Long
time
customer,
but
service
&
order
accuracy
has
greatly
declined
over
the
past
year
or
so.
Phone
orders
are
almost
NEVER
accurate,
things
are
missing
or
toppings
are
wrong
on
just
about
every
single
order
now.
Coupons
toward
the
free
pizza
are
often
forgotten
by
the
delivery
person.
Blue
cheese
NEVER
arrives
with
wing
orders
anymore,
cheese
is
missing
on
cheese
steaks,
etc
etc.
We
used
to
just
deal
with
it
because
we
like
the
owner,
he’s
very
nice.
Today
was
the
last
straw,
yellow
wilted
nasty
lettuce
and
YELLOW
tomatoes
on
our
cheese
steak
hoagies,
even
forgot
the
CHEESE,
asked
for
fried
onions
&
fried
mushrooms
but
were
cold,
raw
&
nasty
from
a
can,
not
fresh.
Complaints
to
owner
personally
are
taken
like
no
big
deal,
the
employees
aren’t
corrected,
business
as
usual,
basically
ignored…instead
he
excuses
&
dismisses
his
order
takers
laziness
on
their
“generation”.
Unacceptable!
We’re
going
elsewhere
from
now
on.
It’s
a
shame.
I
see
lot’s
of
apologies
to
customers
bad
reviews
on
here,
but
nothing
changes.
That’s
not
good
business.
