The first thing that stood out to me is how friendly the staff were - David at the front desk made my boyfriend and I feel very welcome during our stay and was so nice to talk to as well as helpful. The room was clean and you could really tell the staff cared to make sure even easy to miss spots were clean. The complimentary breakfast was awesome too - they had a very nice spread of options to choose from and I appreciated it was served til 10 as I'm not much of a morning person. I also have to say that given restrictions with covid, I felt things were handled really well in terms of cleanliness for guests and safety for staff members. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Decent stay. Was here for 11 nights, no complaints on the room. Price was right with the exception of the weekend when rates increase. No indoor pool, no on-site bar. No food in walking distance but within a few minutes of driving there are a ton of options. Hotel is tucked out of the way but you do still get highway noise so bring some background sound. AC worked good, rooms were in decent shape. Some wear is normal with any Hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good every morning! The breakfast crew work very hard. The hotel does have a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor for those long stays. Overall, happy with the stay. Decent choice in the area.

Was OK. Overpriced (we had to pay $155 for the room, plus tax). The sketchy part was being charged the arbitrary $50 in case we "smoked" in our room. We arrived really late at night, and stayed for less than a total of 12 hours. I checked hotel policy, and the $50 "incidental fee" is not mandatory. I feel we were discriminated against, and worry that we won't be refunded based on a made up reason based on other reviews of this place. Why was it being assumed we'd smoke? We were essentially going right to sleep. The room was grimy to start with, and people were partying late into the night. Not worth the price. Will update when $50 has been refunded. *This place is a total scam. They made up reasons to charge insanely unreasonable and unfair fees for things that didn't happen. Still waiting for a manger...

Do Not Stay Here The workers will break into your car. My car got broken into by the hotel employees and items from my car where stolen. My wallet and other valuable items. I asked the front desk to show me the cameras they told me no. Then told me they don’t record then told me they don’t work on the side of the parking lot I was parked on. I had been staying at this location weekly when in the area for business. They learnt my patterns and broke into my car. The front desk was willing to do nothing for me. My lawyers will be in contact with the hotel and there corporate office. The rooms are usually dirty and smell bad. Would ask frequently to check in to have my room changed due to smell odor and cleanliness. Now they break into my car and steal from me. The worst stay away. I hope to have the place so wrapped up in legal proceedings they will need to close the place. Don’t care if I need to bankrupt one of my LLC.’s to do it.

Great amenities with excellent breakfast with healthy options! Had my eggs and they even had hot oatmeal with fresh fruit. Automatic pancake maker was a delight!🤪 Good workout room. Best of all, the hotel is away from heavy traffic and up on the hill so it’s much quieter than the competition that are situated right next to a highway!

The rooms and service are both great but I woke up to a car alarm going off and broken glass next to my truck. The facility clearly posts theyre not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle in their parking lot. This does not make me feel comfortable and I will likely choose another hotel as I stay frequently and wont sleep well after this experience.

Took a last minute trip here with my mom and son. We were exhausted after our 4 hour drive. I stayed here because there was great reviews online, let me tell you, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time, the room was clean, very spacious, nice tv, desk, closet, safe (we couldn’t use it because the last guest locked it), the beds were comfortable (a little soft for my liking), the front desk was very attentive every time we needed them, this location was great, so many restaurants to choose from within a very short drive, Friendly people, nice clean pool which was very refreshing because it was 92 degrees out, my son loved it! The breakfast buffet was great, hot coffee, even had a food tray to take food upstairs, bathroom was clean and they even offered Dove products in the room. We had an amazing 2 night stay! We will always choose this hotel when we visit! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed recently a Monday to Wednesday. The renovations are awesome. Very clean and friendly vibe. Complimentary breakfast was okay. IV had better from other Holiday Expresses. The pancake machine was broken our whole stay and no "famous" cinnamon Buns. The outdoor pool was closed alot due to weather but honestly the weather was fine enough. I think it came down to laziness I hate to say. Service was decent rooms were very clean

Very nice hotel. There was a children's softball group there. They took over the breakfast area and made it impossible to get breakfast for two days. The hotel should have moved them to the conference room after they got their food. They also partied at the breakfast area and lobby in the evening. Was not conducive for a quiet, relaxing trip. Also, breakfast should offer plain oatmeal and yogurt for people with diet restrictions. I have been going there for years and will continue. David at the front desk is THE BEST!! He always was pleasant, professional and knew his stuff.

Will return. Breakfast is done properly. Parking can get tight in the evening. There is parking on the sides no one uses - on a steep slant. Best baggage carts I have ever used! One per floor. Room phone blinked all night? No front desk manuals.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Clean, incredibly friendly staff, plenty of parking and great breakfast that includes cinnamon rolls. This hotel is located conveniently off the highway surrounded by lots of restaurants. The rooms are smaller than other holiday inn rooms, but still plenty of room to be comfortable. We could occasionally hear people right outside our room, but we could not hear the highway or anything that was loud enough to wake us up from sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here and was surprised by some of the reviews. This is your standard holiday inn that is comparable to any other holiday inn we’ve stayed at.

We have stayed here on several occasions and haven't been disappointed yet. Rooms are clean, service is great, and they offer breakfast in the morning, along with coffee/tea all day. Location is perfect! It is close to restaurants and stores. We will be back again.

We were so disappointed with our stay. After reading more recent reviews, we thought this would be a much better experience. Front desk agents were friendly enough, but never were actually out at the front desk. For two people, we felt the rooms were small and crammed. We could hear the traffic so badly from the highway the entire night, not to mention conversations in the hallways and from our neighbors. There was no breakfast attendant standing watch either. The tables were mostly all dirty and very limited breakfast options. Things hadn’t been restocked nor were the “hot” menu items even hot. If you plan on staying here, my main advice would be to request a room opposite of the highway. It’s a convenient location to get on/off 84, but that’s about it.

***Do not stay here*** Someone reviewed SIX days ago about employees breaking into vehicles. I stayed there last night and my truck window was shattered and cash was stolen. When I asked to see the footage, they said they didn’t see anyone in the parking lot all night. I was parked right in front of the hotel. They even showed me a small clip of my truck being visible so there’s no way it’s not on camera. So I go to get my window fixed this morning… and the guy next to me also stayed at this hotel last night and had his window smashed and stuff stolen from vehicle! How incredibly suspect that TWO vehicles were broken into, cameras were working … but they didn’t see anyone breaking into either vehicle?? And didn’t mention that another vehicle was broken into? Don’t stay here unless you can afford a new window and to lose your valuables.

Most important thing is a comfortable bed. And that they have. The USB and ac outlets could use a little TLC but otherwise a great quiet business trip.
