I just went to the store. I was excited to attend and spent a bit of money. One of the workers was amazing and helpful. The other one made me feel stupid for asking questions and chastised me for not asking the 'right' questions about their products. While I bought things, I'm not going to be returning. You would expect a sex shop to have sex positive workers

I went here two times and found great purchases and helpful information from two of the staff before. I was so satisfied with my previous purchases, I was looking forward to another. However, the third visit, which was from a man who had a beard, whom I had asked a genuine question dismissed me in such a rude manner that made me feel like I didn’t want to come back because of his rude and absurd attitude. He made me feel unwelcome and anxious about my curiousity.

I went to Danny’s for the first time a few days ago to support a local business rather than use Amazon. Metal detectors and a bag box were there to leave your things in, which is already a negative shopping experience because it makes you feel criminalized. You can’t try on items, there’s no dressing room and there’s a sizing chat that’s not helpful for bodies that aren’t white European. So my options were to spend no less than $50 on each piece and then return. Luckily a nice worker let me try them over my shorts quickly. I came in today and said Good Morning to the staff. No response. So I repeated it. I found a piece that I wanted to see how low it rose it on the hip, so I just slipped it over my spandex for a glimpse and the cashier stats yelling from behind the register. I got loud back as I was just here a few days ago, slipped them over shorts and spent money. I had to verbally go back and forth and it completely ruined my experience. As someone who works in the gayborhood and is a part of the community, the way they operate and the lack communication and the treatment of people keeping their business running is sad.

Staff was quite but super friendly. Store had a lot of options for men unlike some other places I’ve been.

Admittedly, I have little experience in using toys, so I was a bit intimidated walking into this place. Yet my apprehension quickly disappeared after I talked with the staff. They were SUPER knowledgeable about the best ways to use the products, gave me great recommendations for lube, and did this all in the friendliest way possible. I will come back, for sure!

Danny’s confessions is exxxtensive!!! I can’t believe how jam packed this place is, there’s an entire wall of DVDs, whole sections of clothing, a wrack of magazines, and shelves lines with toys! There’s a ton of fetish gear and staff were easy to talk to. Patrons were really nice inside as well. The magazines are resealed together in sets of 2, which is nice as a discount but the issue I have is that a lot of them are barely legal mags mixed with a regular publications. A couple hustler issues were bound up with freshly 18 mags which I’m sureeeeee some people love but it doesn’t really give ppl a lot of options if they aren’t into that. I was able to find three sets of just hustler publications without. It would be cool to still keep the mags 2 for 8 but just allow people to pick the two they want specifically.

I am a long time customer of Danny’s. They offer some of the best prices I can find anywhere!! Staff has always been friendly and great.

I just happened to walk pass and this store was great. The employee called Papi was so attentive and helped me alot. Im not a skinny woman and i was still able to get several pieces of lingerie. For a small store there is plenty to purchase and i didnt feel judge. I will be back again!!!

The man working was extremely rude and singled out my friend. If you can’t handle a late night crowd don’t work late night. It felt homophobic and racist. Do not recommend when a white man is working.
