I'd like to start with saying that Dominique's review from 3 days ago was solid. I appreciate her (I'm assuming she's a she - I apologize if I'm misgendering) thoughtfulness and thoroughness - I appreciate a review that is based on several experiences and identifies specifically the factors that contribute to the score. Now sadly, my review is probably not as exhaustive, but I've ordered take of a number of times (I work part time in Turnersville, over near the Whitman Diner). The food is usually fresh, and made to order (It's Chipotle). Occasionally the chips are stale. I'd also like to see guac offered as a topping for no extra charge. Avocados are now mainstream and bougie.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle in south Jersey. I have placed an online order 3 times here and EVERY time the order has been incorrect in some way. It must be they fail to update their system and can't supply the order. Or possibly the lovely kids working there cannot read or simply put together orders as they feel. DONT ORDER ONLINE HERE

Everytime I go to this chipotle location, they are either out of food, understaffed, or mess up your order. Today I stood in line for 20 minutes before anyone could help me. I was one of the first people in line but there was no one to take orders. There was 1 cook, 2 people working online orders, and 1 person on dishes.

Disappointed as usual from this location. I ordered a bowl which was thrown together, literally, it was leaking by the time I was ready to walk out the door. I asked for a medium cup he slammed it and continued to be focused on the phone he was on I was like okay rude but whatever. Then there was an issue with the pos. I paid received a receipt and then was told by the gm my payment didnt go through. That was the start of the entire encounter. My friend paid mine and hers and then he said the remaining balance was my total after she already paid for it. He couldn’t communicate what was going on and on top of that extremely rude. Prying into my conversations about the issue, talking with his hands and rolling his eyes. The behavior was very immature to say the least. And then I asked for a refund at that point there was a payment issue and my bag was leaking bean juice. The gm said I had to email chipotle for a refund and continued to the next customer with no hesitation. Very short and I never heard of a CASH register not being able to process a refund. Not sure what he was upset about but being the lead of the store he could’ve kept his composure and handled the situation differently. Off of his behavior alone I’d rather take the longer drive to another location. Customer service 0 stars.

Every time I come here the portions are terrible the staff is slow and the orders are wrong or poorly made. It seems like any to go order gets thrown in a bag. It’s pathetic

Worst ever! It’s only 8:50! No ice and I asked for ice for my 3.00 drink a guy without gloves comes and brings me a cup with ice from the back! Sir fill the ice machine… this cup of ice is nasty and doesn’t solve the problem! They’re also missing sides!!! I’m done!!!!

One of the best burritos I've had at Chipotle. Had a great experience with my dad while sharing a veggie burrito. It was the first time I tried their sofritas/fritas?? (sp?). I forgot the burrito makers name but he was very professional and and on point with his recommendations on how much rice, extras to add etc. Great service. No complaints whatsoever. Update visit during the pandemic 2021: Great visit. Ordering was super easy. Respectful employees. Only bummer is they don't have the plethora of tobacco sauces to try out but during the pandemic it's totally understandable.

We ordered two burritos, one burrito bowl, and a large chips and guac. The burrito bowl was correct, but the two burritos were completely wrong and very messily made. The burritos also both had meat which was inconvenient since I am a pescatarian. The guacamole was also horrible… It was browning and did not seem fresh at all, we didn’t end up eating it. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again anytime soon.

Sooo I’m like the 1,000th person who thinks this chipotle needs new management. This the only one that I stopped going to cause they don’t make burritos, they make it like it’s a ball…and this a be my last time ever going back. I’d rather take the extra ten min ride to another one. Even with gas being high. It’s like they don’t care to even make it look like a wrap or burrito. Ball it up is what they must be taught. My hands not big but I can cover it with one hand smh…sad part is I see people complaining about management and the comments like a year old and nothing has been done 😂 they don’t care to fix it it seems

This is really the worse chipotle ever! I live around the corner from it & EVERY time i go they NEVERRRR have peppers!! The counter is always a mess but overall they either don’t have peppers or they’re cooking. I went at 9pm & there were no peppers, at least get ready to close with all foods available. I literally will go out of my way to NOT got to the chipotle in Sicklerville!

Flavorful and delish Recently fell in love with their soft tacos - chicken, peppers & onions, corn, lettuce, cheese, pico. And of course queso 🤩 which gives the majority of flavor and worth every upcharge. Started getting rice and beans on the side since they dilute the flavor in my opinion (and the brown rice is sometimes a bit undercooked imo too). Staff was friendly and positive too Only thing I would change is being able to tip with credit card. Many places have the option to tip when paying with credit card and I was surprised to see the transaction go through without any prompts to tip. When I asked the worker if there was any way to tip with credit card, he said they can only accept tips in cash... and well I didn't have any cash on me #istaybroke #sorryguys #guesswellbebroketogether

As promised; my favorite Chipotle in this area. The team is all excellent, food is always fresh, and everyone is very accommodating when it comes to anything (seriously). I doubt I'll look back at this point, as this is the only Chipotle that really has it together anymore.

Foods good but DO NOT EVER CALL OR TRY TO GET HELP FROM THEIR AI. It will never out you in contact with a person and you will spend an hour trying to figure out which salsa is spiciest. AI says the workers are “too busy to answer store calls”. THEN WHY HAVE THE NUMBER?!

Do not get uber eats or probably any delivery from this location it was a terrible experience. Every item of the four items issues including wrong ingredients and missing major components of orders. I got chicken instead of steak in the burrito and steak is an up charge. One of two chip and guac orders came with no guac and my wifes quesadillas didn't come and we got a random bowl of Ingredients and a crumple up tortilla shell. Uber only refunded 17 of the 50 dollar order which I'm embarrassed I to admit I paid for this order.

I love Chipotle so it's a little hard to not give one a five star review. I'm always a little disappointed in the dining area cleanliness at this location. The two times I've been there the fountain drink syrup has been out... which isn't the end of the world but at least put a sign up or change the syrup box/bag. With that said, the kitchen always looks clean and the staff are friendly.
