This place is the worst pizza place in Philly I ever had... Pizza was too dry and the crust was just no flavor; chicken wings were also super dry! The front desk person was rude as well. Really not worth your money to even try out this place. The only think I like about here was their interior design, which made me to choose this place to try their food, but I immediately regret my choice! Don't get fooled by their fancy looking wood fire oven to bake their pizza!

Great ambience (went during world series of baseball, local team is crushing it!), very meh food, pricey for what it is. Service was super friendly and consciencious. The tiramisu was super sugary, with caramel. Why?!? No one knows. My friend took the lobster salad, and she’s thinks there may have been a bit of lobster in there, but it’s unconfirmed as of this day. The buffala plate was awesome, so go with that!

The staff was really nice. Not too busy on a week day for lunch. The cheesesteak pizza was really decadent and a bit floppy. Would try again with a different pizza selection.

Absolutely loved it! The place is very big, very clean and cozy and very well decorated! They have plenty of seating outside and inside! The menu had plenty of choices for the whole family, plenty of vegetarian options and surprisingly prices are very reasonable! The food was absolutely delicious, we ordered Eggplant, Pasta, couple of pizzas, everything was just amazing! Our server was Sergio, and he was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this food was especially awful. Eggplant Parmesan was a giant wad of eggplant (four layers) with a thin soggy crust wrapped around it. Salmon was bland and more dried out than the sun dried tomatoes. Potato wedges with the salmon were swimming in sauce and unsurprisingly soggy. Felt like I was in a Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares video. Would avoid at all costs

The service was nice but the food needed more spice .the only thing I loved was the seafood fra diavolo. Everything else was missing something. The drinks was good but weak. I am kinda disappointed cause I am not picky but I just need to added a few spices to every dish for the meal to be not bland. Beautiful restaurants with nice staff tho.

Weeknight dinner; ordered calamari, lasagne and a chicken parmesan sandwich. Waiter was quite friendly and engaged but let down by erratic service from the bar and kitchen. It took 10 minutes to get beverages, and another 10 minutes between arrival of the mains (lasagna and chicken sandwich). Food was underwhelming. Calamari weren’t freshly cooked, tasted like they were microwaved. Chicken sandwich was dry with minimal tomato sauce or cheese, again tasted like it had been left in the oven or microwave. However the lasagna was solid, a little watery but tasty and hot. Pricing isn’t outrageous and the free garage parking is a huge benefit. I think the kitchen may have been having an off day but there’re phoning it in on the cooking.

Delicious food! We got the gnocchi and chicken bacon ranch pizza. Both had fantastic flavor, I think we just expected a bit more food with the higher price. But it really is good food for being in a central tourist area. Worth a try.

I ordered an eggplant Parm and it was terrible. It was not cooked. The pasta sauce was disgusting. I called to tell them this and their resolution was to remake the order. I told them I did not want to come back. For the same entree that was probably going to be the same result. This location is a disappointment

I am not a fan of Italian food in general but this was AMAZING!! I had the meatball trio and the Lascala Fries — the meatballs are HUGE & yummy and those fries are to die for!! I also had the Seafood Fra Diavolo for my entree— magnificent! I was stuffed by the time dessert came around, but I’m so glad I didn’t skip the bread pudding!!

Another restaurant week stop. Delicious amazing Italian cuisine. The calamari was crisp, the clams melted in your mouth, and the pasta dishes and chicken had amazing gravies. Coming from a Sicilian house hold, I hold a pretty high standard for sauces and gravies and LaScala’s did an excellent job with them. Put it this way, when I was done I still had sauce left over, I took it home. Their desserts were exquisite and that tiramisu was just the right level of moist.

Food was very tasty. Huge dish for a good price. I had the chicken Alfredo with a Blush sauce. Tried the traditional Philly steak egg rolls, they were all delicious. I warn not to eat before you come, it is very filling! Makes you sleepy! Was not too busy on Sunday.

Get there early for a bar top if you want happy hour. We had an amazing server and the food, equally as good. Can't go wrong if you're looking for casual Italian.

We enjoyed our food quite a bit and would like to return here before we leave Philly. We ordered a fig/prosciutto pizza and calamari appetizer. Both delicious. A lot of cheese, like a lot, was on the pizza. But aside from that everything was delicious.

