I went to the same nail guy for over 10 years, and if he moved, I followed him- he understood how picky I am but was the best. He finally moved too far away and after 10 years of having pink and white acrylics- I removed the overlays to reveal weak, brittle nails. I was so scared to go somewhere, to someone new-who would think I ask for perfection with all my standards and being so picky, that I would scare her with all my specific details. That's until I visited MINT NAILS. MINT NAILS in Washington Township handled my BIG personality with ease and humor. Lee is the girl who did such an amazing job, you need to ask for her! The owner also helped with my design and it's perfection! Plus, the Salon is Brand new, gorgeous inside and extremely affordable! I found my new nail place and it's right next to Taylor's Salon (where I work). So much talent and creativity at MINT!

Have been a customer at Mint Nails & Spa for a couple of years and not once since I've been coming here have I had any issues, until this visit. I showed the Nail Tech Lisa a picture of what i wanted she did not do or follow what I asked her to do. Not once was I rude, just simply asked her to do it to my liking. Lisa gave attitude and made rude comments because I asked her to fix something on my nail. Two of my nails have cuts on the cuticle part nor did she apply enough acrylic to cover my entire nail. I don't recommend having her as your Nail tech. Great place though. Mary did a great job on my freinds nails, she's very happy. We both will definitely be going to Mary next time.

OUTRAGEOUS pricing. I asked at checkout what all the extra charges were for…the picture is the length of my nail, they charged $8 extra for my nails being extra long. They charged an extra $25 for gel polish on my toes and nails over and above the $40 pedicure and $35 fill, i know it’s usually extra but that’s a lot. I said my nails looked wide after she put the acrylic on so she sanded them a little and then charged me I think $5-$8 to reshape them. Literally made them wider with acrylic then charged to make them the way they were when I came in. THEY CHARGE EXTRA for everything! So basically nothing but the acrylic comes with your fill in.

First time coming here, my sister brought me along. Mary did such a great job on my nails. She took her time and listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked her to do. Definitely recommend going here, ask for Mary. She was great !!

I have been a loyal costumer for almost 2 years. & always have had my nails and toes done beautifully. The place is clean and accommodating. With that said, I have noticed a big turn over in nail techs and under a new owner the last few months. While the nails are done to my liking the owner now nickles and dimes for every little thing. Charges are unjustified, Hidden, and not stated on menu or prior to service. I noticed a change in pricing gradually after I have been getting the same thing for months. When I questioned the owner she just repeated continuously that it was just additional charges. I pointed out I was never informed. I showed her the menu and it wasn’t stated anywhere. She didn’t seem to care or provide any kind of explanation or offer any accommodations. Services are also shortened and feel rushed. Prices don’t match time, efforts, and services claimed to be provided. Will not be coming back.

Read reviews and seemed mixed. Was eating at Jersey Mikes and decided to give it a try. Had Leo and got a gel manicure-$33.25 ($32 and 1.25 service charge). Was very nice. Did a good job. Was pretty quick 20 mins which is fine. I like to be in and out for nails. If it was a pedi, I would have wanted a longer process. Place seems clean and nice atmosphere.

Horrible. Actually very shocked it has so many positive reviews (probably from friends/family). I went in for the first time a few weeks ago just for a pedicure. The place looks really nice and the staff was friendly. The pedicure was rushed. No massage, she just literally punched the sides of my legs. Decided to give it another chance. Went back with my 8yr old. We were both getting gel manicures. My entire manicure took less than 15 min. Its no surprise it started chipping less than a week later. Again, no massage- she just threw lotion on the backs of my hands and didn't even rub it in. She then put the hot towel on and wiped it off. As for my daughter, her technician spent the first few min stopping to text. She then spent the rest of the time (again, less than 15 min total) talking on her phone. My daughter, who I paid for a regular gel mani for, got no massage, no hot towel at all. It was absolutely horrific. I would never go back and I would advise anyone else to go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else.

Mint nails is spotless clean. They are all so friendly and everyone I went to here has always done a great job, especially one of the technicians named Young. And they don’t charge you whatever they felt like charging you like some places do now. They stick to the price chart. Highly recommend!
