The manager of this place is highly unprofessional. They mixed up my fiancés order and put the wrong sauce due to which the owner stated was due to the “negligence of our new waitress” and instead of offering a refund of our 80$ order of king crabs, mussels and clams or starting fresh, she rinsed the sauce off with water and added the correct sauce over top which left us with a salty, inedible order which is nonetheless, extremely unhygienic. When confronted about rinsing off the food with water she offered to give a “combo B on the house” next time which is not even half the cost of what we paid instead of redoing the order entirely. After declining and asking for a refund the owner stated “We’re really sorry, we can’t refund the full amount. You know king crab is very expensive. How about I give you half a gift card instead?” So not only did they admit to their employee being at fault, they also refuse to amend their mistakes by offering a refund. Extremely disappointed about how they run their business and treat loyal customers. Will no longer be frequenting this place as this is not how you handle a business. Very wrong to hold customers accountable for the mistakes of your employees.

My family loved their seafood! The food was flavorful. I’m the only one who doesn’t like seafood so I was glad when they had chicken options. Regular and sweet potato fries were delicious, fresh & crispy. We will definitely be back!

Update went on 4/29/23 All I can say is the food was so good and we enjoyed our experience again. Definitely a must try🙂 Got Perfect crab for our Christmas dinner and let me tell you...is did not disappoint. Seafood was perfect. When we went to pick up our order even the establishment was nice it was clean floors were clean customer service was top notch. And when we got home the food was just wonderful couldn't ask for a better Christmas dinner. I highly recommend.

My wife and I loved this place. We ordered some hush puppies, and a couple crab pot combos with cajun and house seasoning (spicy level) and it was all superb. The crab pots come in a self contained plastic steam bags with tons of sauce, vegetables, and shrimp. Everything was steamed perfectly, and very very saucy (the seasoning mixed with the butter and steam in the bag) which made every bite (crab, corn, potato, shrimp, or broccoli) a treat. I never usually eat all the potatoes and corn in a crab pot, but in this case it was just too good especially with the seasoning. Speaking of seasoning - they have several varieties, with different heat levels and multiple crab pot combos - so there are plenty of options. My wife couldn't stop talking about how amazing the house seasoning was ... it was pretty special and different. They provide plastic gloves, and "bib" to reduce the mess (I expect a bib, but the gloves were a nice detail). The liquor store is next door - so its easy to get some wine or beer to enjoy with the meal. We are huge crab fans, and have been to many places from small seafood joints, to chains, but this was one of best we've had. We highly recommend this place.

I purchased the pot boil with crab legs and shrimp in the Old bay garlic butter sauce for take out. Absolutely delicious!!!! I will definitely purchase again.

Excellent service and the food was great! I had the catfish basket with cajun fries. My brother had the scallop basket with sweet potato fries. The fish was moist, tender, and cooked to perfection. They give very generous portions. I highly recommend this establishment. The location is about 800 feet off ACE exit 41. And the prices are good!👍

It was Friday and I wanted me some crabs! I called and ordered ahead, they had my order ready in 15 minutes! They were out of stock on the blue crabs but I got 1 lb Dungeness, 1 lb snow crab legs and 1 pound HEAD ON shrimp. The total came to $87 and it was WORTH IT!!! Everyone was very nice and it was delicious, if a tad on the salty side. I am more sensitive than most to salt. I think they need more lemons and garlic in their Perfect Cajun Sauce for sure. I ordered HOT and the sauce was not hot at all. Very mild. If I had dined in, I would have asked for more hot sauce for sure. There is no way mild can be that flavorful here so if you are spice sensitive, AT LEAST go with medium!!! Next time I will order fire because the only spice I tasted was black pepper. You always know if a place is good if the crab legs peel easy and these sure do. I was so happy with the portion size, I will definitely order again. The shrimp HEAD ON were meaty and juicy, they were so thick and sweet. It reminded me of lobster. Next time I will ask for more lemons in the bag and add broccoli or hard boiled eggs. The people here are SO nice. TIP THEM CASH!!!

The food here is good. I usually get the combo meals, they are a little pricey but the amount of food and their preparation is decent. If you like seafood, I would definitely recommend to try. The inside seems clean, and is family style. The people are friendly and non problematic.

Delicious crabs and they have the best fried okra. Great customer service. Reasonable prices and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend going here if you love seafood. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💖