For a hearty Italian dinner look no further. Enough on the plates to easily stuff someone to the gills full of food. Servers are kind, prices reasonable and location within walking distance of museums and other attractions

I got my order to go. It was a basic 4 cheese pizza. It's very impressed with the service. Very sweet young lady took my order. The pizza was so chewy. It took me felt like an hour to get one piece down because of the chewiness of it. The flavor was not too bad it was just not done through-and-through.

Too. Much. Ricotta. I am especially iffy about Italian American restaurants because there is too much cheese or ricotta and this is one of those instances. The meatballs could have used more love and flavor (more salt and garlic please). I don’t wanna invest a ball of meat. Give me worth biting into. The service was at least really good. Though I will not be going back.

Group of six, We had lunch prior to a show at Walnut Street Theater. Very convenient location and free parking at multi story public parking garage above the restaurant, make sure to ask for parking validation. Drinks, starters, entrees, and dessert were all excellent. Food was awesome and portions were on the "almost to much to eat" side. Atmosphere is casual but upscale and prices were very fair. Our waitress, Olivia, was fantastic. Attentive but not hovering and had plenty of help when needed. If you need a place for dinner or lunch down around Independence Hall, Jewelers Row, or Theater... This is a great place!

Tasty food. Host was accommodating and sat us without reservation. Our server was knowledgeable and helped us choose some pies. Would like to come here again to try some more food. Worth a try !

Dinner was amazing! The Ricotta board is something I will be craving all the time. We had a group of 4 and everyone was very happy with their meals.

This is place so great. More space for dine in, there is bar inside, so many delicious food on their menu. Food was amazingly delicious, best place to recommend for a good dinner in the middle of Philly.

Had the best lunch!! Susi was the bartender, but also my server, away from the bar. She was awesome! Gave great recommendations for wine and food. I had the caprese to start. The Truffle mushroom pizza, and the tiramisu. Can I just say wow. Not only were the portions so worth the price, the food was amazing to eat. This was the best tiramisu I've ever had. Susi was also awesome and told me of some great places to visit on my trip. Truly enjoyed the Mütter museum, thank you! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would have. Thank you! (This is only half the pizza).

We had a wonderful dinner at LaScala Fire. We were a party of five, & we were able to be seated right away. Our server gave great suggestions to our friends, who were visiting from out of town. There wasn't a long wait for our food, & it was served hot. LaScala Fire is a great place for a quick bite, a drink, & an impromptu night out with friends.

First time here was for dinner on Friday night, had such a great experience we came back for lunch on Sunday! This time our server was Paige and she was such a delight. Very attentive and timely, really appreciated her service. LaScala’s Fire is a new family favorite!

The food is always great when I come here. Paige served me. She was exceptional. Not a single complaint. I highly recommend this place.

My fiance and I had dinner here last night and will definitely be returning! Our server, Olivia, was polite and attentive. Thanks girl! We had the Tuscan wings which were delicious & HUGE. We each ordered our own pie. I had the veggie which is shown below & my husband had the cheese steak. We both really enjoyed them. The sauce was very fresh tasting and the mozzarella they use is great! The only (very small) disappointment was the pizza could have been left in a little longer but that's just my personal preference. Cocktails were great too! I regret not ordering dessert.

Lovely interior decor. Nice large bar with great happy hour. We had group of 10 at the bar and our bartender Frank was great. Took great care of us during a busy happy hour making my sure we got drinks and food as quick as possible as we had an evening concert at the Morris Hotel at 6. Thanks again Frank for the great service. We'll be back

Two visits already. That says a lot. First visit on New years Eve. Didn’t have the the entrees but the appetizers were really good. The sweet spicy chicken wings and the Brussels in balsamic. So had to give a second visit for the wood fire pizza. Second visit with the above mentioned app and the truffle fries (were ok). The pizza was much much better than I imagined .

Solid place for a good meal- lunch or dinner. Cheesesteak egg rolls in wiz was a neat touch. Cheese tortellini stole the show and tiramisu desert were our favorite today.

Amazing food!! The wait was long but very worthwhile. My family thought it was the best food we have had in Philly and it wasn't super pricey! Would love to go back! We had pepperoni Stromboli, chicken parm, grilled salmon, and baked lasagna
