We ordered 2 of the salads. The one with Strawberry had small flies inside the salad; very disturbing. The Southwestern Salad was served without the tortilla chips so I had to go back for them. Previously when I ordered the SW Salad, it came with fried chicken. This time, it was grilled...I prefer the fried and I was never asked. There are not many times when Chick Fila disappoints us, but this was one.

I used to swear by this location. But lately we have had nothing but problems. The size of the nuggets is like half of what it used to be. We ordered the other day and when my daughter opened her 12 ct nugget , it only had 9 in there and a few were barely more than crumbs. I called and they did replace it but when I went back to get the replacement, I ordered a large fries and it was only about half full. I got about what you get in a small. The prices went up and the amount of food you get and the quality has gone way down. We will be going to the Mantua location from now on.

This store is above & beyond Never had a bad experience here and have been here more times than I can count. I have learned that just because the Berlin store is closer, does not make it worth it. That store is terrible, they over cook & salt everything. So, i drive a few miles out of my way to come to this far superior location! Thanks for caring enough to do a stellar job!

What is Chick-fil-A’s go? This one normally has the best service I found the staff is extremely friendly. Not that I’ve ever had a problem at Chick-fil-A. I have noticed the sandwiches are starting to get smaller and smaller but on all it is still a very good chicken sandwich only $10 for meal so if you’re hungry for a chicken sandwich with pickles on it stop by there worth a stop just don’t be in a rush.

This was a busy location off the black horse pike. I had a mobile order and when arrived there was a construction crew working around the parking lot and drive thru. At the drive through as I was up to the person confirming my order they stopped the line and shut down the kitchen. Short staffed and could not fulfill orders. We waited a little over 20 minutes until our order was confirmed. There were 15 cars behind in both lanes waiting. Order was correct but forgot utensils for the ice cream and no straws.

Employees were extremely suspicious and weird acting. For instance, one strolled passed my vehicle just looking in with my food, I asked was it for me and got no response. Also after paying 13.25 , the cashier took 10 mins to give me my change because he locked the register because he didn’t know I needed change from my 20$ and had to use a managers key . My first time in this particular area but all employees seemed bias and unprofessional. Not to mention I failed to hear the famous “my pleasure” , Food was okay on the upside!

Food is good. Service is better now that they have 2 lanes on Crosskeys and separate lane for app orders. App order was discouraging me from coming because they were letting them go in front of everyone. Good for them to create new ways for delivering and hiring people to handle overflow.

I mean, it's a Chick-fil-A. Food was normal, service was nice, we ate inside and it was very clean.

Honestly disappointed with my experience at this location because they can’t seem to make a sandwich without butter on the bun. When I had gotten my first sandwich it was the usual amt of butter, so I went in to ask if I could have it remade. I usually don’t do this but it’s the second time it’s happened here and I wanted to enjoy my sandwich. They took another 15 mins to remake the sandwich, and I had no problem waiting, except for the oil on the bun from this sandwich. To save the time I just wrapped it in napkins on my ride home to try and absorb whatever oils were on the bun. I’m no good expert so I can’t say for certain it’s butter but I just know at all other locations i’ve been to I get served a dry bun when I ask for no butter. The staff was very nice when I explained the situation but overall i shouldn’t have oily buttery fingers from my bun while typing this review :(

A little detail when you're at the back of the Chick-fil-A line please do not make the milkshakes 20 minutes before I get up to the window I really really hate that for the price you pay you should have a full milkshake I mentioned it to the kid at the window he said he would make another one but it's not the point I already waited 20 minutes why would you make it so far in advance you always do I know why but milkshakes no...

Well managed Chick-fil-A with very friendly and customer oriented associates. Great food, great service, friendly associates, you can't go wrong! Enjoy your food and a great experience!

They are supposed to give a military discount. And they told us they don't do that. The other Chick-fil-A's do. They are greedy and a awful place to go.

any time i go here in person it is good, the drive through moves faster than most other chick-fil-a's, my only beef is several times when ordering grubhub they left out my sauces completely, not sure if thats a grubhub issue or their own, I did call before the 4th time ordering via GH and asked them to make sure the sauces were in there this time and for extra, which they complied with, so they made it right.

Great service! The staff is always very kind and accommodating! This was my favorite stop during my pregnancy lol

This location was way too crowded for my liking but not a surprise considering the staff was very efficient and friends and the food was best I've had at a Chick-fil-A! The prices weren't too bad either bc I've noticed how many fast food restaurants have been price gouging lately #cantaffordsubway (presumably bc the pandemic has ended) so while this was more expensive than a two-person dinner at McDonald's or BK? It was nevertheless still affordable and costs less than I was expecting! The most notable compliment i will give was how quickly our food was prepared and ready (after paying I was still over on the side picking out straws, condiments, and salt/pepper packets when they called my name to come forth and get my bag of food!) Needless to say we took our meals to go - not only bc the inside dining area was so loud and busy but also bc it was getting late (placed order at approximately 830pm). All in all a very enjoyable experience and will def be eating there again in near future!

Even with all of the construction and cold weather, Audrey was super helpful and kind as I asked her to review some menu items with me.

This location is very well maintained and kept clean inside of the eating area, bathrooms, and even the parking area. We ordered two orders of four Chick-Fil-A Chick-N-Strips tenderloins and an order of Chick-Fil-A Potato Waffle Fries. The food was very fresh, tasty, and not salty at all. All of the staff was very pleasant and friendly.
