coffees. Staff kindly didn't complain when I lit a cake for my sisters birthday and almost set the alarm off! Very freindly and approachable staff! Great customer service! Latte was fab as always.

Today morning I came to try how it is but the staff working in driveway is very rude when reached to that first of all he asked 1 pound I said it’s ok but why I should pay I came just to try new item ok but when I was ordering the drink he didn’t ask any choice and he straight way he given me his choice of drink and he said to go I couldn’t understand what he thinks about customers we don’t have any choice or what ? Came here for a snack after a heavy morning's shopping. Being gluten intolerant there wasn't much for me to eat , however the staff went out of their way to make sure I had something yummy. Excellent customer service, especially from Dilly.

Took advantage of a pound breakfast deal with any drink . First thing I noticed all drinks increased in price since my last visit . So it was actually 4.79 for my meal . Also was charged extra for some whipped cream . My pancakes came with no syrup so was just two microwaved pancakes. What an awful experience never again !

It's always lovely to stop and get a taste of home in the UK. This shop was lovely, clean and welcoming. They were crazy busy when we were there so we had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. The staff were friendly and social distancing and civic safety was being practised. I would recommend. Can't wait for a few more locations to open up further south.

I'm not usually a cafe / coffee fan. I'm a pub dweller. However, I enjoyed my visit to Hortons. Big spacious building. Plenty of time to relax. No attempt to drive me out of the premises ( because of space restrictions I find I get "shoo-ed" out of small cafes). Coffee was acceptable but not great. No big deal to me, others will be different. It was the general experience, ambience, space, relaxation etc I enjoyed. Helpful staff member deserves a mention too.

Happy branch of the famous chain. Clean, friendly, efficient, cozy shelter from the rain - but decent layout means no sense of being too crowded. High chairs. Comfy seats to breastfeed in.

I love popping into Tim Horton's for a cheeky wee chicken and bacon wrap when I'm passing and hungry. The service is always really speedy and the food tastes really good. It's definitely my favourite chain of fast food type places.

Drive-thru always offers quick service. Drinks are good value compared to the other two well known coffee places!

Actually sick of this place. If the order isn't wrong its comes as a half empty large cup. Not honestly worth the wait or the hassle anymore! And to top it off there's no phone number to complain when something's wrong....how is that for customer service?

Quick service and the food is always really tasty. They give good food portions for the price. I especially love the frozen lemonade!

Very cozy place with helpful and warm staff. I wasn’t sure what to get the first time I walked in, but a really lovely employee at the till assisted me in my decision. The drinks and food is tasty and I had a delightful time there. Its only been open for 3 days and I’ve already been there twice. You get a full Canadian experience :)

Excellent coffee and had a chargrilled chicken wrap with salad. Didn't have to wait very long to be served. The wrap was excellent I had it with sweet chilli sauce. Plenty of chicken in it. Will go again. Music is not too loud either.

Nothing special! If you are early out on the road and need quick breakfast this is a place to go. It has sit in and drive in options.

Not even open a year and the standards have slipped to unacceptable levels. Get a feeling half the staff don't even drink or like coffee.

First visit quick service through the Drive through. Ordered 2 meals....grilled cheese & chicken tender with potato wedges. Staff gave plenty of ketchup which is a nice change. Also picked an order of 6 doughnuta randomly but I think i prefer the timbits instead.

Terrible customer service, meal came completely wrong - despite asking for no sauce 4 times at least my meal still came with sauce. I returned to say the meal was wrong, explaining the situation - I was greeted with: ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ - a lesson in customer service would not go amiss. If this is how busy your Tim Hortons is with customer service comparable to 0/10 I’m suddenly inspired to have my own franchise. Unbelievable customer service, really cannot even compute how they dealt with me. Speaking to someone through the drive through who was then relaying messages to the manager Nicole and returning shortly after, obviously the manager is far too busy and important to come try and resolve the issue. An absolute joke.

Order came with items missing , didn’t realise till driver was away. Also paid for a medium coffee and they gave me a small. Muffins were cold. Won’t use again.
