Disgraceful customer service, uninvited atmosphere. As a loyal customer I feel as I will NOT be returning to this establishment as I’ve discriminated because of my age. I made to check the admissions policy where it states “Under 18's are also only allowed in our premises after 8pm with a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian.” When we got abruptly confronted by 2 intimidating members of staff who told us the policy states that it is actually 6pm. I will NOT be returning.

Brought my nephew here today for his 7th birthday. I’ve not been here for quite a few years, but it has really upped its game since last visited. It is quite pricey to bowl, but the food was good and inexpensive. The arcade games are £1 and there are some right cracking games, that zombie one with the jump scares and wind machines will give me nightmares tonight 😂 the VR roller coaster was £6 for 2 players and was incredible! Staff where all great, can’t wait to come back with the wife for a date night… only lost one star because the change machine’s get turned off at 9pm even that’s open till 10pm, you lost out on me spending another £10 minimum on arcade games!

The place is very clean and tidy. Not a speck of litter or dust. If you wear trainers, you don't need to change to bowling shoes which is great. We booked online and opted for 2 games and bought drinks for when we arrived. We got it cheaper as both of us has disabilities. The lady didn't check our entitlement but I would say just photograph your award letter anyway just in case different staff do check. You go to the bar with the drinks voucher you receive at the check in. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The lanes are all set up with your names already (if you book online) the amusements are a decent size with claw machines, arcade machines amongst others. Not sure on food prices as we didn't eat here. Theres offers on if you check the website. Would recommend for good family or friendship fun.

Great choice of bowling balls compared to other bowling companies, plenty of specific sizes so you are not running around looking for the right weight and size of bowling ball. Lots of amusements and four pool tables.

Somehow the toilets were even worse than the last time I was here. It's like entering another dimension from the main room where everything reeks of pish. I don't know if they soaked every tile for a few years in buckets of concentrated urine before laying them. The strength of the smell is almost impressive.

A really think it's pathetic you Rob family's,trying to have some fun with their children. OK you have the games that pay out in tokens. Cool but what you trade the tokens for is nasty, it is blatant robbery 30 tokens for a tiny pack of gums and the 30 tokens cost 10 quid.

I would give 5* but most machines doesn't work, they take money and you can't play or don't give tickets or still give money back. We asked personnel for our money stack in the machines, lady said soon someone sort that out but no one never came and no one been bothered our money. Anyway bowling was big fun.

Great night! We went here before the cinema and didn't want to leave, we ended up being 15 minutes late to the movie and we were only walking distance from the cinema.

Oooooh we liked this! But we weren't bowling. In to play games after the cinema. The selection of games is cool. I got the top score on the Nerf game 😎 Staff where really helpful

Came here last summer with my boyfriend and his brother and sister for a day out. Arcade was brilliant. Quite cheap for a game of pool which my boyfriend and his brother enjoyed. We didn't have time for a game of bowling, unfortunately. Staff are polite and helpful. Lost a star due to drinks at the restaurant being quite pricey.

Absolutely amazing date night with my partner! The staff were rushed off their feet as it was busy for a Tuesday but they all done an amazing job! Nicole was brilliant and made amazing cocktails and was such a nice person to talk to! 5 star all round, definitely will be back!!

We went to a friend's birthday party at Hollywood bowl for sons 7th birthday. The attitude of the staff member doing her party host was stand offish and unhelpful to say least especially for a kids party. The service was slow, food was average and the lack of organisation was ridiculous. The venue itself ans facilities are good the kids had great time however the customer service and attention to detail is non existent.

Nice place, very clean, nice food, great bar (Budweiser and Coors light on draft yummy) great staff very friendly and helpful, good atmosphere, good night out.

Great for a big kids and small, you will find something to do there for everyone.

I love to hit the arcades but they took away the pirates game.

I loved coming here as a child for birthday parties and school trips. It's fun for all ages. One of the best places to go bowling.

Staff are so helpful, made. My little 5 year old Grandsons birthday a little extra special.

Cool place visited with my wife been in coatbridge 22yrs but still doesn't sell chardonnay wine so we will not be back all other wines but no chardonnay why ? My wife is 70 and I'm 65 the place is 20mins walk we enjoyed the Air hockey game but might have stayed longer for something to eat would have been different from KFC&McDonald's also the Barrbridge

Changed a lot since I was last in years ago. Lanes are quite packed in so not much room around the bench. Lanes aren't level, balls all rolled off to the one side

Great place to go with family and friends! It is great how you can take a photo of each person for their turn and how you can see who is 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I rated 4 stars because it is not the cleanest and I think they can improve on that. More or less, great place to go with family and friends for a fun time away from home!

Expensive at nearly £7 per person per game. Lovely and clean. Coffee didn't have alternative milk for me. Toilets spotless and had been done up since my last visit which was pre covid

Recently had a refurb with plenty of new ticket games for the kids, although you would need to spend the mortgage to get enough for anything decent, bar and food area looks good. Food menu is a little basic

A good morning out with the kids. Busier than I was expecting but it was a bank holiday. Quickly served, a free gift for the kids when Ellie appeared with a box of goodies, and some best scores for me + the youngest 😁 Note to self - pre book online to save a few quid, slightly more expensive to drop in on the day.

I had booked Hollywood Bowl for a birthday day out. Everything was booked online so we were told which lane to go to as soon as we arrived. Its well set up and also has fun arcade games and pool tables for before or after bowling. I did find it quite expensive as I paid nearly £40 for 3 games which were done in under an hour, and I think that was with it being cheaper because I had prebooked. I'd still return, though, as it was a fun afternoon.

Visited in July 2023, nice big free car park, the staff were friendly but the actual cost of the bowling is slightly expensive

Enjoyed a family day out here when the summer weather was poor. Not cheap for a family of 5, but everyone had fun. Staff worked hard to clean areas despite being busy. The food was OK, although a few things not available on the menu. The nachos had barely any cheese on them and the dips were dolloped in the centre rather than spread over the crisps (we ordered more than one, so it wasn't just a one-off). The chips were OK but cheap ketchup made them not great.

Brought my 5 year old girl here on Friday spent a few hours in the place and it was done bowling had some food which was nicer than I expected apart from the mac n cheese didn't taste cheesey at all and dsnt come with anyhin on the side unless you order separate, lady at reception was really nice hadnt received survey to review so come here, woman at cafe who served us a few times and brought food out to us a couple a times was really nice and friendly kirsty I think her badge said had a laugh at the counter brought out our food and deserts gave Jess my girl a sticker and had a wee laugh and kiddie chat with her excited tae come back again another day games where brilliant in the place we had a blast racing each other, great place for some bonding time

Not so good lots of hold ups with lane then got asked to leave after playing one game booked 2 then said could play other game but we got rushed. Was there for daughter's 11 birthday with friends booked VIP treated like absolute P##H Poor show Hollywood bowl??

I was here recently and it was the most fun I have had bowling in ages. It was so.clean and tidy and every single member of staff i came into contact with was very helpful. The person that stood out to me the most was the guy behind the bar i am sure his name was Dylan. He could not do enough to help you and was just such a delight to speak to and I believe is an asset to the company.

The better of the 2 Hollywood bowls in Glasgow, the staff here have a lot more time for you I visit frequently during the week with a concession and Lisa and Jordan are always very helpful and up for a chat, Christine is also a delight and very helpful
