Terrible customer service from Lyndsay and Debbie. Tried to return a laptop we bought a week ago from online and were basically treated like children and spoken down to about how they don't 'need' to do anything. We looked back as we were leaving and we left the store and saw them rolling their eyes and laughing. I'm sort of glad because we'll know to never shop at argos again, and we sold it online and made a profit the same night so it was a bit of luck that they were so adamant they didn't need to assist us.

Very poor customer service... They didn't want to take faulty item back (after online customer service advise to bring it to the store). I had to go to East Kilbride store and they manage to sort my refund.

Buy elsewhere if you're in a hurry. There were more staff than customers, but was left waiting around like a lemon for ages until I eventually walked out and cancelled the order online. Went to b&q instead.

I prefer this Hamilton Argos store to the Motherwell Argos store,as it has more space.As always,the staff are friendly and helpful!

Firestick broke in our room and rushed to buy on from argos to collect right away. Ordered and paid the 50 pound and got the text to say the item was ready . My husband went down and was told they close at 8 even though online and the website says they are open to 8 . He was there at 19.30 and now we have paid for it and no firestick until tomorrow . Update ur website or sort the opening times

Very poor customer service and the management have no people skills at all, think they know better than you. Very disappointing. What joke of a place

it's a small shop so you can be on and out quickly staff are lovely. my only bugbear is it's double lines outside so need to be careful when picking up big items for parking but again staff will assist you to car if needed

Good choice of shops with plenty of parking once you get passed the desbaradoes queuing for either a cup of coffee from Starbucks or a big mac from miccydees

Service is generally quick and friendly staff

Me and my wife love coming to Argos to buy our household goods the only bad thing is they got rid of the catalogue which we miss so does alot of other people too
