    I don’t usually like to do bad reviews but everytime i get a cup of cheese it’s always filled up like 1/4 of the way. If that! This picture is how i received it. Haven’t used it yet. And on top of that they keep putting pickles on my sandwich when i ask for no pickles. Usually I just take them off but it’s the principle.

    I only come here to pick up food for customers. If the many restaurants I have been to since I started delivering this is the fastest most well staff organized I've seen. You are in and out, whereas other locations I'm waiting 10 minutes for the food. Keep up the good work.

    The food is deeeelicious as usual. I always order from the catering menu, but this time I noticed the large fries were really medium & much SMALLER trays which equals less food, yet the prices are higher. "Shrinkflation"!!!!!

    Chick-fil-A’s food is always very good, bordering great. Can’t top the Spicy Chicken sandwich or the Chicken Strips with Chick-fil-A sauce. The drive-thru in Mantua is always a pain as it’s the slowest, most inefficient experience. Since the start of COVID, they managed to slow drive-thru times by creating two lines and hired more people to stand around in the parking lot taking orders.

    Always busy, but they've gotten better at moving you along. Almos too well. If you don't know your order, it might be awkward because they take it before you get to the menu board. Also, have had a few orders not fulfilled correctly

    food is good as usual. waited on the drive thru line for over 30 min. Usually when the line is that way, it goes pretty quick...not today. The girl took my order correctly but never returned with my change. Not all that concerned about 75 cents but its the thought. when we finally got to the window there were 3 employees standing around talking. if its the same next time I will go to wendys down the road.

    i want to be clear, this is a good problem to have. the staff are super courteous and knowledgeable, the food is top notch. however, its so busy it at this location, its almost not even worth it. took over a half hour from the time i pulled into line, to pick up. its not by any means the staff fault. perhaps another location close by?

    It’s sad that this Chick-fil-a is giving the brand a bad reputation! I specifically asked for lemonade with a little bit of water but instead I got water with a dash of lemonade. However that’s not the main reason why I’m giving this poor review. I asked for no cheese and no pickles and sure enough they placed it on my sandwich. Since when did chick-fil-a hire McDonald workers? Customer service was basic! Nothing extraordinary about this place, service and food was disgusting. I’m very disappointed because Chick-fil-a is the only fast food restaurant I do business with and now I won’t have them on my list anymore.

    Hate coming to this chick fil a. They always make us pull over and wait in curb side. Our order is simple, 2 spicy deluxe meals with chocolate shakes. This time was we watched five cars receive their milkshakes before us even though they were behind us! We waited in curbside for 20 minutes before having to call someone over. Our milkshakes were sitting there and thing she said was she didn’t know we were here!

    Do not go here if you have places to be. 1st time I went through the drive thru. Got my food and had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes because there were so many people. 2nd time I did an online order. Waited in my car 5 minutes then went in. Stood there for 30 minutes. People who came in after me got their food first [I thought maybe they did an online order before me]. When I seen a women who ordered in restaurant get her food first then I went up and asked about my food. My food had been sitting there for who knows how long. [Order: Chicken deluxe with a medium fry]

    I wish I was kidding when I say I sat in the drive thru for an hour (and couldn’t get out because it’s double lanes) for our order to not even be ready when we got to the window. They asked us to wait in a drive up spot and instead we asked for a refund. No one at the window knew how to issue a refund. I know to expect a wait during dinner time but to wait an hour for our order to not even be ready is INSANE. I can tell the poor kids working the window were trying their best, and it’s sad that they were clearly working without any support.

    For some reason I’m never asked if it’s for here or to go. They always just assume it’s carry out with me. Doesn’t make sense. I had to mention that it was for and they would bring it out to me. Still had to go up to counter as I was never given a table maker. This happens pretty much every time I’m here. I don’t understand why I’m not asked for here to go. Other people were sitting with table markers. Just seems odd. At least the food is good 🤷‍♂️

    Consistently good food however very expensive now. Always busy with lines. Dining room is small. No kids area since covid shut down. Next to no parking in their lot due to drive thru lines.

    One of the slowest and least accurate. Multiple times the orders are wrong or missing items. It’s too busy maybe from all their deliveries which affects the dine in service. Takes forever to get refills. Other locations have people in the dining room asking if we need anything. They need to open another nearby location in Glassboro or something to cut down the flow. Also the parking lot is dangerous especially walking across the drive thru.

