Food
was
alright.
Fries
were
too
salty.
Customer
service
is
the
reason
I
rated
2.
Their
website
said
they
had
a
play
area
for
kids-
I
get
there
and
it’s
closed
for
Covid.
Ok
fine
but
your
website
Should
reflect
that
it’s
closed.
If
it’s
been
closed
for
3
whole
years
you
had
time
to
update
your
website.
This
was
my
first
visit
here
so
I
had
no
clue.
Anyway,
we
ordered
“for
here”
and
then
when
I
found
there
was
no
clean
seating
available
I
went
back
to
the
register
and
asked
to
cancel
my
order.
The
cashier
said
I
could
not
cancel
and
changed
the
order
“to
go”.
Weird,
considering
it
was
just
a
couple
nugget
meals.
No
customization.
The
restaurant
was
way
too
crowded
to
wait
in
with
a
3
year
old
so
I
went
through
the
drive
through
to
retrieve
the
food.
I
am
REALLY
ANGRY
about
the
fact
that
they
didn’t
allow
me
to
cancel
and
refund
the
order.
It
isn’t
like
the
food
would
go
to
waste,
we
didn’t
even
receive
it
before
going
in
the
drive
through.
Plus
it
was
not
customized
in
any
way.
They
just
didn’t
want
to
refund
us.
It
wasn’t
right.
I
wanted
a
refund
and
to
cancel
the
order
because
the
play
area
was
closed
and
there
were
no
open
tables.
I
really
didn’t
want
to
carry
out
but
if
I
didn’t
I
would
not
have
even
had
food
to
show
for
the
20
bucks
I
gave
chick
fil
a.
I’m
editing
this
to
add
I
definitely
won’t
be
going
back
until
they
have
the
playground
open.
There’s
no
reason
for
me
to
go
at
all
without
it
tbh.
