The food here is delicious ! I keep coming back for the butter chicken and the occasional strawberry lassi on a hot day. Great price, perfect portions and cozy atmosphere. The owner is so sweet and inviting too !

Chaat Wala has quickly become our go-to Friday takeout spot! We have been ordering the chicken over rice and it is always so delicious. This spot is a great addition to Ambler, a hidden gem that is slightly off the main area of shops and restaurants. We look forward to our Friday takeouts from Chaat Wala when we can get over there!

New addition to the Ambler dining scene. Northern Indian food. Different from other Indian food I've eaten, but delicious. The proprietor is a really nice guy. Best lamb wraps around, a long with the lamb and rice and butter chicken curry. The chaats offer many options for vegetarians. Had never had one before and liked it. My wife and I had a great experience at Chaat Waala. We spoke with the owner who helped us choose several different items that we had never had before. Everything was delicious. They also have all of the standard staples from a Indian restaurant. Will be returning

Cute family owned restaurant that serves fresh Chaat, lassi, and ice cream. The portion was big and priced fairly. I asked for my Samosas Chaat to be spicy and it was so good! My partner took a bite and started sweating, but loved the fresh pepper taste. You can ask for mild too. You have to get the mango lassi! We’d definitely make this place a regular.

We had a wonderful visit and dinner. The service was great, the food was great and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely go back! Cool Indian food. Nice people!

Syed the owner is a super nice guy, and that goes a long way with me. Sea salt and mango is excellent. This the only place in Ambler that sells gelato. So, we must support them!

My boyfriend and I were so excited to try Chaat Wala and it did not disappoint! We shared a mango lassi, samosa chaat, chicken tikka masala, and a lamb dish (I wish I could remember what it was called!).

The best restaurant in Ambler! Incredible Pakistani food with great vegetarian options. Large drink selection and various ice cream flavors for dessert. The inside is quaint and the perfect balance between availability for eat-in dining or takeaway.

Best chicken tikka masala everrrr! I recently dined at this beautiful restaurant, The service is awesome and staff are welcoming and friendly. As for the food, it was top notch. Even though the menu is limited, each dish was bursting with authentic flavors. Will definitely be visiting again.