    I'd give zero if I could! Ordered a salad get all the way home and no nuggets. Even tho it says nuggets! Have to drive 20 mins back to get a replacement. No apology nothing. Last time I ordered a salad and no salad dressing. I've never experienced this with chickfila Not sure what is going on at this store but its ridiculous

    It’s chikfila. they are always amazing and very helpful. they even gave me free fries because i had a wait just 1 minute more then promised. although it was breakfast i still enjoyed the fries lol. everything was amazing. will be returning often.

    Too much demand and staff is overwhelmed. One part of our order wasnt ready so they told us to park in curbside pick up. Ready in "4 minutes". 15 min after parking (along side 10 other cars waiting) i finally had enough and walked up to the window. My food magically appeared... sounds like they didnt realize they told me to park there and promptly forgot about me. Food is good but it's definitely not fast.

    Not my typical chick fil a experience so they'll get a pass by the sandwiches were small and UNBELIEVABLY dried out. Yuck. We live too far to go back.

    Very crowded parking area, but very well maintained and operation runs smoothly. We ordered inside and the young woman I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Food came as ordered and was very tasty. Our outside table was neat and clean. Bravo!!

    They're quick, clean and very friendly. I go in there a lot and never had any issues. Always a smile and nice experience. Great food as well. Never once got an order wrong. They only lose a star for the bad parking lot design. Idk if it was already there when Chick-fil-A came here or a choice it. The parking lot gets so backed up at certain times.

    Food is usually very good. Prior to Pandemic, this location was very very very busy. Since pandemic and increase in inflation has not been as busy. Use to be so busy in the drive thru that you couldn't get in the parking lot. Middle of 2022 has not been as busy.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 -star

    My family eats here a lot. We've probably been there over 120 times since the day they opened up in Mantua Square. Back then my daughter was younger and she liked the playroom. It was always a fun place for a meal. I remember with fondness the Daddy/daughter date night the restaurant hosted many years ago. As the mother, I was not there, but still until this day, the photos make me smile. Anyhow, we've dined in, done tons of takeout and drive thru, plus about a half dozen deliveries. The food is always good! That's why, no matter what, we continue to return. However, they have had their fair share of mistakes. I've gotten sodas that were all seltzer; no syrup. Many times, I have had missing sauces; sometimes even entire missing items, like a sandwich. They almost always forget my salad toppings. I guess I could just stop going, but I don't. However, I am done with delivery after the last experience when my entire meal and drink were missing. It took me multiple attempts at calling the restaurant before I could speak with someone in live time. My family was done their dinners when my eventually made it to our house. If you can put up with the inconveniences, the food is very good! We love their strips, sandwiches, and salads. Milk shakes too - - when they remember the whipped cream and cherry! To be fair they are always super busy and mostly polite, but I would appreciate better attention to detail.

    The team always crushed it even when obviously handling more customers than the store was designed to handle. Juggling door dash orders, in store and two lanes of drive through. I have no idea how they do it.

    Waiting in line for 26min is kind of insane. We were going to attempt to pull out of line but there was no way to do that as we were on the inner lane so we road it out. Manager came out and apologized to a few people myself included and that small gesture goes along way. It's located on a odd spot for traffic so I don't really blame the staff as they truly are trying.

    If you want your order wrong, go to Chick-fil-A Mantua. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review and certainly not a negative one, but I was moved to do so by the chronic mis-management of this particular Chick-fil-A drive thru. Had they gotten just one order wrong, no big deal. However, today was the third time in as many months that I get home and my son’s chicken nuggets were not in the bag. My wife called to ask that on this third infraction they have the decency to actually bring the nuggets to us as we are tired of running back up there to correct their mistakes. The manager made some corporate-sounding statement about “unfortunately not being able to send the food to our house due to driver safety” even though they have delivery cars running around all over the place. This convenient, albeit false excuse is frankly insulting. The manager offered to put a reward on the app since he wouldn’t make the mistake right by bringing the food and she turned him down out of principle. He then proceeded to sanctimoniously tell her that she was the problem and unilaterally ended the call while she was still waiting her turn to get a word in. It’s truly unfortunate because this particular Chick-fil-A has been a part of our lives for years: post-soccer game meals with our kids teammates, party catering, picking up dinner when we don’t feel like cooking, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot continue in good conscience to reward incompetence and arrogance. We will continue to enjoy other Chick-fil-A’s, but this one must unfortunately be put on the no-fly list. It’s really too bad.

