Having lived in Amsterdam in the past it was a blessing to me walking into this bar from my hotel. The staff really wanted me to enjoy and I loved it.

The dam bacon cheese burger is delicious. Also the cauliflower wings and the sweet potato fries (needed a bigger portion of those!!) Love the atmosphere and service is quick and friendly. Top class for drinks and tasty burgers.

The old Brunswick hotel bar is renamed. Still as good.

Staff very friendly and prices for city centre very good, great atmosphere, definitely recommend.

Guess it’s my local. Friendly bar staff, reasonable prices and it's dog friendly. Always sit outside, but looks pretty civilised inside as well. Please get some patio heaters for the winter ?? (bad for the environment I get it ?).

Love this place. Dog friendly, good brunch & coffee and a nice spot for drinks too. The staff were great with my wee dog, she got her own brunch - a wee bowl of milk and a sausage. Happy customer & dog. Cheers guys!

One of the best spots in Glasgow for sure. In 'The Dam' there's amazing food (burgers, fried chicken and loaded fries etc) and great drinks. And if you're feeling bold then head down to 'The Absent Ear' below where a world of amazing cocktails and experiences awaits! Bloody love it here!

The atmosphere and ambience in the Absent Ear was good and the service great, but sadly the cocktails were not up to par and overpriced for what they were. Fun for a one off visit.

Booking was for a Disco Brunch - Amazing and will be looking out for offer again. Was slightly hungover, but felt relaxed and comfortable straight away. The cocktails are fantastic and my new favourite is a Bloody Mary, delicious 😋 and after my first one, no more hangover. Great atmosphere, music and live saxophonists was superb. I had poached eggs, salmon on sourdough and Adrian had pancakes, bacon with maple syrup, food is perfect for a brunch.

Third visit to this gem Bar. Great ambience, huge selection on spirits and beers. Pretty good selection of fresh German draught lagers. Very efficient kitchen. Absolutely delicious chips and meltingly good burgers. The best, tender and full of flavour burger I've had in ten years. Highly recommended. Very accommodating stuff which goes extra mile. Defo place to visit in Glasgow City Centre.

Busy bar in Brunswick Street. German beer on tap and an outdoor seating area. Food is available but I just stopped by for a drink. Well worth a visit.

An afternoon burger and beer with my young son after the veu cinema. Burger was spot on, made fresh and tasted nice and beefy. Was quite as it was mid week lunch time but I will be back with my friends at evening as it looks a nice place to go. Thank you

Quickly becoming my new regular place to meet people. Was always a big fan of Brunswick bar and the new people have done the place proud. Staff are a1 and some of the friendliest I've seen in the city centre. Good beers, nice selection of spirits. Only issue is no absinthe. Can you please get that stocked sometime soon? Do wish I was in actual Amsterdam when in there....

This place is brilliant! The staff are all amazing and the food is top class! The veggie burgers are the best in Glasgow by far and if you order a latte, make sure Owen makes it for you as he makes one hell of a latte!!! The Dam should be top of anyone's list of places to go for food and drink in Glasgow!