    Waited in line to place my order. Then they opened another line and about 25 cars were able to go ahead of me. Waited on curbside because they were waiting on my nuggets. Forgot about me Waited another 15 minutes, forgot our sauce. Then pulling out one of your drivers almost hit my car he was driving way to fast through a parking lot.

    This operates more like a McDonalds. Terrible drive-thru service. Horrible! The second lane that empties into the Lowe’s parking lot instead of the window is a shitshow! Waited for 35 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. Meanwhile 17 cars in the proper drive thru lane came and went through the drive thru window. When it was my turn…. only ordered 2 meals…. the people behind me were getting their orders while I still sat there, waiting and being ignored. 4 different runners came at me with food for every other order but my own. Your employees are no where near as friendly or professional as at every other Chick-fil-a. And then my order was missing the ketchup and the salad dressing, and my lemonade was full of so much nasty pulp, it literally clogged the straw so I imagine your machine is dirty. Your standard of service absolutely sucks!!! Bottom of the barrel. Do better!

    If you want inconsistency- then this is your place. I used to love coming here, but over the years it's really not as good as it used to be. I love Chick-fil-A- and will continue to be a customer- but this location honestly sucks. Service is so-so- better when management is around, they constantly forget items, or give wrong items. It sucks when you get excited about eating at Chick-fil-a and something or another goes wrong. It may be better to skip this location and go to Deptford- yes its a bit further out of the way- but they seem better overall.

    Food was alright. Fries were too salty. Customer service is the reason I rated 2. Their website said they had a play area for kids- I get there and it’s closed for Covid. Ok fine but your website Should reflect that it’s closed. If it’s been closed for 3 whole years you had time to update your website. This was my first visit here so I had no clue. Anyway, we ordered “for here” and then when I found there was no clean seating available I went back to the register and asked to cancel my order. The cashier said I could not cancel and changed the order “to go”. Weird, considering it was just a couple nugget meals. No customization. The restaurant was way too crowded to wait in with a 3 year old so I went through the drive through to retrieve the food. I am REALLY ANGRY about the fact that they didn’t allow me to cancel and refund the order. It isn’t like the food would go to waste, we didn’t even receive it before going in the drive through. Plus it was not customized in any way. They just didn’t want to refund us. It wasn’t right. I wanted a refund and to cancel the order because the play area was closed and there were no open tables. I really didn’t want to carry out but if I didn’t I would not have even had food to show for the 20 bucks I gave chick fil a. I’m editing this to add I definitely won’t be going back until they have the playground open. There’s no reason for me to go at all without it tbh.

    I love Chick-fil-A! Anytime I take a survey for other restaurants and they ask my favorite a check the box for Chick-fil-A. This visit was good, as usual. But something was missing. I guess I've grown so accustomed to 5 Wing service (sorry!😂), that I'm affected when it goes down to 4 wings. There were two missed opportunities for them to say, "My pleasure" after I'd said, "Thank you." And my name is Randie, not Brandy. 😢 I was hurt. But the food was good! ☺️

    One of the faster food services but very disorganized. Tons of employees running around, but they don't seem to have set roles or tasks to get the food out. They'll put orders together and then they'll just sit there before someone else picks it up and decides to call out the name.

    I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and when I looked at the receipt I noticed it didn’t say no pickles. They also didn’t ring up my 8 count nugget. I understand mistakes happen because I work management in fast food, but when I told the worker at the window they seemed annoyed, even though it wasn’t my fault. There was also no apology whatsoever. Fast forward to when I get home there is still pickles on the sandwich that was re-made. I also threw up the next morning (not sure if it was from sandwich), but I saw other reviewers saying the food has made them sick. Not sure what has happened with Chic-fil-a recently but the service & friendliness seems to be nonexistent, except for a few nice employees. I will be going to a different Chic-fil-a location in the future.

    Today I ordered the new pimento cheese sandwich.. and when I got home I realized they put my sandwich box sideways so honey got every where which I was like ok.. so I went to look at the sandwich and literally like no cheese sauce on there, no jalapeños. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making it right. I deserve a refund.
